I LOVE this place! Been coming here since they first opened years ago. Its clean and there is always someone there and they are very friendly. I use my card to wash and dry. Thats a big plus!

I’ve been going here for some years. It’s 2 mins away from my home. One day I come in todo some laundry for the incoming week, I hear from locals there had been a bed bug out break. The workers tried to reinsure me that everything was taken care of. I think overtime this place has been poorly managed, the washer machines are filthy and the floors have massive stains. The coworkers do nothing their whole shift.

Washer and dryers are a bit higher prices than some of their other locations, no outlets to plug youre phone while you wait and theres sometimes people that will come in to do nothing but scream and yell them leave..

I dont recommend using this laundromat. I was a regular customer for 2 years until my $200 sheets got destroyed a week ago. When I pulled them out of the dryer there were black scorch marks and some rips. I notified the worker who told me she was going to call her boss. She returned to let me know she had left a message. Then about 5 mins laster she returned say her boss had responded. I was told that they are not liable for damages. I said okay and thanked the worker. All of the attendants who worker here are very kind I didnt need to take out my frustration on her. The owners however, I am astonished you didnt even offer me a wash credit or something better than a too bad. I will certainly never come here again. In fact, I would remind you that you are 100% responsible for the maintance of that machines and could be found liable in a court of law. My recommendation is to value your customers a little more, realize people rely on you to care for your machines.

No workers on shift. Never answer their calls. Broken machines. Bad neighborhood. Dont waste your time.

Every 2 weeks we go to this place to do our laundry. The place is clean and nice. But this morning, today, Nov. 27, 2019 I am very upset on this place. The place is automatic at 6am the door will open. I dont know what time the lady/staff, the assistant that comes in there to watch the place. Normally, they comes in at 8am. But, today, because I really need to use the bathroom and go pee but the assistant didnt show yo up til we left at 829am!. The bathroom is locked and only the staff can open it for you. I dont know why nobody show up or probably because tom is Thanksgiving. I have to hold my pee til we reached our home.

Place was clean, lots of machines with easy-to-use payment options.

Was overcharged and paid for and requested fabric softener which wasn’t used. Called in and they just said they’ll tell their manager. I know it’s people who know towels and/or blankets can look at the pic and see the lack of softener. Theses towels are hard not soft. I wouldn’t make a fuss if I hadn’t paid extra for the service.

The manager challenged my assistant dog. It screwed with my anxiety and it gave me a hard time trying to think about what i was trying to do. I know how to read and my dog isnt a pet. I dont put gear on him because its not necessary and the doesnt require it. Plus its kind of obvious that Im deaf when I request to remove mask to read your lips.

The staff here is friendly and the owners are so nice. I use their wash & fold service by ordering online. They pick up my laundry from my house and bring it back to me the next day, neatly folded and smelling fresh. I take my large blankets and bulky things in to the laundromat myself and it’s always clean and tidy.

As much as I detest doing laundry, this place makes it as easy on me as its ever going to get doing it in a public facility. Its constantly being cleaned, all the washers and dryers are almost always working perfectly, and the staff is helpful. Most of the machines use quarters and credit/debit cards and theres also a change machine, as well as an atm in the facility as well. This is about as good as a laundromat is ever going to get.

Well went there. Saw the sign on the door masks required inside at all times .thought it be a safe landry mate to use.put my laundry in 5 machines thought they were a bit expensive. 4 at $8.00 each and 1@$ 6.00 . but had seen a sign saying spend $20 get 5 more for tree.well figured the worker who by theway did wate a mask but it only covered his mouth nothis nose . had watchedme sort my clothes in to the 4 large machines. .so i asked him how do i get the extra 5.oo buck ?of course he said you need buy the card over there .told him nice of you to watch mesort all my laundra and not come tell me about how i could save a bit. Here.so i then put all my washes in to 12 dryersand thought it gonna be about 25 bucks i by that carwelli could not figure it out so icalled the woker over and what you lnow. Neuther could he . so i got 20 bucks in quartersand then pulled 8 more out of my truck .a.and when i thought my clothes be do went in tofind 2 ladies folding clothes without masks. Thought so much for safty and pointedthem out to tbe worker whodid noteven say any thing to the 2 ladies will not return and feell like i got ripeoff for 15 dollars at least thered

The place is clean and tidy. However, the staff who keeps it clean has a habit of mopping during the day (why, unless there is a spill or issue?) then telling us not to walk on her clean floors until its totally dry. There is a wet floor sign out, I know how it works... I just wanted to use one of the *cheaper* washers. Who knows how long itll take for her floor to be ready for use.Also, very little parking. The lot is always full, and it is one-way traffic, so be careful. Its a charlie-foxtrot there. There is more parking across the alley/street but its one-way, and you cant see the sign until youve already passed it. It took me three attempts to park before I got situated 😂The one good thing is the machines (the expensive ones only) take tap-to-pay and credit. Overall very unimpressed, doubt Ill be back.

