Best personal service we have ever encountered at a car dealership. Dianne Martin greeted us with an umbrella to shade us from the rain. Our GMC Yukon was in an accident while we were on vacation. The mechanics dropped everything to disconnect our RV and work on our vehicle. The repair was efficient and the reconnected my RV and gave it a thorough test drive. If I lived anywhere near Anniston I would buy my next car there and have them do all repairs. Thank you very much for treating us so warmly.

Tabitha was a great and very knowledgeable. She had a answer for all our questions. She kept us in the loop the entire time our vehicle was in service. She seemed to be the only one who had a clue about what was going on. Just in the little time My Husband and I were in the shop she was interrupted 7 or so times by the other advisor asking for help. I understand people need help but she was with a customer. The other advisor continuously cursed and had a bad attitude towards everyone. So with that being said Thank You Tabitha and Van for making my vehicle a priority. 10 stars to Tabitha for keeping all her promises and keeping us updated from the beginning.

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience! Just 2 months into my purchase of a $50,000 vehicle, I am now having to replace an engine that just ran out of warranty and only has 28,000 miles. This was after I begged and pleaded for help in getting the car titled. They give you the run around and tell you what you want to hear but once you sign your name on the line, THEY ARE DONE! I would NEVER, EVER purchase anything from this dealership! They should be ashamed of how they treat customers post-purchase. A true disgrace!

Superior Hyundai is excellent. They have a great selection of cars, and an amazing staff that are very professional. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport on Saturday from their tent sale at Martins in Oxford. Matt Johnson was my salesman, he was very professional and knowledgeable of the cars on their lot. Matt was able to answer any and off my questions and he worked with me while I had looked at a few different vehicles before making a purchase. Not once did he make me feel rushed, or feel as if I didnt matter. He treated me life family from the minute we met and shook hands. Thank you Matt for all of your help. Reed the sales manager was awesome as well, he worked with me on getting me into the vehicle of my choice and even sat down and showed me all the numbers of the sale. He made me feel comfortable car shopping with them and assured me that I was getting a great deal for my money. Gabe the finance guy, was great too, he went over everything with me twice before I ever started signing my paperwork. He helped me in understanding how everything was being handled and even helped me with the understanding of the warranty. This whole team is truly spectacular. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!! I bought a truck from their tent sale. 1 day later the check engine light came. And after that not even 4 months another check engine light came on. Now have to spend almost 3,000.00 for repairs. The car was not clean.

We were driving back from GA to TX and needed some repairs done to continue on. They helped us out tremendously on a Friday afternoon and evening, staying a little late to get everything done. They explained detailed instructions on what was needed to be done and we explained we only wanted the minimum we needed to get the truck back and agreed upon the services to be provided. We were not up-sold or pushed in any way to get more done, nor were we degraded. We felt confident in their work and assistance. We even commented how we finally found a good mechanic and repair shop but it’s three states away! Haha!

NEVER AGAIN.-They lost my 29k check I paid with-was not given a title app for my tag so I had to drive 2 hours out of my way-been 30 days since my trade and they still have not sent payoff, resulting in a negative hit on my credit.Ive spent the past 30 days on the phone with this dealership trying to resolve issues for a car I paid CASH for.

Wow. WOW. How much do I love this company and its staff?Let me TELL you: Marlena, Gayla, Anthony, and Tim felt like they were my personal team the whole way through getting my catalytic converter replaced. I didnt even purchase my car there, I had never met or interacted with any of them. I tend to be a big ball of anxiety when it comes to not having wheels, and I want my car back YESTERDAY. They never made me feel like I was doing anything but exactly what I was meant to be doing whenever I called. The service was FAST- in three days they had fixed what another mechanic could not identify in a week. They communicated updates without me having to wait and guess what might or might not be happening. They worked on my timeline when I couldnt get to pick up the car immediately because of my job. And perhaps best of all, they didnt wait for me to tell them that my vehicle was still under warranty. They informed me, they did they work, and then they didnt charge me a penny, even for keeping my car for an extra day. When I was finally able to get off work and get my car, it wasnt like they werent busy with other work. Yet they still treated me like I was their top priority. To me this just meant they went above and beyond what was expected of them. This is what customer service is SUPPOSED to look like and what it is supposed to FEEL like as a customer. This is my first Hyundai but it wont be my last! With service like this I will be buying my next vehicle from them.

