When I called Randy to let him know that my seniors Class of 2021 sign had blown away, he immediately offered to reprint one for us. When I went to pick it up, he wouldnt accept any payment because I had to wait for a few minutes for it to be ready. Impressions Count has quality products and are very responsive! I would highly recommend them for your printing needs.

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE WITH DAUGHTERS WEDDING INVITES!!! If you have a print job that’s important you you RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS and find another printer.They tell you One thing when you go in to ask about the job that you need done and then it takes forever to get that job.They act like you’re bothering them if you call to follow up on when you’re printing will be done. I paid extra for a raised lettering and you actually had to run your fingers over the printing to feel that it was raised you couldn’t tell just by sight. They also were supposed to print the address and name and addresses on the envelopes to be mailed and when I picked them up and they looked fine but after I mailed them people weren’t getting the invitations 2 to 3 weeks later. I finally got a hold of one and you could barely read the name and address the ink had faded off of the envelope. When I showed Randy the owner this he just said I can’t control what happens to the envelopes after it leaves my shop like I was going to sabotage my daughter‘s wedding after going to the expense! He blamed it on the post office he was unwilling to do anything to make it right and just kept denying any wrong doing by his shop. I had written a review shortly after this happened to me in In October 2017 but shockingly the review disappeared off of his site and the one I put on yelp. Again I just warn people not to use his services to be warned he won’t take any responsibility if something is not right and you will wait a long time for your order to be finished!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!I first went into the shop to have some small mailing-postcards and envelopes printed. It took over 4 weeks to complete!I submitted my order online and asked please let me know a quote and when my items can be expected to be completed. I did receive a quote but no time-frame, so I assumed I would refollow-up in a week. After trying to follow-up - 4 WEEKS LATER - I was told they were completed! Wow - long time for a simple black and white job - but thought maybe it was just a busy season, whatever. Price seemed ok-ish, so thought Id give another shot.Second time, I go back HUGE MISTAKE - I submitted my order which is for an event (as in it has a deadline when it needs to be mailed!) and 4 WEEKS LATER I am told me ORDER WAS LOST!!!!! And can I please re-submit everything, and they will bump it up yadda yadda. A week later (going on WEEK 6) still NO ORDER!!! The shop never offered any discount, or follow-up except once.My suggestion to the shop:GET ORGANIZED! As a business you are supposed to be a professional at your service/product - that means keeping track of orders, customer service, follow-up, etc. NONE of this was received.No wonder people choose to drive 10 miles out of the way to go a Staples or Office Max - at least they dont lose orders!!!! Unless you have time to WASTE, and essentially dont care if your order doesnt get done ever - DO NOT GO HERE!I would like to say that I gave this shop multiple opportunities to rectify their actions (or lack of) prior to posting this! I prefer to use small business shops whenever possible because I like to support families and my local community - however, now I can understand why so many small business fold, and especially during the recent economic issues customers cannot afford to have their TIME WASTED! This is exactly what happened to me!
