Had the 50 years old pipe from my house to the septic fail. Brenden pumped the tanks and diagnosed the problem, ended up selling the home in the spring so they made the repair and necessary replacement of my tanks. Great price and even spread the black dirt I had delivered at no extra charge.

If you want an honest answer this is the place to go for them. Brendan fixed an issue with my brand new septic system, where they connected it to a tar paper pipe. I do not know how the Andover inspector passed it during the install, but he came out fixed the issue and I havent had any issues since the last fix. Highly recommend their service if you need a sewer system repair, or need your septic system serviced.

They came on short notice and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable and really helped me out!

I highly recommend this septic system company. From saving the day in mid-January a few years ago by replacing a broken septic system pipe (had to thaw the ground and it was completely fixed within days), to repairing anything related to your septic, owner Brandon does a fabulous job.

Barely adequate at best. Not exactly the most professional. I was berated for my system being set up the way it was (note, I did not have any choice in the matter given that the previous owners are the reason that it is the way it is). He also threw nasty sewer covered roots into my yard for my dogs to roll in. He did not provide any solutions for my septic issues. I would suggest finding a different provider.

Brenden and D&T are as good as it gets!My drainfield was backing up and I was referred to D&T by a co-worker. I am on the outskirts of D&Ts published service area, but Brenden was more than willing to make the drive and help.Brenden is honest and fair, he answered every question I had and took the time to make sure I fully understood the services he would provide, He pumped my tanks out, gave them a full and thorough inspection, jetted my drainfield lines and everything is in working order again. Ive used a couple bigger septic companies for services in the past and I have never felt that I was treated as well or that I had been provided such professional service. Worst experience ever. Dug up my yard to replace the septic, which was expected, however threw down a whopping 50 lbs of seed to regrow the grass. Mind you this is a 1/4 area they dug up. Didnt remove any debris while back filling, damaged my driveway, etc, etc. Neglected putting a silt fence up while digging (my property backs up to a wetland). Never did a final walk though of the work that was performed.I understand they arent a landscaping company, but at least take care of the property you are working on.Very unprofessional.Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
