Terrible. Disgusted with the management team. Few days late with putting on the updated parking sticker on and they think it’s ok to tow their own residents?? Money hungry thieves. Highly recommend skipping this place.

Moving out after a perfectly acceptable lease for job reasons. The management respects you if you respect them, I never had a problem hearing back from the office when I had visitors or maintenance questions. People complaining about getting towed are not following the very clear, although strict, instructions they knew about a month in advance. The management is constantly working to improve the buildings, with new carpets/tiles/paint job/updated appliances/entry system while Ive been here. For example, there were some potholes at the entrance for a few weeks but they got filled faster than any city roads in the area; the management does care for the tenants.Your neighbors are a small gamble, almost all tenants are completely quiet but I feel bad for the people next to the family with screaming children, I can hear them when I do laundry. Due to COVID restrictions there had been problems with receiving packages, but the new entry system will help with that.

Would rate -1000000 stars if i could. let’s their own residents get towed out of the parking lot.

I would rather give 0 stars, this place is a joke and their management is less than qualified. I worked with the property manager Amanda, who by the way I am almost 100% sure was discriminating against me, make me submit proof of over 3x the rent in income verification to deny me. They never gave me an official denial reason or letter, they also have still not yet returned my $300 mandatory deposit to apply yet either. Mind you I applied 9/11 its 9/23! Word of advice after reading these google reviews and experiencing discrimination I am glad I missed this bullet, at this point I am just waiting for my money back and have since found a way better place who didnt try to steal from a potential, now current resident, I am just disgusted

I had called and left a voicemail over a month ago inquiring on possibly renting an apartment. No call back - that says a lot. If I did rent an apartment here and called the front desk for maintenance, I wonder how long it will take before they even get back to me. This place is a no for me.

Parking lot is an ice rink!!! As a pregnant women I have slipped twice now. Ive hurt my back and bruised my knee. There is no use in telling management; they can barley keep the building clean. I can’t believe that Steven& Scott allow there company to be run this way. Terrible place to live, do not waste your money, look for something better! I don’t need a BS response back either. Fix the issue!

I have never seen such a poor managed building with the new managers. 1st they have a peeping Tom care taker in one building and when he was caught they put him the building. Next the hallways look like they have never been cleaned in both buildings and the lady that is filling in is so rude to the residents. Top floor smells like a pot party is going on all the time. Its gross and not well maintained and they are very expensive for what you get. Not worth the dollar

My gf and I have been living here for 2 years! We love the neighbors and the staff! They are amazing and caring always willing to listen to your concerns. Also Ive been late on rent a few times and they have been very accommodating. There is a pool and if you have a dog they have an enclosed area for dogs in the back by the pool! They are very awesome people to rent from! Order a package wont be home to pick it up no problem. The office is more than happy to accept it and hold on to it for you! They are awesome with really nice apartments. Dish washer is included which is a huge plus for me! We currently reside there and plan on renewing our lease again!

This place is absolutely disgusting. There’s been dog piss on the door for about three weeks now, there’s white stuff smeared all over the windows, carpets are always a mess, and trash everywhere. Cigarette butts are always on the ground, our door is still broken and was suppose to be fixed a month ago, and never heard back from anyone. Do not recommended this place at all. Such a rip off for the price they charge!!

Management has gone down hill place used to be great now no one ever remembers what u told them even when they have agreed with u on one thing then go and turn around on you saying they didnt remember something u have told them I love it here just need to figure something out here due to the new head of management Mary

My kids and my husband and I have been living here for almost a two years now. It is a great place to start off with! The management is extremely helpful and kind. They know everyone by name! Everything works great and weve never had a problem with the appliances or utilities. Another plus is that the maintenance team is very productive and helpful. Im very thankful for a safe place for my family.

At first it was a nice place and then people started getting things stolen, cars getting broken into. No police surveillance. Very loud, pets go to the bathroom right out the door, people stand right by the door and smoke. Someone hit my husbands truck and drove off. If you want things stolen move there..

First of all the apartment building is full of mold, you can smell it once you walk in any entrance, also the owner of the apartment building is ignorant and will try to screw up your bank account by cashing your security deposit check 3 weeks late, but will tell you that they arent mind readers and that they thought it was for next months rent. Absolutely terrible customer service as well. DO NOT LIVE HERE THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING, RUDE, AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now, not because we enjoy living here but simply because weve been saving to buy a house. Around fall of 2016 the office staff changed. Prior to the change we NEVER had any problems getting a hold of someone in the office during their office hours. After the change in office staff we have had a problem EVERY time weve tried to get a hold of someone, either they dont answer the phone and dont call you back until the next day (if youre lucky) or we go down to the office always during the office hours and no one is there. When they sent us our lease renewal papers they said our lease ended a month before it really did, took many attempts to get a hold of someone to talk to about this.Thankfully were closing on a house in a couple weeks. We put in our 60 day notice as required. We have a large dog and we both work during the day. We asked that we receive at least a 24 hour notice of any showing so we can make arrangements to be here to remove our dog for the showing so no one ends up getting bit. Our dog is very nice to everyone when we are around but is aggressive when strangers enter our home without us there, basically he does exactly what a dog is supposed to do. We received 2 showing notices - one was delivered in our door 4 hours AFTER the showing was supposed to take place. Apparently it was a mistake and our apt was not shown then. One was delivered at 10pm for a showing the very next day and didnt list a time. I called Steven Scott Management company and was told that they dont have to give us a 24 hour notice even if theres a safety concern. Then was contacted by the office manager of the building, Gina, who was extremely rude to me and told me I was being difficult with them for trying to show the apt, I told her many times that Im not trying to be difficult and I want them to be able to show our apt but we need time to make arrangements with work to ensure everyones safety. She was still argumentative and rude with me. Ive been renting for 9 years and have NEVER experienced management staff like this before.Also, as some other reviews has said, there is mold, hallways are not vacuumed often and doubt they have ever been cleaned, when things need to be updated they really just paint over it... seriously just layers and layers of paint. Its disgusting!! We cant wait to get out of here!! 11 days and counting!

Black mold in the dishwasher and in the sink that they do not clean on any scheduled for preventive maintenance. Not safe for children and there is lots of break-ins.(into the apartment complex and the cars in the parking lot). I do not suggest this apartment for anyone. I well be contacting a agencies for inspection of these apartments. I have already asked for them to replace any of the appliances or clean them. They have ignored off inquires.

Haven on Fairoak is a damn joke of a place to live. Ever since new office staff took over this place has lost control. The caretaker of the 2515 building NEVER works. The hallways are always dirty. The yard is alwats dirty. Saw the same cup sitting in the hallway for a week. She will only clean the entryway that has a camera. Seriously we pay almost 1300 to live in a garbage can. Just sickening. The new caretaker in the other building carries all the load and the 2515 caretaker takes all the credit for doing nothing. I think Steven Scott really doesnt care about this place because if they did they would fire 2515 caretaker. The pool has been closed more this year because the caretaker is too damn lazy to open the pool. This place is a joke and I wouldnt move here. Luckily we are in process of buying a home or I would seriously ask to live in my parents basement before staying here.
