The service they provided exceeded our expectations. They handled everything in a professional manner always considering the fact that losing a loved one is a deeply personal, emotional, and intimate experience for the bereaved family. They covered all the important aspects and are always there to provide information, answer questions, and help you make the right decisions during this difficult time. Also, through their live-streaming service, we were able to share the viewing and religious service (officiated by Father Robert of St. Ignatius of Antioch church) to our relatives in the Philippines in real time. It was also recorded so we could access it anytime. They treated my mom’s remains with the highest respect the way families would want to honor a loved one who passed away. The most special and emotional moment for me was when we came to receive the urn containing my mom’s remains. That was the most solemn moment….Special thanks to Marissa, Caitlin, Tom and all the others at Higgins Chapel for their help and sympathy.

Higgins Chapel provided their services for my mom’s memorial. I was very pleased with how Marissa handled everything for me. The staff members were very helpful and patient, while accommodating me. I loved the tribute wall of my beautiful mom on their website. They also provided online streaming of her memorial for people who couldn’t attend. Everyone expressed how beautiful the service was. Marissa even surprised me with a beautiful slide show of mom. I would definitely recommend them...

Higgins Chapel was extremely accommodating when it came to the sudden passing of my mom. My dad contacted multiple funeral homes and chose Higgins because of the modest pricing and better reviews. Darren coordinated the viewing, funeral mass, and burial. He was truly genuine and empathetic to our situation, making sure that we were well-informed and comfortable with what was happening. He listened to all of our concerns and guided us throughout the entire process. I only talked to the other staff in passing but all of them were friendly as well; I was always greeted with authentic smiles. Overall, Higgins Chapel went above and beyond my familys expectations.

Anthony was amazing ♥️ I had shared with him that my dad Wes was a huge Giants baseball fan and what he did with that information was perfect 🤗 prayer cards that looked like baseball cards, Giants fight song on a banner with a photo of dad at AT&T Park, popcorn peanuts and cracker jacks ... it was absolutely perfect 👌 it was everything I had hoped it would be and more ⚾️ Thank you Higgins and thank you Anthony 👍 Leanna Repetto and family
