3 consecutives appointments (not including the initial inspection) to fix my cooktop and still not being fixed yet. I had to move to different Contractor.Stay away from using them.
First off - My appointment was scheduled between 1-5PM in advance, I was on a conference call when the technician called to confirm my appointment and prevent driving over. Apparently if you do not answer the call at first attempt the appointment is cancelled. This occurred at 1:05PM, the call center person attempted to contact the technician and he doesnt answer with no repercussions to him. However, they cant do anything except reschedule your appointment. What an inconvenience!
