First time having a pocket knife engraved. I worked with staff to learn about the process and pick the style. Finished product looks great! When I need engraving in the future, I would definitely call on them again

Exceptional customer service. Brought in a small item and was picky about the font. All 3 team members brainstormed with me for several minutes, showing font examples and even bringing me into the back - where all the magic happens :-) Treated my small item like it was just as important as a large item. Been searching for a cases for a couple mn wild hockey pucks Ive got for a a couple hours . Found Sterling trophy online and they wanted a fraction of the price other places wanted and the cases are 10 times nicer . I will be back when I need more stuff for my collection. Great place to work with!
