Like this place. Bought a new sewing machine a couple of years ago and its great. Wanted my old machine fixed but its a off brand and electronic so he couldnt fix it. But I figured that in the beginning. Thought he might form a miracle 🤔

Just purchased an antique Singer machine. A real beauty and a beautiful sewing cabinet. Mr. Haynes took great care of the machine and now its running like new.

This is my new favorite place! I am new to sewing and Mr. Haynes has been so kind helping me get the right machine, trouble shoot and share so many things that I never knew existed! One example: An embroidery machine!!!

I bought a Pfaff sewing machine in about 1975 from Haynes. It was still sewing great but I bought a newer model (1475 CD) in the 80s. I have just taken it in for a minor repair today. You just cannot beat these machines and the service from Haynes. I recommend them for excellent service.

This place is horrible! I will NEVER buy anything else from here. I purchased a hoop for a embroidery machine and it wouldnt work. So when I called asking if I could return it I was told NO all sales are final! However there are no signs in the store on the receipt that state all sales are final. That is a horrible way to do business...I will never go back nor will any of my family or friends. HORRIBLE way to conduct business!

I have bought several machies here over time and had a couple of used machines refurbed. The prices are excellent and the service is reliable. I looked into other repair shops and found that they were wanting twice the price to even look at a machine.I appreciate fair prices and integrity.

They had the specialty needles for leather in stock.

They made quick work of repairing my machine, but the price was WAY steep for me. I guess since they are the only repair shop in the state they can charge what they want.
