I would highly recommend using this bail bonds company. My family has worked with Matt a few times, but Matt was unavailable so we worked with Mike and he was very responsive. His ETA was right on time, working with bail bonds it’s very hard to find one that makes the process a breeze. Mike was very attentive and had great customer service. Even after the bail process I called and had a few questions a month later and he was willingly helpful.

Horrible I have bailed other people out of jail in the past and I know what to expect the first person I spoke with seemed alright but he was to busy In another county so he put his associate on the phone who came across very rude asked me if I could call my parents and ask them to put it on their credit cards which I found incredibly disrespectful.He also tried to make the process sound very complicated which I knew was not true.Very sketchy in my opinion not to mention his trailer park mumble accent..

My boyfriend recently got pinched on some bs and so I found myself in a bit of a bind, considering he was being put up at an all-inclusive (😂) roughly 3 hours from where we live... I called Midwest Bonding and Mike, who serves the area I inquired about, was quick to pick up the phone. He took down a name & the county and told me hed get back to me in about 10 min. Maybe 5 min passed before my phone rang; the same upbeat, totally cool, friendly voice was ready with enough information to answer any possible question I might have and armed with a solution to back it up. I couldnt believe how easy he was to work with- even from a distance- because Im all too familiar with that Murphys Law theory.. I was able to sign/pay my bfs bond between a couple emails and a simple app download... And Mike was out the door, headed for the county jail to post his bond. I also think its worth mentioning the fact that, this whole process didnt begin until after roughly 9:30pm, and even though it would be a 45 min-each-way drive, his demeanor and attitude never changed... All in all: I highly recommend calling Midwest Bonds and if any of the bondsman are half as cool as Mike, youll get your jailbird out the door in no time. Thanks, Mike!!!