This is the fourth car weve purchased from Superior Hyundai, and I really believe that we could not be happier with our new car and the service we received during the purchase. Our biggest help came in the form of Ross, our salesman. He was bound and determined to make sure that we left absolutely thrilled with our experience.The thing is, we were just about give up and go home in defeat. Ross was not going to have that. He came up with a car that Id actually been mulling over for a few years. He kept going back and forth to the manager, returning each time with a lower number. the next thing I know, were leaving in a great new car.Id also like to mention Gabriel, in financing. Youd be very hard pressed to find a more patient and pleasant individual. He must leave his trumpet at home, because I didnt see it anywhere in his office.

Weve bought 2 SUVs from Superior. The first SUV was a great vehicle for 3 years no issues. We recently bought a brand new Acadia and within 2 weeks had to have a axle replaced. 3 months later the speakers are having problems going in and out. Nothing but problems on a brand new car! I can say that the buying experience was great. No complaints there. However very disappointed on my second GMC vehicle from Superior.

Superior Hyundai had a salesman who sold a Saab mode 93 to my dad and gave him a free oil change and detail then refused to honor the commitment. Superior had a a salesman named Randall who promised a detailing and oil change with a Saab model 93. My father asked me to take it to the dealer for its maintenance. I called to make an appointment with the business to get these services done and came at my appointed time at 10:00 on Saturday April 30 2016 and was told that the sales manager had said they would not honor the commitment for a detailing. I went to have a discussion with The manager and he told me no salesman should be making a sale on an as is no warranty car and proceeded to tell me to review the paperwork in which Randall had noted an oil change only. Randall had given us a card with his name and free detail written on the back as a coupon and had made a verbal reckoning with my family for the free detailing. When I told him this he said that that kind of promise is the reason Randall is no longer with them - in other words I know he probably told you this but screw you I dont care and we got rid of him for similar reasons. Basically what I got from him was that the contract is a military style contract and if it isnt in my writing in not going to care about it. I know we will probably never get the detailing, its simply the arrogance of the dealership and the principle of the matter: I just want someone to know that this is how they do business and please be aware. One of the things I have the least use for in this world is a liar and it has been my experience that thats exactly what your going to get out of Superior Hyundais sales team and that the management, apparently, will be there to defend their lies. They have lost any future possibility of business from me or my family and all over a detailing. Maybe Im living too far in the past but I feel that I should honor any commitment I make to someone whether I have written it down or told them that I will do it. If you wont do whatever it is then dont tell me that you will... I can guarantee I will never do business with them again and will encourage others to seek their transportation elsewhere after this happening - word of mouth is a powerful tool.On a positive note - the service team was great - courteous and professional. Im not looking for them to honor the commitment anymore - honestly even if they offered to honor their commitment I wouldnt accept after this I really want people to know.

Being in the customer service industry myself, I can be a bit critical of other sales and service representatives. I have to say that Derrick and the team at Superior were nothing less than superior. My husband and I went in expecting to be wheeled and dealed like your typical car buying experience.... but no... derrick went above and beyond to make our transactions happen a smoothly as possible (while our 3 kids ran around like Tasmanian devils) with a smile on his face. Been 33 days since I traded for my new car, they have not paid off my car that I traded in. This is fixing to cause me to have a negative hit on my credit unless I make a payment on a car I no longer have. I regret ever pulling into this dealership. All they do is give me the run around. The salesperson (Butch) acts like hes never met me. Im at my wits end with my hands tied not knowing what else to do.

I went in for non functioning headlight ( a bulb had burned out) and for $301.22 they replaced it. When I got home I saw the headlight had condensation in it and took it back. This will cost $2900 to replace both headlights. This wonderful service department will fix the problem at no cost to me is service beyond my expectations.

