Good service before - but 1 time is it for me. Loose Oil plug - cause me to almost lose all my oil. Plus over charge labor for changing air filters - 3 mins tops to do this - their charge $30 in labor.

We had a very nice experience buying our SUV today. Andrew was great and we appreciated his full transparency on the vehicle. Seeing as we were driving 2 hours to get it, we didnt want to get there and find any issues with the car that was not disclosed just to get us there. The vehicle was exactly as described and they followed through with exactly what they promised. They gave us a really good deal on the vehicle and all we had to do was come in and sign. We had secured our own financing so it was a very quick process. We never felt pressured or that we were being lied to about anything. Overall honest and straightforward people!

My wife and I placed a deposit on a Palisade. We were working with Cameron over the phone till the car arrived. While waiting for the car, I asked if they could throw in a cargo roof rack and Cameron said yes they could make that happen. We then our notified on the 29th of April that the Palisade has arrived. I told Cameron we would likely not be able to pick it up till the following week. Cameron was then persisent we get the car now so they could report it in Aprils numbers. He offered to drive the car to us with the completed paperwork to sign. I refused because we havent even inspected the car yet. So my wife and I took time off work to drive up that day (2hrs) to pick it up. When arriving to the dealership I reminded Cameron about the roof rack because I did not see it on the car. He then replys we dont have any in stock and we arent going to order one because it would cost us a few hundred dollars. So I called him out for not keeping his word. He then gets up and gets Clint (sales manager) to speak to me. Clint immediately asks whats the problem here? I explained the deal was a roof rack was going to be thrown in with the car. He replies we never made that deal with you. I then told him Cameron did. So this tells me Cameron never even bothered to clear that with him and was just trying to get us up there to get the car now and then backs out last minute. Clint then proceeds to tell me if we dont want the car then dont buy it because we can sell it by the end of the week anyway. Granted I am aware the Palisade is a hot item right now and he knew we put a deposit down and just drove 2 hrs to pick it up. Of course we are going to buy it. Doesnt give you the right to act like that toward customers. Clint tried to offer an additional $500 for our already low ball offer on our trade in. I declined the offer because that wasnt what Cameron and I agreed on and the dealership would still come ahead with having our car by giving a low offer. They did not negotiate any on the car. I gave two stars for these reasons. 1- The cars are pretty competitve when it comes to price so I wasnt upset about that. 2- Bryan in the finance office was very pleasant and professional. So I would say as long as you dont work with Cameron or Clint then you should be in good shape, because they clearly showed they only wanted to meet their quota for the month of April. Then upon leaving they didnt even set all the floor mats in their place and had them thrown in the back and also sticky residue left on several parts of the interior. So yeah we are one and done with these guys.

The staff here is courteous and the mechanical work is excellent. As a single woman, I am on guard against auto mechanics taking advantage of what they perceive as ignorance on my part. I dont have to deal with that at Superior. They gave me good work at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

Buying a new car can very exciting and nerve racking at the same time. Brandon Benefield was able to take all of the nervousness away with his vast knowledge of the Hyundai Elantra and his patience with all of our question. Even though it was our first time meeting Brandon he treated us like family. His NO pressure approach as a salesman made us feel at home the entire time there. We did a tremendous amount of shopping of dealerships as well as cars. The team that Superior has put together makes it very evident how they came up with their name. They are superior in, every aspect, to the other five dealerships we shopped. Today my daughter is driving a 2021 Elantra with a huge smile on her face. Before you buy any car from any dealership give Brandon a chance to show you what he and the sales manager Clint can do to help you have the same smile my daughter has. Thanks guys! I always get superior treatment (Pun intended, but for real, I do!) at this dealership. I havent been disappointed yet. And one time, I even got some free cookies. There is coffee in the waiting room and I never have to stay too long. Plus the oil change includes a free car wash (in fact I got one last time when I had a low tire!) and they vacuum out the front floor mats. They take very good care of me and my car.

The only service I had an issue with is the car detail. My vehicle is usually washed and vacuumed, but this time it looks like it was just sprayed and dried off. There are bugs still on the front and the front interior was not vacuumed. This has happened before. Other than that, it excellent service as usual.

Dont shop for a car here because if you dont buy theyll ruin your credit. Theyll try and sell you a 20,000 bank financed vehicle with no warranty. Real sleezy criminals when you question why your credit was ran 5 times when you said your not interested after the first qoute. Then you get a call the next day still asking are you interested. I wasnt interested yesterday so why would I be today. Credit score at the time 740 and was told to put 1,400 down and told what my payments would be the day I was shopping. Now 17 days later still getting letters from lenders stating I was declined too many inquiries. JD the credit person attempted to attack me today because I let him know I was reporting this fraud to consumer protection motor vehichle and the police.. I have him on video running up in my face. He would have attacked me if i didnt yell Im videoing.

