Nate Ottos work on our player piano was superb, and its already giving our family much joy. He did every thing possible to bring it back to its original glory from the last century. In fact it is probably a little better with the reinforcements he added. It will certainly last another 100 years. Such a pleasure to work with such a fine young craftsman.

I cannot recommend Nate highly enough. If you are even considering getting work done on your player piano, you should give him a call. He is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and forthright. His price to come and do a diagnostic evaluation is less than the price of a tuning, and he will lay out his assessment of the issues, along with options. As is the case with many old instruments, my familys piano had unforeseen issues once restoration was begun, but Nate tackled many of these without added cost. When a large issue was later discovered, he provided options for how to proceed with various price points and timelines, to allow me to choose what would best fit my familys needs. If I should ever want work done in the future, I wont hesitate to call Nate.
