Walked in to get my crunched mirror fixed. Brad behind the desk came outside to evaluate the damage, gave me an idea of how long it would take to get the replacement, get it painted, and get it installed. He ordered, called me to bring the car in, gave me a free loaner for 24 hours. When I picked up the car, the mirror was perfectly matched in color to the car. The car had also been washed and detailed inside as a complimentary service. After I paid my bill, Brad told me the car parts dealer had underestimated the cost of the mirror but he wasnt going to charge me the $60 difference. I was so appreciative of all theyd done and so promptly, and I paid the difference so they wouldnt lose money. Highly highly recommend these folks--excellent work!

They did an amazing job on my Buick Lacrosse. Got rear-ended and my baby (car) looks as good as new.Picked it up tonight and she was gleaming in the sunlight. Not only are they honest people there but they are customer service focused.
