I have been going to Vanna nail salon for my eyebrows pedicure and my nails.. I have been going here for a few years now the customer service is very well pleasant and courtesyThe employees are. I give this salon a five-star rating cuz I have never had any complaints to give and I would continue going to Vannas nail salon and would recommend any members of my family females and my and friends.

I love me some Vanna! She been in business for years. All I needed was to get a nail fixed that broke way to low. I ended up with a pedicure and polish change in chrome! Yes chrome! I chose the white metallic and I love the way it turned out.They use powder and a unique pen to apply it. It takes a lot longer but its worth it.Vanna has always had a clean environment. She sterilizes her tools and lines the water tubs with plastic.She has all the latest colors and new trends. I used to get designs on my nails back in the day.Her only down fall is where shes located. That area used to be ok. Now its riddled with homeless people hanging out. Try to over look that and give her a try! Shes really sweet and will always try to accommodate your needs.

Omg i love Vanna so much! i’ve been going there for the past 4 1/2 years and they are always so nice and give me what i ask for! sadly i moved but i will always go there whenever i come back into town!

I had an appointment with the Male tech. I got there a few minutes early. He never looked up to acknowledge me. The lady behind him asked me if I needed help. I told them I had an appointment the lady then told me the man was running late he was still working on someones nails. She could help me. I sit down with her and then her appointment arrives 30 minutes early. She then tells me I need to get up because her appointment is early and she needs to help her. This entire time the man never looks at me or says anything. Based on some of the reviews it seems the the male tech has an attitude. I have gone to Vanna before and she was great, but I will not spend my money there again. I walked out and as Im walking out He then decides to say something. Nope too late. !

I traveled to this shop from San Francisco because everything was closed due to Covid-19. They did an AMAZING Job on my nails and feet. I also got my eyebrows waxed and that went great as well. I cant wait for round 2.

Absolutely amazing. The staff there always does an outstanding job. Today i was in need of TLC to prepare myself for pageant bootcamp this weekend for the California Plus America Pageant. This is the second time I’ve went in with an appointment and had to wait over an hour past my appointment. This last time I ended up leaving because after an hour past my appointment I had yet to be seen. Very unprofessional to over schedule people and have customers siting there over a hour past their appointment time.

When i went in i had strong nails. I went in to have an overlay put on my nails and in two weeks I had it taken off. They ruined my nail bed and nails. I have to stat completely over growing my natural nails back strong. Plus they did not put the overlay on right and fungi was starting to form on my nails. They have no ideal what they are doing. Never will never ever go there again. Think long and hard before you do.

WOW. This was my first time doing this. My wife treated me to a pedicure. This staff was smiling, happy, and professional. I felt welcome at all times. The place was clean and very business professional also. I definitely had fun.

The male nail tech is ridiculously disrespectful, he did a terrible job on my nails. The whole time he was being rough and I ask him to be gentle he would only catch an attitude. On my way out of the salon he called me a “Bitch”.

I love the way Nikki does my pedicures, but Vanna can be very rude at times, I brought my sister in, who came from out of town, she was not satisfied with the service she received and asked Vanna to correct it, or not charge her, Vanna was extremely rude and screamed at her talking over her, customers should be happy with the services they receive... you would think they should be appreciative of someone referring a new customer to them, their customer service could use a lot of work That did not sit well with me so I havent returned back since

Sad to say that after 15 years of going here I will not be going back. I love Vanna and Nickie but the service and quality has been really bad the last few times I’ve gone. They pay more attention to how many customers they can pile in and make wait to make the money. Quality and customer service is no longer a priority. If you have a appointment with Vanna there are constant interruptions from the people wanting her to do their eyebrows. I have had her stop working on my nails 5-6 times during multiple appointments. Sorry but I can’t go back.

Every time my wife go there its a different price . When they make mistakes you have to argue with them to correct it. She make a appointment with Vanna or husband they will get someone else . They dont take directions well . Ive had to go there to kindly let them know that money is hard to come by ! NEW NAIL PERSON !

Ive been going to Vanna for over 15 years and her services are top noch excellent! Every service offered is the best! Beautiful nails! I can only get my nails done once a month a d they dont lift or break the whole month, yes! The whole month! I have been going to this place for 13 years. This the first time I left totally pissed off. I always tip way more than is deserved. It was an extended wait time no problem so I thought cause they always treated me right. Im telling the mail person what I like and I got what he preferred all the way around. Then the chick do my nails and it was a horrible job. But I still tipped. I asked her if my nails were dry and I said I think they are. She says yes. I go to the bathroom and come out and sit back down because of course they were still wet. So I ask Vanna if she could repaint them because they looked horrible. She tell the chick that did them that I was complaining and to fix it. Which pissed me off even more. I would of paid her again but I wanted my nails done right. The chick gone attempt to touch me with the gloves on that she was doing another customer feet with, at this point Im so done. I just want to get the messed up job off my nails and go somewhere else. Im never going back EVER

The staff always is very welcoming when I enter. I enjoy coming here because the staff is very friendly. I have not got my nails done there before, so I can not speak in regards to that.I go to this nail salon to get my eyebrows done only. I must say that I am always pleased, with the outcome of my eyebrows. The lady who does my eyebrows is consistent. She never not does an excellent job on my eyebrows! Seriously every time that I go there my eyebrows look amazing! Vannas nails, overall, a great place to go if your in the Pittsburg, Antioch/ Brentwood area and looking for someone to do your eyebrows.Go there and ask for a Vanna. She is the only person I let do my eyebrows. You will not be disappointed. She is great!

They take they time to do your nails love it , I wait it 3 week to do my nail , nail didnt fall.

They are starting to give service like ‘my nails and spa’. They are rude, they raise the price once a month by a dollar or a few and Vanna’s husband is really rude.

They are really impatient and rush their job very bad experience and they don’t follow with what you ask for

I came back to get a glitter coat on my nails today and they said it was free because it was just a top coat on my nails and when I was leaving a worker was very rude and yelled at me saying I owed 5 dollars. They tried to play me for my money and humiliate me. I will never come back. Everytime I seem to visit this place it seems like I have a bad experience. Plus to top it off they messed up my eyebrows a few days before the incident.
