Shelby is an absolute rockstar. I went to her for my first ever wax and she was so good at keeping my mind off the pain and on conversation. Unfortunately COVID-19 hit right before my follow up appointment so I essentially had to repeat my first wax when the business was allowed to open back up. Oh my goodness, it was so much worse than the first time but Shelby was my spirit guide through the pain. And what do you know...my next follow up appointment was nearly painless! Shelby is laid back, professional, honest, funny...I can’t imagine going to anyone else for a wax.

This is by far the BEST wax salon. Ive been to three different wax salons, including European Wax Center, and Doll Wax blows them out of the water. As soon as you walk in, you can tell this place is different (in the best way). Everyone is so friendly, you never feel rushed, and their technique is different from other places which is not nearly as painful! I have been going to Brehanna for over a year, and she is FABULOUS. She always talks you through everything and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend Doll Wax to anyone who is interested in a waxing service. Dont go anywhere else!!

This place is top notch. I was made to feel comfortable my very first visit. The technician is alway professional and friendly. My appointments are all on time and the place is spotless.

I scheduled an appointment at this location through the website for the happy hour special. On my way to the appointment, I received a text message informing me that they would not be able to honor the special because it was posted on the website as a glitch. I contacted Doll Wax and was informed that I should not have been able to schedule the appointment because the special was not available. They continued their poor customer service by refusing to honor the price listed online. Lo and Behold when I returned to verify, the website was updated to September 1st for the specials dates. Will not be spending my money here.

So amazing! I went today for the first time for the brow bash and besides being an amazing deal the service was fabulous. Brehanna did my eyebrows and because of her technique it hurt less than every other time I’ve gotten waxed. They also gave me a little goodie bag with a face mask and coupons for future visits which was a nice added touch. I’ll definitely be back!

Loved my technician, Brehanna! She was absolutely amazing. She talked to me the entire time. We got to know each other well, talked life and family. Shared lots of laughs. She made me very comfortable and her work was flawless. I will always schedule with her! I had a Brazilian wax and my experience with her was the least painful out of all the other times. Cannot express how much I liked having her as my tech and will recommend her to anyone!

This is the best place for a wax service. They are all aestiticians and care about your skin health. If you have never tried waxing or havent had a great experience before, this is the place to go!

Best place to go get a wax! Every time I step foot into this establishment I feel welcome! Brehanna is by far my favorite waxer (even though shes been my only lol). Brehanna also goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. We also have great conversations and she remembers damn near everything we talk about. I recommend Doll Wax Salon to anyone!

Professional service in a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. Ive been to Brehanna twice for legs and underarms and she does a perfect job! I have also had positive experiences at their Crofton and Gambrills branches. They sell organic after care products. The salon is on the second floor of the building.

My experience with doll wax salon was very well amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the receptionist. Offered a restroom before my service. Met my esthetician before my service. Her name is Brehanna btw. It was a very short wait, no longer than ten minutes. The room was clean, clean bed, clean covers and she was very polite. The waxing itself was also a pleasant experience. I wasn’t painful as I thought it was going to be. Not only did she explain what was happening she was very clean in her work. Using a different wax stick with each dip. She was very professional and I’m sure after today we are best friends because now she knows my vagina very well. But all in all my entire visit from start to finish is a 10 out of 10 experience! Thanks Dolls for being so awesome.
