If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Bill is the name of the guy that works here. I called around for a diagnostic for my girlfriends laptop, decided to go here because he said he would do the diagnostic free of charge, then call me to discuss my options. He also informed me that he could extract any content that he could save depending on the results of the diagnostic. Got in touch few days later where he said he needed to be paid for his work , a ridiculous price of 225! Told me he did the work because i didnt answer my phone the few times he had called, he then refused to give me my laptop until he was paid! .. I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.. guy is a THIEF!Reply to owner.. Broke? Cheap? I make over 100k a year u think i dont have 250.00 dollars? First of all you think you can just do the work on soneone elses property without consent then because you already did the work u can charge me whatever u see fit? U must really think Im stupid . On top of that u wanted to keep the laptop that 2 years ago i paid 700 for and give me 25 dollar credit when the only think wrong was the motherboard.. everything else on it is still good. And for the record Best Buy didnt kick me out they charge 89.00 dollars for a diagnostic so i told them that i would shop around and possibly bring it back there if i couldnt find anyone else. Thats what i get for tying to save a little bit of money.. and as far as getting in your face yeah i did after you raised your voice and started cussing at me.. very professional of u by the way.. i even offered to pay just four the diagnostic which on average Id about 50 dollars but u wanted to rip me off sorry not gonna happen
