My car needed a LOT of work! I finally decided to get it fixed here. I have to finish paying it off but everything that can be fixed is being done and I appreciate the honesty these people have shown about my car. They have been straightforward about what they can do and what needs to be done. I am super excited to get my car back! Thank you for everything! Got my car back and I am so happy! There was so many things that didn’t work and now they do! They did a great job. I will definitely come back when I need tires or repairs.

Went for a basic oil change for my SUV. I had literally just replaced the in air cabin filter the day before as I routinely change this due to lots of off roading. Was told The in air cabin filter is very dirty. I said Oh really? Just how dirty was it? And got a description about just how badly it needed to be changed. I told him that I had just replaced it the day before. He then precedes to tell me oh that was the report I got from my guy doing the job. I was really unhappy with this attempt to charge me needlessly for a part that was NOT needed at all. VERY SHADY and I they have lost my business.

Did not have a machine big enough to do my wheels and tires so I had to find somewhere else but it was a clean polite people

These folks fixed my flat tire that had a big screw in it after work... They gave me air conditioning and water and the fixed tire cost me nothing... And it only took 22 minutes.... Amazing!!

We needed an oil change and it was quite a busy place. They said they could do the oil change and if we didnt want to wait, they would give my Husband and I a ride home and call when it was ready and pick us or one of us up, to get the car. They did all the right things and a fair price. My Husband and I were very satisfied. 😊

Jamie and Tony are amazing! Blew a tire today on the Freeway and was a able to drop my vehicle off and Jamie she was a big help. Tony one of the employees gave me a ride home in his own vehicle. Took my car there for a tire repair. Turns out I had a drill bit in my tire. The staff was very friendly and professional. I also liked that there were women working there.... we can deal with cars too. Always a great experience with Big Old Tires.

So we repleced all the control arm bushings and ball joints on the front end then came in for a new set of tires and alignment. These guys had my truck for two hours then call me saying it needs new ball joints... i tell them thats not possible they are brand new i inspected them myself before and after instalation. They tell me thats fine but they cant warranty the service i said thats fine proceed with the alighnment. Surprise surprise they charged me for an alighnment but never even touched my alighnment keys so how did they adjust the front end if they never touched the pieces required to make an adjustment. They either wanted to charge me for serivice i didnt need on the ball joints of they really are just bad mechanics idk what the deal is but the service was bad thats all i can say.

This place helped us in a pinch. Got us in right away and customer service was excellent. Thanks for the help!

Had a simple screw removal and patch. I was the first costmer of the day. It took them an hour and fifteen minutes. Then tried to up sale me. I maybe done with big O. Last month they miss diagnosed a oil leak on my wifes car. Glad I went to a different shop for that repair.

Ive been coming here for a little over 2 years. These guys have great customer service. Friendly staff that treat you like a person rather than money like most companys Ive been to. Great fast oil changes, They also do great car work. Ive had multiple hoses worked on with both my SUV and my Truck among other things. They made sure the jobs were done and done right. Cant recommend this place enough. Ill continue to bring my vehicles here for years to come. 👍🏻👍🏻

This place is awesome. Great customer service. Lobby is comfy and has video games and beverages for free. It was a holiday and I had a screw in my tire. No one else was open, but these guys fixed it within 10 min and didn’t charge me even though I had purchased the tires elsewhere. I’m very impressed.

Over all the wait was well worth it! Paid for 3 tires that needed attention and one of the employees came out and told us he was giving us a tire for free for the long wait. I wasn’t going to argue with that, thank you Big O’ Tires and your employees who were so nice and always positive when answering our questions! Highly recommend this spot! 🤙🏻

Exceptional customer service!! I purchased tires back in February with the protection plan. I apparently ran over a razor blade and was stranded at home with a flat tire. Rick came to my house, took the tire back to Big O, replaced it and had it reinstalled on my car within 30 minutes. I truly appreciate the above and beyond customer approach. Im grateful! If you like big o tires then get your tires there. However they are very expensive, for what you get. Try Wal Mart ,I got 4 bf Goodrich all terrains for 480.00 out the door mounted and balanced. But big o is ok ,if you like to spend money

Been riding with a nail in my tire for quite a while because I was trying to save up for 4 new tires. Ended up getting approved for an Acima lease and now making bi weekly payments. (Make sure to call and set up 90 day payment option to avoid high interest rates) The staff was friendly and they had my car in and out in around an hour or so.

Walked into Big Os yesterday, not one person wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic which was a bad sign at the get go. Had an appointment with coupon for oil change and tire rotation and was told the coupon was not accepted as my auto runs on synthetic oil. Thanks for wasting my time

Ive gone in there three times ask about getting oil changed. Constantly told I have to make an appointment or wait several hours. So i sat out in the parking lot and watch the oil change Bay set empty. 🤔

If I could give ZEFO STARS I would. Ive NEVER been more disappointed in a business. They are happy to sell you something but will NOT stand behind their products. My tires failed 3 days after purchase and they wouldnt replace them or help me at all because I didnt purchase the warranty. I am beyond disappointed in this company. Purchase at your own risk.

When you go in for tires on a used Hyundai you dont expect to get a bill for 3xs the price you paid for the vehicle. I gave them 2 stars because every auto repair shop does the same thing.

I recently had brakes replaced on my pickup. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly. They had the parts in stock and started right away. When they found a leaking oil seal they gave me a ride home and came to get me when finished. Clean shop and nice waiting area

Made me pay to replace a fully insured tire missing a tread, said didnt have those tires in stock and was going to let me drive off with the tire missing a tread. Then when we said something about it they now had those tires in stock. They were busy which I completely get but doesnt give them an excuse to let me drive off at least with my spare on.