Fast Talkers! Beware!!I first got a car in 2014~A 2012 I loved that car! To rebuild my credit. Had horrible interest rate but made all my payments on time through auto draft never missed a beat! In 2016 went to try to re~fi and still no one would help. Bank suggested I go back here to Superior. I did explained what I needed to do. I walked out and by the time I got home kept thinking “How did she talk me into this?” I got a 2017 same make and model~basic white~hate white~6speed~Have hip and back problems, but I got lower interest rate, $3 lower monthly payment (was told it would be 72 lower) and I requested the whole insurance package so when I have to go in for my 6 months oil change I would only have to pay my $15 tire rotation, free tires for life, anything breaks it’s repaired, road side assistance, rental cars, hotel stay if broke town, towing, you get the picture... undoubtedly the guy sells the packages pockets the money and customers don’t get the insurance and they fired him. He no longer works there and I’m SOL is basically what I was told. So in order to keep my free tires for life I have to pay on top of already paying (it’s figured in final cost of car) WTH? Anyway fast forward 2017 my son wants to go there but drags me. It’s late afternoon and he don’t want to see anything unless he can get approved first. Had a job over 3 years lives on his own for 5. Was told “if you co-sign due to him not having any credit we can get him in one today no money down~but if you don’t think he won’t make the payments on time and may mess up what you’ve accomplished with your credit with us I understand”. Who does this! So I co~signed or THOUGHT I was... turned out the car is titled to me and him but the LOAN is ONLY in MY name. A 2014 used car he fell in love with. Keep in mind sun going down almost closing time. Car was a “just got her in today and just finished cleaning her up”The very next morning sun shining and there are hundreds of dents all over the car literally I could say thousands. Call them back and ask wth? Brought it back when “the dent” guy was in town and they said “there’s nothing we can do it was “as is” but here’s 6 free oil changes on us”. As is the car is worth 3,500. Yep had it appraised at 3 different locations and that’s the highest and the debts is the only thing wrong. It even has ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES BLUETOOTH SPORTS KIT HIGH TECH DEVICES AUTO-DIM REAR VIEW MIRROR CRUISE CONTROL AUTOMATIC WITH MANUAL CONTROL. Less than 24 hours they never disclosed anything wrong with vehicle. It has also been wrecked before.BUYER BEWARE SMOOTH TALKING SNAKES HERE WILL BITE YOU AND SWALLOW YOU WHOLE!

Talked to a lady over the phone a day prior. She told me my husband and I would get the first time buyers discount and that they would not empty our pockets. Well we went the next day and the older man was nice. They only gave us a deal on ONE vehicle. He was very pushy. We went and had to get me a loan. Well my husband and i have a wacky schedule and they told me that if i go ahead and get my hubs income verification and full coverage insurance i could go ahead and take it. Keep in mind this was a 2012 Sonata used, it was in good condition, had bad scratches on the wheels. But Thats fine. He said he could not tell me the payments until the next morning when we signed papers. I went to work that night and he texted me saying the payments would be between 470-480 a month for 48 months. I thought that was RIDICULOUS. I asked him why i didnt get the first time buyers and he said because me nor my husband have been at our job for 1 year. I told him thats not what we were told and he replied with thats always a first time buyer requirment. Keep in mind this is our first time going through a dealership so we didnt know. And i told him i would like to speak with Lisa the next day and he would say okay and then say that he talked to her and she said this and that. This man KEPT TEXTING ME while I am at work. Which was VERY unprofessional to me. We went the next morning and never ONCE was able to speak to the Lisa lady and they could not lower it or help us at all. I googled a BRAND NEW 2017 hyundai sonata price and it started at 21,950. After paying at least 470 for an almost 7 YEAR OLD USED hyundai sonata it comes up to be almost 23,000 dollars. Um i could buy a new one for what yall want for that. He kept claiming we are losing a little over 200$ on this car already thats bull. Probably why they never have that much business. So, I went to Stacys auto sale got a 2010 pontiac vibe with no problems at all, less mileage and only paying 8,000$ for it!! (No scratches or anything either!) Glad i left this place. Its not like they care about the business. ***fastest advertisement is the word of mouth by the way ;) GO TO STACYS!!!!!!!

The buying process was easy. But apparently once they have your money, they dont care about the rest. I bought a vehicle from this dealership in November of 2016. I was charged a late fee for my tag because my request for the information from the dealership was ignored and my paperwork was eventually found on someones desk under other papers. At this very moment Im still waiting for my title. The excuse given was because the dealership needed more signatures from me and just got the paperwork back. I received the papers that needed my signature on January 6th and sent them back the same day. Im absolutely sure FedEx doesnt take almost 3 weeks to get mail from Georgia to Alabama. They most likely stuck that paperwork on someones desk under a bunch of other paperwork. Just another example of major lack of customer service and following up.
