Great service, Carlos ordered tires but unfortunately they were discontinued. Preston gave me a call to let me know and helped me pick a new set, got those ordered. They got me a new set of wheels to go with the tires and were extremely helpful and patient even though they were super busy. They got me in and out as fast as possible. Great service, and I will continue to come to this discount for all my tires.

I love the name but it absolutely means nothing! You will always be gaulged in this place with this fee, that fee, O and yes.... heres another fee. Take it from someone who managed three Discount Tires stores... the tires... they are NOT discounted and you will pay!!

Discount is always busy. I get it. However, a woman that came in after me and did not have an appointment got bumped ahead of me because she needed to pick up her child at school. This made ME late to pick up my kid from school. I got here first. I should be served first. That might sound selfish, but I also have things that need to get done, however I tried to be patient. Had my vehicle been serviced in place of that lady who pitched a fit, I would have been on time to pick up my kid. Please- keep the line orders the way they are. You may want to help someone who is flipping out, but there are other civilized people ahead of them that also have a life to get back to.

Had a great experience! Friendly staff got to work on my car right away (as soon as it was towed in by the insurance company) even though I had not yet arrived. They went the extra mile to find a tire that matched the one that came off. They care about their customers, and it shows. I will definitely be coming back in 10k-15k when the next tires need changed!

Went to have my tires pressure checked. the guy said he would be back in a minute. A few minutes later I seen him get in his truck and leave. I went to the office. Waited in line there for a few more minutes. Got tired of that so went back to my vehicle. I asked another kid if he could air up my tires. He said he would get some one. Nobody showed up. I left and came back an hour later and a nice kid checked my tire pressure as soon as I pulled up.

Ive actually been to this Discount store several times and have always had a positive experience. Actually, Discount Tire on the whole has been a good company to do business with, which is a good thing considering the amount of money weve spent there over the years. What Im saying is that as a big box store, Discount has apparently fostered customer service down to the employees which isnt apparent with other chains weve spent even more with such as Home Depot, etc.However, this experience in particular was remarkable due to the amount of effort made by Preston the Asst. Manager in regard to the circumstance I had. He went outside the box to offer a couple of solutions which included reaching out to the vehicle OEM dealership and third party provider.I dont know that this is something that comes up a lot but his resourcefulness and willingness to help made a bad situation a lot easier and we were able to save money and time.Thanks again for the great customer service Apache Junction Discount Tire!

Discount Tire is always a great place to get your tires replaced or repaired. The staff there is always friendly and opens early at 8 AM so I can get there before work. The warrantee that they offer usually will cover everything that can happen to a tire out here in Arizona. For example today I got a nail in my tire and they were paired it for no charge if it was damaged beyond repair they would replace it. I highly recommend Discount Tire as they also will price match against Costco and other places. Check them out and see if they have your brand tires in stock best of luck in the new year!

Guys here dont know how to hustle, took them an hour to do a tire that I carried in off the car already. Ive done tires before, only takes maybe 5 minutes to mount and balance. Whats the incentive to do business here?

Between our two trucks we have bought 24 tires from discount on two accounts.. You will always always be asked to pay more and if they dont force you to pay more by doing the work before you approve it or they wont even do the work unless you pay more.. wont rotate your tires because they claim it doesnt have enough and you have to buy new tires or they wont do the SERVICE. Just a way to get out of the work and force a sale. I will never buy here again.

Ordered 4 tires for F250 on Saturday, couldnt get the size I wanted, Nitto 37x12.50R20, so Ordered 35s supposed to be in on Wednesday, not, Thursday, not, had appointment at 8:40 am Friday to have them installed, no tires! Call me at 10:30 am the tires arrived, from 2 hrs away. Come in appointment at 11:45, sit for over forty minutes and truck still not in shop. They told me Id be done by 1:15. Well see. Ill never do this again, its Friday memorial weekend and couldve been long gone, planned it well in advance and they still cant get it done on time, spending $2k as well! Dont go here!

This place is truly amazing I had a blowout a couple nights back and I didnt have the tools to release my spare unfortunately and I had to have my vehicle towed to discount tire. I told them what had happened and Said I believe that Im long overdue for all four tires. They quoted me an amazing price for four tires. They told me theyd have them put on and be ready in no time They even offered to put a good tire on my spare since my spare looked like it was pretty bad. I got all four tires for a great price and when I picked up the vehicle I was shocked I couldnt believe it I realized that they gave me an alignment for free! This was by far one of the best experiences Ive ever had regarding an auto shop its not often do you find such loyal respectful and truthful mechanics in this day and age. Always friendly and helpful. Have had my tires repaired multiple times and it has always been free of charge. If youre doing a walk in be prepared to spend around an hour there, worth the time for quality of service.

Came in early to get a balance done on tires that another location did not do. Was asked to come back at 12:30 and would get done alright away. It took 45 minutes for them to take the vehicle back.... not sure why you make appointments if you don’t honor them.

Called in and spoke to Kelly. She was able to quickly order a couple tires for my RV. They arrived in two days and had them installed on rims in 30 minutes. I went in with a simple flat repair but, was denied service because they tried to say the tire was no good. I had to drive an hour out of my way to go to another Discount Tire where they fixed it right away without complaint. Wow! Why they wasted my time, I guess I’ll never know and here I was going to buy a new set from them once I got my stimulus check, forget it now! I was trying to keep that money locally with a local business but, I’d rather purchase them an hour away, where I can actually get service and not the run around. Thanks, for nothing.

Have been supporting the Mom and Pop tire stores for years...but this time they all acted like Covid19 never happened..I was in shock to see how they were all I dont believe in masks or Corina virus is a hoax .NOT one effort to make clients safe...On the other hand Discount tire did all that right..Thank you so so much from aus old folks..only issue they should tell you that over the price of the tire they charge you to put them on..Mom and pops...not so much! BRAVO!

I bought a set of tires. Thought I was getting a deal because there was a 100 dollar rebate. Did what i had to get the rebate. Waited 3 and a half months for it. Now they say it was never submitted. I have a tracking number for verification. Still say i didnt submit it. My problem now i was told. Big O for tires from here on out. I was going to use the 100 for Christmas for my grandson because I have cancer and cant work. It was all I had to spend this year for him.

The team is top knotch and they made a recommendation to go to a little larger size tire for the Tacoma to have other options. Ended up with the Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain. Going with a little larger tire makes the truck sit up a little and the side lugs make it look oh so nice. Left the shop and drove it on the surface streets and the highway very pleased with the ride quality. It is a little stiffer which you can feel a little, but its all good for me.

Got me in, & fixed my tire at no charge. That us why I buy my tires at Discount.

Couldnt be happier with my experience! The manager Justin was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person.. Ordered my tires through the Discount Tire website.. My car, Nissan 370z, has a very unique tire set up.. The site presented me numerous options and I was able to find the perfect match for my driving needs.. But this wasnt the best part of my experience.. That came when I went to their Apache Junction store for the install.. From the asst. mngr. Ally checking me in to the techs who installed my new tires It was nothing but top notch! I greatly look forward to bringing more vehicles to this location in the future!
