I flagged him down in the middle of a service call to get his card. I called and he made time to come and get us going on the same day. He took the time to explain the service and products and process at length. He inspected and treated all of our problem areas and i feel like he went the extra mile to make us feel safer. He was personable and he didnt talk down to me. I will definitely reccomend Joe Silva and Home Team to everyone.

Came on time. Representatives polite. I still have drain flies coming up my bathroom window non stop in groups.called after 48 hours and explained the activity in my bathroom. Was given an appointment after 4 days....when I signed up for new service I got it the following morning. They said we can have the rep call me but didnt receive any calls yet!

So far so good. Hired these guys to get rid of the flea problem in our backyard. I agreed to a 1 year contract because I want the guarantee that the fleas wont be back. They sprayed with optimal first (Gamma Cyhalothrin, same as hardware store products) which didnt event put a dent in the problem, but came back and used Tengard (Permethrin) which reduced the fleas from hundreds spotted per day down to single digits. I cant get Permethrin from the hardware store but can from Amazon and am happy these guys taught me a lesson I can use in the future. Overall, they are very polite and genuinely seem to want to get the problem under control which they did. I can relax the rest of the year knowing that if theres any fleas between treatments, I need only call them up for a free respray as per their guarantee. Im super 😄.

I reached out to Home Team on monday afternoon and they were completing service at our home by wednesday morning! Everyone I talked to was very polite, professional, and did a thorough job of explaining what they were doing. The technician was at our home for almost an hour and we felt that he did a wonderful job for the price.

HomeTeam pest defense did an excellent job of getting rid of the Ants inside the house . We tried lots of store brought products but nothing worked for months.They also got rid of spider webs outside and sprayed the outside perimeter of the house.They have good price and promotions too.

The team showed up on schedule. He explained the process and inspected all the water areas in our house. They do it only for the first visit just to make sure. Otherwise their system used the preinstalled pipes a system called Texx.The rep walked around the property and cleaned all cobwebs etc from the eaves. Then he sprayed the garage and around entrances. Then he put on chemicals into each tube of the Texx system ensuring the amount and pressure.After this he also asked me if thete were any concerns. He was very professional and thorough. Makes us feel that our house is certainly protected from all the common pests that are found in our area.

We use the quarterly service and ever since we’ve used Home Team Pest Defense we’ve noticed a huge decrease in the amount of bugs we get in our house. Before we started the service we used to get a lot of ants, spiders, and pincher bugs. After the service we don’t get any. Definitely well worth the money and they come out free of charge between visits if needed. Scheduling is easy too. I’ll get an email the first week of the month I’m due for service and I just have to confirm. Super easy.

HomeTeam has been a great pest control service for the past 3 years on our new house. The guy who services our house, Ronald, is very professional and is quick to respond whenever an anthill pops up in our yard. The great customer service in general from HomeTeam and from Ronald in particular is why I stay with them.

Have used Home Pest Defense for at least 10 years. They have kept our home pest free. We have black widows in the area but since using their service I forgot what they look like. Ants are never a problem because the service is so thorough.

HomeTeam was the pest service agency that we initially contracted when we bought our home because bug spray lines were pre-installed by them when the home was constructed. We initially thought wed check them out for a year and see how they service turns out. After 4 years of living at the same place, we are pleased to say that they have excellent customer service! They have always taken care of all our bugs and even when they miss something, they send technicians out immediately to resolve the problems.