Had to bring vehicle back several times to get steering wheel straight after tire balance and wheel alignment.Tire pressure varies almost 10 pounds and if course you can hear the stereo blasting from the parking lot. Maybe they should concentrate on working on cars more than having a concert.

This place will rip you off and over charge you. I wanted and alignment and camber adjustment. They charge separately for this even though tow and camber is part of an alignment (1 job 2 prices?) they estimated 30 mins labor for the camber adjustment and when it only took 10 I was charged for 30 mins labor. I asked why when the price was an estimate on time not a billable hour job. The manager told me oh well that’s what it is and if they finish early it’s our gain. This place is a corporate criminal robbing people pockets and I will never go to a big o tire again as long as I live.

Ive been to this big o a few times now and each time Im so pleasantly surprised at how clean this big o is and the incredible customer service. They were extremely helpful and got to my car in such a timely manner. They were very trustworthy and didnt try to sell me any lies about something else being wrong with my car. Theyre an honest staff. Then to top it off they have toys for my kids to play with while we waited and the kids were entertained the entire time. They even had free waters for us to grab. One time they even stayed late just to get to my car when I brought it in right when closing! Theres also a beautiful view to look at out the window as well. Something that could have been stressful, especially with the kids, turned out so easy each time! They really took care of me and kept me informed about my car. All in all I wont go anywhere else from now on! Id drive miles just to go to this big o store!

My husband had taken our RV to Big O to check out the valve stems, he took it home and had a issue with checking the tires, My husband drove the Jeep back to Big O Tires to ask them a question, since we arent too far away they came out to the house to find out what the issue was, there was something wrong with the our air hose! I purchased a new set of tires in November. There was a scheduling issue causing me to be missed and my car not being put in the bay on time. The girl Jamie that night Apologized and made it right. Had a flat yesterday so scheduled an appointment for today for a flat repair and again the appointment ended up not being scheduled as I placed it online via the website. The gentleman when I came in apologized and had great customer service. He made sure my car got in right away and had all my concerns addressed. I was in and out in 48 minutes. I will always give a company a chance to make things right before leaving a review. Thanks to the team at the apache junction store for making sure I am taken care of. I appreciate it.

My Blazer had been in storage for some time. The people were fast and completely went over the car and now back to 2 car family. Ill be back.

Came in with bolt in truck tire we picked up somewhere between Quarzsite and Apache Junction. For NO charge they had me fixed and out the door in no time flat. Very impressed and happy. Im sold on Big O now! Very nice waiting room.

Great service. They really helped us out. After an epic bad day I got a flat leaving the urgent care next door. With a 19 year old dry rotted spare and 8 year old tires that cant be patched, and not much cash left until payday, they were able to get us safely back on the road in just about an hour.Thank you.

The tire pressure sensor on my 2010 Prius not only went on, but started blinking; something Id never seen before. I was told that the battery on one of my tire sensors (who knew?) had died. The entire sensor had to be replaced, they had the part, and it was done quickly and efficiently. I was treated courteously and they explained the operation to me so I understood. Great experience!

Ran into a little problem with some parts that had issues and then one was damaged when the 1st one was being repaired. I brought it back and their excellent manager Walker fixed everything with apologies and did some extras to make sure i was happy. He knows how to do great customer service and is pleasant to work with!

The staff at this Big O tire is awesome. They are friendly and helpful. Their service was great and my car was done in no time. I highly recommend checking them out before going some where else. I will definitely be going back for future service and tires.

I had a flat tire in the parking lot next door in Frys lot at 5 pm. Big O Tires is right in that plaza.They were down a couple workers due to call offs. I was told it would 1 1/2 hrs before they could look at it due to low staff. I could see my $200 car of groceries going down the tubes! So I got a few thing out to eat supper at their tables. Talked with a wonderful lady named Jamie.(manager on duty) She asked a couple of guys to stay over and they did. I was out of there in 35 minutes!! Praises for their customer service and location in the Frys plaza in A.J. Add dinner at Big O Tires to my list of unusual places to dine!😳

To start off it was busy, but I was not acknowledged. Well, im spending money and relying on their expertise.. probably won’t go back. And to top it off my steering wheel was dirty and full of black gunk.. even the paper for the service they provided was filthy and crumbled up.

Went in for a simple Oil change on a 2014 Impala and they told us we needed about $1200 bucks worth of work done. Traded our vehicle the next day for a Brand New Jeep Cherokee! So, thanks Big O!!! LolNo, they were really nice and professional too. I just dislike how you go for a simple Oil change and they inspect your whole car to see what else needs to be done. Gotta drum up business somehow I guess. Haha

Very disappointed in service went in for 2 new tires tool awhile but what Im disappointed in is I no more then pull out of parking lot and low tire sign comes on so stop put air in one of the new tires that cause low tire sign to come on and realize they broke off one of the nuts off of the rim not telling me what happened or try and fixed problem

Bought a moderately expensive set of 4 tires for my truck on Friday afternoon and saw Monday morning that they were now on sale, buy 3 get one free. I would gladly have waited til Moday if they would have had the customer service sense to advise me of this. I went back to the store to see if they would honor the sale. They would not. this was not my first bad experience at Big O. I should have learned my lesson, but thought I would give them another try. My bad.As for customer service, the two young ladies out front do their best to ignore you. I guess each hoping the other would wait on you. I was supposed to get a phone call when the tires were installed. They never called. I had to call them after waiting several hours to find out it had been completed quite a while earlier.All in all a poor experience.
