I had a nail break right after I left them and they said they will not fix it bc they can to prove it was their work that made it break!! IT WAS THEIR WORK!!

Absolutely love coming here. The prices are average, i pay the same here as i would everywhere else, but for good work! An older lady does my nails as i request her every time, & am never dissatisfied with her work. Am & will continue to stay loyal to nails first. 💞

I got almond gel tips and it was $40 and left a $10 tip. they were perfect! service was quick and simple. the nails looked clean and this is one of few that use cuticle oil to make them shiny. i recommend.

I was bleeding and when I told them about it they didn’t care at all.. they did my nails wrong three times and They made me pay for something I didn’t want.. I am very upset.. it was my first and last time coming here

Went for gel polish! The polish came off from my nail the NEXT DAY! No I didn’t hit or nudge anything with my nail. I went to bed and woke up with my polish smeared offs Basically the ladies gel dryer didn’t dry my nail because this has never happened.

Got My Nails Done For The First Time Here. They Looked Quite Nice But Couldve Been Better. She Didnt Evenly Coat Every Nail. I Also Got My Toes Done And She Used Two Different Colors Which I Asked Not To Do. I Got My Eyebrows Waxed And They Were Perfect. I Will Be Going Back But Im Going To Bring Up The Errors!

My nails look great, but the service was horrible. plus i was charged extra. i wanted a regular gel fill in and nothing else. that would have been 20 and i was charged 30. i didnt notice it till i was out the door. would not recommend this place

Only 1 person to do pedicures??? I asked if they could call someone else in and he told me there was no one else to call.....2 of us went in and 1 had to wait.....

I was going to this nail salon every two weeks for about a year but the service progressively got worse and worse every week. They cant do any kind of design, they dont manage who was there first very well, and you always get either good or really bad results. Its never consistent. Last time I was there they got my in a seat to soak off my set and left me there in the acetone for an HOUR while they took 3 or 4 other people who came in after I did. Finally I paid $10 for the take off and I left and havent been back.

Sent my teenage daughter for a fill in, they charged her $28 to redo 1 nail and change the polish color. Did not even fill in any of her other nails. Plus, the tech cut her twice! Very rude and a Rip Off!!!

I dont even think they deserve 1 star. They are very rude and very unprofessional. None of the nail technicians know how to do any type of nail designs. The lady was so anxious to do my nails and get my money when I asked her if she could give me a design she said ok. She finished my acrilic nail and when I told her the colors I wanted for my design she said she didnt know how. The other women didnt know how either. So I had paid all my money for unfinished nails and had to go somewhere else just to get a design. I will never return to them ever again! Not to mention that wasnt my first visit, Im a familiar face and always tip! It was my first time getting design since my baby shower was the next day!