Well I really like this place always clean Im one of first customer been coming since opened yes i thought owner was nice he have went up prices since opened he usually have air on lately been hot in there I guess keeps it down also my basket got stolen worker called owner he said i shouldnt left it if i want call police i can and he would show camera to show them who stolen. Im not tripped off a 9.00 basket I didnt appreciate owner remark

First time here: above amazedReal clean and fully functional machines with iPay and credit/debit, friendly staffs, and the best of all, clear air that you can breath while doing laundry here!!One thing I gotta be honest though, the restroom is out, hope I won’t need to be on no pee marathon next time I’m inAll the best ^ _ ^.

They keep it VERY CLEAN! The worker on Sunday she is very nice and does a great Job keeping the place very nice. If my clothes fall out of the dryer on the floor on the way to the counter I dont trip like I do at some places.

I absolutely love this place. Normally a laundry day is a chore, but here I am in and out. Ive never had a faulty washer or dryer that didnt dry my clothes enough as another one. One MAJOR plus is theyre extremely helpful with my toddler, making sure hes safe and occupied while I load and unload. This gets me in and out in an hour or less! I will never go anywhere else!

Place is clean, even the restroom! The attendant was either folding laundry or sweeping the floor. Should our washer break down again, this is the place to come. Now if only people would only learn to park correctly (between the lines, and not crowd the handicap parking)

This was the first time I have been here. The facility was very clean. There is a worker on site to keep everything clean, and answer questions. Coin dispenser worked, as did all the vending machines. I definately will return here.

THESE WASHERS SIMPLY DO NOT CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES! Yes, it will take your money and yes it will wet the clothes. Hell, you can even put soap in the machine. But do not be fooled: YOUR CLOTHES WILL COME OUT EXACTLY THE WAY YOU PUT THEM IN. And yes, they are way more expensive than their competitors. I jus wasted 30 minutes and $6. Dont bother.Seriously.

I recently had my washer and dryer both break down back to back at home so I have had to use this laundromat for about a month now while they are being repaired. I have to say that although the cost is a little pricey I dont mind paying. The place is always very clean. Staff is always closeby, and this past Sunday both ladies that closed waited until the last 3 min of closing to allow me to finish my laundry. They were very polite and accomadating. I just had to say how impressed I was as a whole with this business. Great work !

This was my 1st time at Any wash house so i didnt know if i had to bring my own coins I called & The Owner Paul was very helpful & very professional... There are plenty of washers & dryers so No one has to wait.. The best thing is its very clean & the owner came & swept & empty the trashes I Mean I had a good 1st time experience..I highly recommend this place

We come here at least once a month and Speed Clean Laundry is always clean; washers & dryers are in good working condition; bathroom clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lowest wash is $3.75 and you can not put towels in it😩. Nice and clean you out your money. There are other places near here that are cheaper 😂.

This place was awesome, as I was walking up to the door with my cloths I was greeted with a cart to place my baskets in then my kids were offered free donuts. There are card readers on the machines so I didnt have to bother with change and my son got to play his tablet with the complimentary wifi while I was washing the cloths.

Im have half paralized body and is ashame that is always there healthy people without permit on the handicapped parking lot! Seems that the owners never do nothing about it. I speak with the owner and he said Is not his responsibility check who park there in mi opinion it is because is a property hes in charge off! Regardless if he rents or own the place!!I not just encounter that after I was inside washing my clothes the person in charge was very rude! I explain to her my physical problem and she just dont care! A mean i dont want or expect any special treatment tours me but at least a bit of common sense!!!! If I said that is because after I finished washing she was with her friend laughing about me and my lack of movement while I put my clothes in the dryer which by the way was blocked with the cars of clothes she was folding and she was so entertained chatting with her friend and laughing about me that she never moved her carts for me to passed by! I ask her for the owners # and she denied to give it to me but seems she call him because after all he just didnt understand my point of how rude this person was!!!! Is such a shame because the place is a nice laundromat!!!

I will never go there, they take the little things to the extreme. The attendant came to as me to ask me something. And i answered. Then few minutes later here comes the owner, i mean he drove there to intaragate me more. And i gave him the same answers and it went on forever. I kept my composer, but i really wanted to break down. It was finally over, and i went outside to calm down. But if my clothes werent in the washing machine i would of left right then and there. Horrible experience.

It is a VERY clean establishment. Everytime I have utilized this facility there has been a staff member on the premises who is helpful and courteous. It has vending machines if you want to snack and tvs for entertaonment. It is the best laundromat in Antioch.
