I talked to a couple of companies for quotes on a full roof installation, and Michael at Benchmark was the most honest and professional person. Like many others, I submitted a claim to my insurance company to request my roof to be replaced due to wind and hail damage. Initially my insurance company indicated they would only replace about 50 shingles. But, they told me I could appeal the decision if I had my contractor to submit the appropriate document/evidence to support the need for an entire new roof. That’s when I engaged Michael Orona from Benchmark Roofers. From the moment he was engaged, Michael worked directly with my insurance company’s claim representatives, inspectors, and adjusters and, because of that, I was later approved for an entire roof replacement. Justin was wonderful to work with -- he cared about the outcome and the qualify as much as I did. He was always very responsive, even when he was out of town. Our new siding looks beautiful, the gutters work the way he promised, and the kitchen is everything I wanted. Even when suppliers for the kitchen cabinets were delayed, he kept on their case to make sure the cabinets were as promised. Plus he is just a really nice, good person.

Benchmark Roofers was out recently for a complete roof tear off and new install. It was fairly complex roof with 8 separate sections. I was amazed at the team work and efficiency to old roof was removed and the precision the new roof was installed. Yard, deck, driveway were spotless when they left. They were also 25% less than the big high overheads companies and best of all, the roof is GAF certified, and comes with a the GAF warranty. The owner Justin is easy to deal with and went over the step by step process in explaining what a GFA certified installed roof is.

My wife and I are so happy with our new roof! Not only does it look incredible but Benchmark Rooofing was outstanding from start to finish.

5 star experience from start to finish. Submitted a quote online and within 1 hour, the owner, Justin, was at the house discussing everything etc. Less then 48 hours a quote was issued. Justin was very thorough in explaining the entire process. He called on Memorial Day to let us know he had an opening the next day, which we gladly accepted. Got a knock on the door at 7:00am and by 11:00am we have a brand new roof! Justin helped prep the yard for the work and came back after it was completed to double check that all nails and debris were picked up. My home has been suffering from leaks during high wind rain storms on and off again for 12 years. I have had many roofing contractors out to attempt repairs, all failed. Jason spent about 2 hours going over my roof, gutters, and windows. He went into the attic and inspected the inside of the roof from some very difficult to reach positions, with photos. He flew a drone over my roof for close-up photos of potential problem areas. By the time he was done, he identified the builders workmanship issues that have plagued us for 12 years. It was time to replace the roof on our home so we began the search for the right person with the expertise to do the job. We have a relatively large home with a mansard flat roof. Benchmark responded back to my call very timely. They were able to get out and inspect my roof immediately . They were very professional and went over my quote in a very detailed fashion so I could understand where the numbers were coming from.Even though they did not know at that time whether I was going to use their services or not, they pointed out some suggestions to help me going forward with my roof. While on my roof they even fixed a few minor issues that they pointed out to me.After reviewing their quote with other companies , they are the ones I am using now and in the future. The owner and crew for my roof and gutter installation did a great job.Justin and myself had a meeting where he helped a lot by listening to what I wanted -- style and color. Two days later they were here ready to work. It took one-and-a-half days to install both the roof and gutters. Justin was the only contractor that took his time went up the attic to check out the leaks. He was transparent about everything. I received a quote from other company, the price was lower but thank to Justin that I found out the shingles that the other contractor used were HD not Ultra HD. I signed the contract with Benchmark on Christmas Eve and the roof, gutter were installed on January 4th, 2019. The crew did a very nice cleaning job too. The roof and gutter looks great and my husband and I are very please with the job that Benchmark did.
