Never write reviews but I am so impressed with the honesty & integrity of this family run business. 10 yrs of issues solved in 1 week! I only wish there was a company that did this where I am moving in Florida. They all want monthly fees rather then solve the problem. Thank you Paul for our healthy home! A+++!

I am at my wits end with this business. They have been to my house numerous times but I still have traps with dead mice in them. We paid almost $1000 to mouse proof the whole house and I could tolerate them still being in the basement but for the second time now I am hearing scurrying in my daughters bedroom. I just want to cry because we are out the money and we still have mice where my children sleep!!!

After working with two exterminators AtBay appears to have solved our problem. After the initial servicing, I’ve had some follow up questions and Paul and his team have been quick to follow up me within 24 hours if I don’t get a hold of someone initially.

At Bay has helped me immensely, and I would like to share my story, just in case it can help someone else in my position!I am a landlord with multiple properties in Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY. All of the homes I have purchased have been foreclosures in pretty rough shape, ranging from the 1930s - 1970s. All five of them have had a rodent issue at some point, and I was paying a pest control service monthly for all of them to try and control the issue. As I was fixing up the properties the rodents continued to enter the dwellings and damage our remodeling work :(I was so upset because our tenants expect perfection for the rent prices they are paying and the locations they are in, and to be honest I dont blame them! I was becoming more and more frustrated, then one of our tenants moved out mid way through the lease due to the rodent problem. Last straw!! Our real estate agent recommended At Bay. She had some amazing things to say about them and how happy her clients were with their work. I thought a permanent solution was too good to be true, but I am happy to report that after YEARS of dealing with this issue, At Bay resolved them all!!I took care of one home at a time, and each place took about a week. It has now been approximately six months, and all of my tenants are very happy with the results - all rodent free!! The housing is in much better shape than when it was built in the first place. I havent had to hire anyone since for rodent control!To think I almost gave up on my dream of having an income solely based on rental properties and selling homes.... It is now a profitable and stress free job to be a landlord. Thanks so much for helping me in a tremendous way At Bay!!!!

Terrible! This company has been coming to my house for almost a year now to fix a mouse issue, it is still not fixed though! I had to have my landlord call them back and complain because they wouldnt even come inside to assess the problem and set up traps in the kitchen (which is where the mice are). Like I said it has been almost a year since Atbay has been addressing the mouse issue but yet I am still catching mice. I do not recommend this company!

All I can say is that I regret not having read the reviews prior to hiring this company. These guys are scammers!! I paid $400.00 to seal up and rodent proof my house and they signed a contract with me. 8 dead mice later I cannot get them to even call me back and seal up my house where the mice are still getting in and remove the dead ones. Called 7 times no answer. These people obviously do not care about their customers and have not held up their part of the contract!

It’s a scam. Paid them $1,000 for absolutely nothing. Wish I had listened to others. I’ve had nothing but dead mice in traps since they “sealed” my house.They are unprofessional and will avoid your calls.
