Very nice staff, much friendlier than other places I have been. Price was a bit high, but they were using the powder gel and they had the color I wanted so I said let’s do it! Environment was clean, updated, very classy. However, when I went to check out the woman helping me said she didn’t take my credit card type, fine, I pull out my debit card. She basically in a whispering tone asked me to go take cash out and come back. I am a very patient, nice person so I said OK. I told her I am going to go to Stop & Shop, I’m not going to use an ATM and get charge from my bank, and there is no sign saying they don’t take cards, I just think that they like cash more maybe because there is a fee to use cards? I am not sure. I went over to Stop & Shop, took money out, came back and I would’ve liked to tip her more but there is a limit to how much cash I can take out at Stop & Shop and I was already inconvenienced by leaving and having to come back. I don’t even know why they would have me do this, because I could’ve just left and not paid them and never came back. They also do not lotion your hands, they don’t put any oil on your cuticles, they don’t cut your cuticles, nothing like that. I feel like the price was high when they are not doing any of those other expected services. I am disappointed as I liked the place otherwise, but I cannot deal with the whole cash situation, that was all very strange.

Very clean place! They have years of reputation and they are still the best around this area! Very skilled and talented professionals, honest and willing to go above and beyond for their customers! In my experience its always best to call and schedule an appt, if that cant work for you, they do take walk-ins (still try to call ahead), and they will do their best to help you! Very lovely place decorated beautifully a little bit pricey for the manicure service pedicure came out good manicure after I left cuticles were rough.

Lets just say if you have nothing nice to say you dont say anything at all. However, after going there for 19 years I have not stepped foot inside there in over a year. That speaks volumes

Service is terrible, called for an appointment & then waited for half hour after my scheduled time without one employee greeting me or saying anything until I walked out...try not pissing people off. If you are too busy to take an appointment say that. Greet your customers. Does this need to be said? Seems elementary to me when running a business that provides a service...never going here again.

Tiffany is absolutely wonderful!! Always does a beautiful job! Last yr it was $25.00 for a pedicure which went up $5.00 but went up again. Now its 35.00. May have to find another place to go to. I was told when it became 25.00 that it was because they use disposable files and what not. Again I was told the same thing for what is now 35.00. Not happy about the constant increases with the same excuse.

The people are always so nice and friendly and The lady at the front desk is always helpful and smiling. I get pedicures done here once a month and no regrets.

They did a great job fixing my nails. I went into Patrick Nails and my initial impression was that the interior was well decorated its very updated and clean. The owner Jenny (and other workers) were sweet and welcoming. My nails came out so pretty. They look very natural just like i like them. This shop has gained itself a new customer and i wont be going else where. GREAT JOB LADIES!

I love Kelly, shes been doing my nails since 05, I have a standing appt, and she always does a good job, sometimes I have to wait a few minutes, but shes worth waiting for. When you go make sure you tell them what you want done, and you will be pleased. Its clean and modern inside, I love it there.

The ladies doing the nails are very fake nice when you walk in but the moment I called out a mistake they got very hostile. Takes two hours to finish any basic nail service and the smells get you light headed while you wait. Not worth the expensive price tag.

Always do a wonderful job on my nails and brows. Only downside is the wait/how long it takes to get things done but I will continue to go back as it is very clean and I always love the way I look when I leave.

Terrible! They didnt cut my cuticles or moisturize my hands; and it cost me 15.95 Looks like a 5 year old did my nails.

I’ve been a customer for about six years now. You won’t find a cleaner and friendly place. TT is my manicurist and she is excellent at what she does.

First off, it took forever to get my nails done, almost 2 hours when the store was nearly empty. Tiffany is nice enough but I have seen her and her coworkers try to up-charge after the nails are completed. This is ridiculous. If I knew I had to pay $10 extra I wouldnt have started them in the first place. Now that my nails were stripped I had no choice. Very bad practices and the atmosphere is almost suffocating and nauseating with all the fumes.

Writing a review because Ive NEVER experienced anything like this lol from the 12 times I was asked to try the gel to the way the lady rushed through my hands and left them white as snow from all the shavings. I wont ever be back. I typically dont write reviews but my experience was laughable. Save. Your. Money.

These people are so money hungry I mean I see why that place is always empty. They over charge for everything even to cutting down the nails and the shape. Im from Miami and Ive never paid $80 for a refill and a pedicure ridiculous. Im never coming here again way to overpriced. They try and push you to get the most expensive pedicure I had to literally tell the lady 3 times I wanted the regular pedicure.

I have been going here for manicures for quite a few years now. When they are not busy, the service is good.The girl that does my nails does amazing work when shes not rushed. However, I find that they overbook sometimes, and then I am made to wait a long time and I am served in between other customers. It can be a bit frustrating...

These people immediately try to get over on you if your nails were done somewhere else for refill, theyll find or make up any excuse just to raise the prices. Daddys/Males please beware: they think youre stupid and do unnecessary work for more $$. Make sure your child speaks up before paying!!

