Very helpful on the phone....when I arrived I could not find the office. The owner was aware that I was out there and came and found me. Normally my experience at tow yards is less than helpful but not the case here!

They have nice cars at times

Have bought 2 cars from this place twice now and both times I end up having issues with the vehicle. Thankfully it hasnt been any major work needed... Overall they are helpful and got reasonable prices when you dont have that much to spend

$503 for 2 days of storage!!! Thats outrageous!

This tow company is a bit different. It is used by the Antioch Police when towing is necessary after an arrest has been made and there is no one who can legally drive the vehicle ie no licence, insurance, etc. As long as all the proper paperwork is handed in along with a cash payment, the vehicle will be released to the owner. Extremely small parking area.

Had a horrible experience with this company.Driver towed my car outside of apartment complex before securing straps (illegal, straps must be secured first). He did it so he could quickly slip away with my car and secure them on the street, out of view.I stopped him in on the street, he would not give me my car, pulled over to the side and called the police alleging I had assaulted him (no such thing done, just a way for me to leave, his word vs mine).PES ended up towing my car to Antioch, from Concord, not their Bay Point facility (again, against the law, over X amount of miles from tow location).Speaking with their guy on the phone we had agreed on one price, when we arrived the price was significantly higher and the same person I talked with on the phone told me, in my face, while looking in my eyes, that he had never spoken to me or anyone about this tow.When I brought it up he said something along the lines of Oh, this guy wants to play hard, lets see if we can keep his car longer. At that point they started checking insurance/registration/name/address for any reason to keep my car an extra day (they didnt).I filed a BBB complaint in which the drive made more outrageous allegations. I hope this company gets shut down/arrested.

Call a diffrent Tow Truck service youll thank me later .
