Hands down Joe Hall made this the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! I have purchased many cars throughout the years and had grown to hate when it was time to buy another car. This time was completely different! We told Joe the car we liked, the amount we had down and the payments we could afford. Joe took care of all of it. I kept waiting for the you need more down or your payments will be this much higher call because our credits not great but it didnt happen. We sent all our information the bank required ahead of time, waited a day then got the call that everything was approved with the terms we requested. We drove up. Looked at the car we liked. Test drove it. Than went inside and signed the paperwork. We were in and out in an hour. The car is beautiful and we couldnt be more happy. We will be purchasing all our cars in the future from Joe Hall at Anoka drive appeal. If you need a car dont waste your time with the dealerships that make you sit for hours as they run back and forth to the manager while trying to pry more money out of you or sell you another car you didnt really want. I went to dealership expecting to be taken advantage of because my credit. Even though my credit was not the best, I knew I would qualify for many of cars but at an extremely high interest rate. Very impressed with this dealership and Mike. We came in to look at one vehicle and ended up purchasing another. As part of our purchase agreement Mike agreed to resolve an issue and concern we had with the vehicle. He sent it to a shop and they put four new tires on expecting it to fix the problem and the issue wasnt resolved. Mike stood by his word and our agreement and next had me go to Kelly at Automotive Concepts. Kelly was equally great to work with and he diagnosed the problem and ordered a new rim which fixed the issue. Refreshing to work with people who have integrity and stand behind their word and their products.

Just went in today to look at a truck. Had talked to Steve on the phoneba couple days prior. When my wife her dog and I got there it was like no other car dealership Ive been to. I purchased a truck through Shane three weeks ago.Service: Shane has been awesome to deal with. Very laid back and straight forward attitude which I appreciated. Shane made the process painless. The communication after the sale has been great as well. Truck: So far great! The truck has run great with no issues since the purchase. AC will be completing some work on the truck as part of the sales agreement. It should be completed this week. I will update review when I get the truck back. I am hoping they live up to their commitment of what we agreed on. I have little doubt they will let me down. Overall, I would recommend Shane and AC to anyone.

I originally went to another dealer and was told I only had 1 or two choices due to my financial situation. So I went with option 1 . The car was a hunk of junk . I had it one week and only had it in my possession for 2 days and that was because it broke down on my way out of town. They did let me use a loaner car but for 4 days I had to keep bringing it back for the same thing they said they fixed. Overall it was a horrible experience. The people shunned me when I went in to get my deposit back. Ugh.I decided to give A.C. motors a chance. I called and spike with Steve. He was super nice and took the time to explain everything to me. We drove an hour to get there and it was so worth it. Not only were they friendly...I didnt feel pressured or overwhelmed. He didnt try to sway me in any one direction. He had 5 or 6 vehicles ready for me to look at. I even changed my mind a couple of times and he was really patient.I ended up getting a better interest rate similar payments and a better warranty for a car 8 years newer than the other I had purchased. I’m not one to complain, but I am not happy with my purchase. The rear evap core for the AC and engine temperature sensor went out 4 months after purchase. So now I’ll be dishing out around $1000 out of pocket for repairs. I’ve also sent several messages about them getting my name wrong on the title. I’ve never heard back from them and have notified them several times. I even sent the lady a copy of my drivers license a second time.The sales person Mike was helpful and that part of the process went smoothly.However, I would never purchase another vehicle from AC Motors again.

Would not recommend. Purchased a vehicle and had to do $3K of work two weeks after I drove off their lot. When I was negotiating, I brought to a shop to have it checked out and they still would not budge on price. When they say they fixed issues when they got it in, they dont.

If I could go lower I would. The truck I bought had scratches, chipped paint and deep cuts that were filled in to make it look like there wasnt any. So when I washed it a couple time these items started showing up. I tried talking to them but no one will reply to my emails or talk to me. Thought I was buying from a great company. Boy was I wrong.

Worked with Shane the vehicle we got worked great at test drive but after bought and 10 miles down the road lights started coming on and just brought it in for a wheel baring and air filter not even a week after having it! Very disappointed in the process. If I could give no stars I would!

Everytime i write a review i check on it and its been taking off ac motors are legal crooks they sell bad cars and dont value their customers i brought a 2007 honda crv from them motor went out n a year and half mike said to me well u had it for a year and half paid over $11000 so this lets me know their selling lemons had me come in to get out of unsafe car after two motors being put in only to say i have to bring 4700 and purchase a car 25000 and triple my notes now i have file bankruptcy because of this and with the terrible winters we have in mn i cant afforded to get stranded i have went to attorney general an lemon law people and will go to social media on them also and i will warned family members and friends not to buy from them unhappy customer ebony robinson

Well it started off by going to Car Hop, well Huge Mistake, I had to run from place to place, wait 2 whole days to be told no i cant get a type of vehicle I needed and they were fast to say find another place & good luck with finding something......so i take their advice & found AC MOTORS, now let me tell you something, that man John is exactly that the Man, not only did he get me in a type of vehichle i needed but he had an awesome selection being that I have No Credit at all, John being a Professional, knew professionals to get the job Done, THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH..I drove away in a 2007 BMW X3 3.0S, Dark Green gorgeous truck..Thank you so very much John Rauch..