Ridiculously overpriced and they did such a terrible job on my gel mani and pedi! It took over 2 hours to get everything done. The lady convinced me the gel nailpolish would last up to 3 weeks and the next day all my nails were already fading, not shining and by day 3 every nail was chipped. Highly disappointed!! Waste of time and money

I have been going here since around May and while they were expensive from the beginning it was worth it but after my last two experiences I understand why people stay away from here.1. It is almost always empty of customers but they still take two hours for the dip.2. The owner is quite pushy and thinks “no” means “convince me”. One time I wanted to give cash as a tip and she literally argued with me to put it on my card when peoples bank is right in the same plaza and the $5 the bank charges could be part of the tip. I tipped the person who did my nails $20 in cash for a $50 mani/pedi and not only did they NOT remember me the next time they saw me, they also messed up my nails and all I got was one color but they messed that up too! I’m a big tipper for good service but these folks don’t understand what good service is AT ALL!!! Yesterday the owner was fighting with a customer over the magnetic polish because the customer said it wasn’t working. She had to tell the owner to keep the magnet over the polish longer and at one point said “I don’t want this take it off” - after several minutes of the owner arguing the exasperated customer gave up and said just leave it. That’s unacceptable in a service based business!3. They spend more time looking at each other’s work, chit-chatting, making calls when they are doing your nails, eating, and stopping what they are doing with you for every new customer who comes in. I literally had the wax woman get up 8 different times. Yes I counted, yes I’m still mad.4. There is only one person who can get you in and out in less than two hours and she does a great job. Ask for Kelly if you are brave enough to go. If I ever return she will be the one I go to for the most basic of services. I’m not interested in giving them my hard earned money.5. The last time I went the 3 people did my nails and by the time I left my usually square long natural nails were round and short. The owner gave me a discount (-$5) for butchering my nails and begged me to give them one more chance - literally. She begged.6. Im usually an understandinv customer so I went to give them another shot yesterday and got two different colors of dip. White and glitter - very basic and they charged me $52 without the tip. They charged me a whole $7 more to dip my tips in glitter. For that extra $7 they charged they lost a regular customer who is religious about her grooming habits lol. I’ll save my almost $100/month and go where my time, money and wants are met with great service and by an owner who wants repeat business.I’m on the hunt for a new nail salon and recommend you skip this place. It’s not worth the $.

Went there today and as I walked in I was greeted immediately. I got asked what I need where I replied a full set sit French pink & white, Waited for 10min before being seen. I then again told this women what I was there for which she told me they dont do after the women who greeted me as I walked in said they do it. I just settled with a full set acrylic with French tip Gel polish. I did point out a few things the women doing my nails did that I didnt like or wanted fix, example miss some spots if acrylic on my nails where you could see my regular nail which would make it look as if I needed a refill in a few days, the women kinda gave me a bit of attitude when I said something but did fix it. This is the second time I went to this nail salon being they are open on Sundays and its the only day and afternoon I have free all week, and second time I left spending $40 and leaving un-happy just to have to probably go to a different salon spend more money and have them fix the mess this salon did. I asked for my nails semi long they are really long and the lady insisted they would be shorter once she was completely finished, the French is too short you can see.the fake nail and my real nail alot its just horrible and Im so upset... the majority of the workers there are rude and get upset when you ask for what you are paying for... I will never go again, I will just suffer and wait for a dofferent day and another salon

This place is horrible. Very bad customer service. They start your nails-& then leave you sitting there for an hour.& take other customers in after you have made an appt. not enough help ! Would not recommend...

Worst nail salon eveeerrr 😒 First off the lady tries to cut down my nails after I told her I dont want them cut. She explained that she was just trying to make them even 😡 Then charges me $5 for cutting them. Shes very rude and continued to speak with an attitude while rolling her eyes. I asked to speak to her boss and her reply was I AM THE BOSS smh. My sister went another day with her kids and the same lady asked her if she had an appointment, as if you need an appointment if you have kids. My sister told her no and the same snotty lady said well I hope you know its a long wait. Smfh every time I pass this nail salon its empty and I now understand why 👌🏼

If there was an option for no stars i would have definitely put zero. This lady didnt do my nails correctly. She rushed them and told me that a full set with longer nails it would have cost extra . Most of the employees rush on your nails, which ruins your nails because instead of taking off all the polish, they use the drill.. okay. I didnt like any of the gel colors (she said i couldnt get the gel french manicure because i had spots from acyrlics, which i went somewhere else and they did it no problem) so she literally just picked one and put it on my nails. my sister had also went with me and my nails were done in 15 minutes while she sat there for another half hour/ 45 minutes. she had to sit there so long because a different customer had walked in for a pedi and the woman working on me finished me up quick, (didnt even rub in the lotion, just slapped it on) to go do the other ladies pedi. my sister sat there until another valued customer was finished. dont waste your money..