The salesman had no knowledge about there cars. I asked him questions about the car and all he said is that is a good question. My wife had to teacher him about the features of the car . He lied to me and my wife just to make the sale . They dont care about the customer just the sale . I have had people ask me where I got my car and I have told them . I have also told them to go to another dealership. I DonT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE

We had the best experience at superior Hyundai! We drove from Alabaster to Anniston to look at a used Elantra. Gail and JD met us immediately and made us feel right at home. Gail’s in-depth knowledge of the details about the car was amazing. She’s is a wealth of information. She helped us get a feel for the many tech aspects and helped us get everything set up to use it immediately. She even called us the next day (a Saturday) to make sure everything was working smoothly with the car. JD handled the pricing and was very honest, transparent and fair. No uncomfortable haggling - he gave us his best price upfront. We felt so comfortable that we plan to try to buy our next used Hyundai from them. We highly recommend this dealership!

Service people are GREAT!!!! The dealership in buying my Sonata was so underhanded and untrue with what they were supposed to do , that it has soured me on anything Hyundai! We had looked and test driven a car they had with a backup camera, but the color was not what I wanted.The car I got was supposed to have a back-up camera and I asked about it enough to make my husband give me that look the day we bought the car. We went to eat lunch after buying it, backed up (for the first time) and there was no camera. We went back to dealership and they told me there was NO back-up camera, so I told them I wanted my car back I traded in and there was no deal I didnt want this car as they had told me numerous times it did have a back up camera. I had had it for less than one and one-half hours and put maybe 6 miles on it, and they WOULD NOT let me cancel nor get my old car back or anything!!!!!!! BEWARE!

Was sold a car with awful tires and all around alignment. The tire place that put the new tires on and did the alignment said that Superior should be ashamed for selling a car to us with that bad of tires on it. Cost us $700 and we had owned the car for a little over a month. If you think that they will care about you a second after those buying papers are signed think again.

My in laws bought a car from this dealership earlier this year and were promised two cut keys that matched the car. Being that only one was in stock, they had to wait for another key to be cut and programmed, which is fine. Upon receiving the second key, they found it had not been cut and was just a programmed key fob. When they inquired about their uncut key they were told they could get it cut for $300. When he complained he received a call from another location that he lied about the situation. Very unprofessional move.Shortly after before they had these key troubles, my in laws recommended that we also buy a car here. My wife and I found the car we liked and were happy, for a short period. We took our car in for its first oil change less than two months after buying the car and everything was good. After the oil change the service department took our car to their wash bay and had it washed. (We were not asked for permission nor told the car would be washed until after it was done). When we got our car back we found multiple scratches in our hood immediately. We talked to the man in the service department and he said I would be getting a call from the service manager the following Monday (events happened on a Saturday). I never received a call, so I called him. I told him about the situation and he said I could go back the following weekend to get said scratches buffed out. That weekend I brought the car back to get it buffed (and apparently washed again) and when we got our car back again we found a deep chip going into the bare metal on our hood. When I alerted the man in the service department at the time, he told me he would look into fixing it. That following Monday I got a call offering to sell me the touch up kit to fix it.A couple weeks go by and we have a vibration in the rear of our car. Not wanting to deal with Superior, I made an appointment with Team One Hyundai in Gadsden. Our car needed four tires and a four wheel alignment after less than three months of owing it, totaling about $700. Their service department told me we shouldn’t have been sold a car with tires that worn.After writing a review, my father in law was finally contacted and told that his and our situations would be made right. The service manager told my father in law that if we took them our car, they would take care of us, put us in a rental if necessary, and fix the chip in our hood. Sounds like a wrong being made right, don’t you think? Not exactly. When we arrived we showed him our car, they took it to show their technician to get his opinion and brought it back. We were then told that we would need to come back the following Friday and that he would put us in a rental while they fixed it. He also told me we were getting the benefit of a doubt even though he doesn’t think his guys caused this paint chip and about how he had nothing to do with any of these issues, but that he’d fix them anyway. I don’t like being treated like a liar or an inconvenience. I live over an hour away and I work for a living, so I can’t just drop what I’m doing at any time to deal with this nonsense. I have wasted too many of my Saturdays dealing with bad business associates. Superior won’t see the likes of my business, or the business of anyone I know, again.

My daughter want say anything about the service, I will. First thing we bought a car was promised two sets of keys yep we can have two sets of keys for $300. 00 dollars for one set. We fought for three months and nothing, but said they would make good on it. ( NOTHING has been done) For some reason I Talk my daughter into buying a car from this company what a huge mistake. Had the car for about 6 wks had to buy tires and 4 wheels alinement over $700.00 dollars to the car. A national tire company said that the car should have not been sold with out new tires. 2. She had the car detailed by the company and they put a chip in paint and told them that it was there problem too fix, so my opinion stay away from here buy your vehicle some where else. Save y’all some headache Thanks
