Omg! Am I so happy that I confused this place with Midas. (Midas is cool too, not a dig at them) I drove up to Midas In Antioch promptly realized I had confused the two. I drove on to Meineke and am I very glad that I did.I called this morning and made an appointment for 11am, spoke with Mike and he was super professional and got me set up.I get there and Omar and Oscar checked me in. They were super patient and also very professional. They both took time to explain my different options.Then, the professionalism, and honesty continued with Ramon. Ramon came to get us to show us about money that he found in our glove compartment (that we had forgot about) while changing our cabin filter.They were also very honest about recommendations vs what was truly needed today. I never got the feeling that I was being hustled as a woman. They showed me why I should do the engine flush.. My oil was black.I will be bringing my other car back to them on Tuesday. As long as these four guys are here, I will bring my car to this location for any services that they offer!Theyve created a loyal customer in me.And all the did took less than one hour.Thanks guys, you were all super awesome!

I felt like the whole shop had my best interest at heart! They not only wanted to make sure my car was fixed but that it didn’t cost me my life savings! They were professional and kind to me even with my continuous tears flowing down my face....I highly recommend this shop!

Went in for an oil change arrived late for my appointment but they were able to accommodate me. I just had to wait a while as they had other appointments to take care of. He did come in from time to time to let me how much longer I may have to wait. That helped so I didnt feel forgotten. Liked that they had a little play table for kids in the waiting room. Nice touch.

Meineke Car Care... Antioch California. Service has improved continually over the last year. Ive been a user of Meineke services for 4 years now. Their manager Oscar always works with the public to give them the benefits of the best work that Monica has to offer. I use mine if he continually and I get the benefit of special offers with them. One thing Meineke needs to do in-house itself is wheel alignments.

I love this place. Everyone is always friendly and the service is prompt. I usually try to get there right when they open, so the wait might be different in the afternoon. To be safe, make an appointment!!

These guys were real cool from the day I called and talked to Steve, I think thats his name. Later the manager Oscar took over and was very professional and reassuring.

I was very frustrated to even have to come get an oil change. I had just bought my car and had taken it back 3x’s due to oil light that was on. I was told over & over again it just need to be reset.When the service guy came to get me to show the leak I had. It help resolve what could have been very bad car issues.Thank you!

Worst service groupon. They charge me for Honda transmission premium oil and when I met mechanic. He pured different cheap brand oil. I dont recommend this place . Its cheating. My car had engineer cover that guy even didnt put that he was like oh clips broken.un provisio I usually service my car in dealership. They always check everything.

Went in for a oil change. Service was quick and efficient. In and out in 30 minutes. What more can you ask for.

Horrible service, had a Groupon coupon. The mechanic didnt tighten the oil filter or transmission pan dripping oil everywhere. I took it to Winter Honda to get the job done right. By the way Meinecke did a complimentary vehicle check and completely missed several items I had mentioned that the dealer repaired. Poorly managed, incompetent service personnel, arrived for the appointment on time and the service work took 90 minutes longer than quoted.The “owner” responded that he didn’t have my contact information. That’s incorrect. I’m in his “system.” My name is clearly stated here. He needs to be more diligent. I tried to respond to his comment but could only respond here on my post not to his.By the way, the proper repairs including fixing the two items I paid Meineke were completed at Honda the same week.

This is the last place you should take your car to. You’d be better off watching a YouTube tutorial to do the repairs yourself. Meineke on 18th Street in Antioch is ran by incompetent mechanics that do shady business.

Better off going somewhere else took my car here 3 days ago for work that could be done in 1 day originally told me 1 day now 3 days later it won’t be done until tmwr now another day and they tell me the next day after 3pm guy sounded unprofessional on phone and told me the mechanic already went home for the day sounds like bs to me and I swear to god if the work isn’t done on the car I’m going to snap

Do not take ur vehicle here for any major repair work. This placed worked on repl. head gaskets on my truck...after I picked up my truck..I had ck coolant light come on...my truck had a major water leak, then srvc..engine light came on...found out the sensors to manifold were broken. I tried to resolve w/manager..I was told that they couldnt be responsible for anything that brakes while they work on a vehicle..??? I filed a complaint w/customer srvc. dept..I was told report w/b sent to District mgr & Franchise owner & someone from resolution dept would call me within 48 hrs. It has been (3) wks & no call back. I filed another complaint....still no word. Called other ph.#s. & was told someone would get back to me soon. No one at Meineke is willing to follow up. This has been a very difficult company to get thru. No names or ph #s are given out..so as I can follow up. The Meineke in Antioch is very unprofessional..& when my husband took our truck back there to show them the problem. .the one person presented him with an additional bill...to look at our truck...after they returned it to us with additional problems...& said he didnt Care..Very, Very bad experience....I cant say enough to really convey what a Horrific experience this has been...Its one thing for an accident to happen..but clearly when a Company does no follow up, & states they dont care...Where do we go from there?? Paid 2000.00 ...& have unresolved problem.
