Ron dropped the ball twice. Was rude in discussing. On third call he said he couldnt get 3/8 mirror which was HIS recommendation. If he had just took his own notes from our phone calls and not blame it on he doesnt have an email from me. I would have had the product 2 weeks sooner had he just kept track of of phone conversation. didnt buy in the end. Cant recommend.
