Called for ski rentals. Spoke to Ryan who seemed a bit to busy to be bothered. They only do in-person reservations for rentals. No problem. I Asked if skis were available for the coming weekend and was told yes. Two hours later I show up and nothing is available. Thank goodness I drove 45 min for this. Not the first miserable experience I have had with these folks. But it certainly will be the last!

We went to their annual ski swap to get our kids outfitted for the winter. Not knowing much about skis (my knowledge is limited to where to find the rental lodge when I get to the mountain), I really appreciated the knowledgeable sales staff. The young man who helped us out took his time to make sure both kids had equipment that fit right and patiently answered all of our questions (both mine and the kids). By the end, we got out the door for a very reasonable price on equipment that I can feel confident in. Overall top notch retail experience.

Top notch service. After finding out my 30 year old equipment was no longer servicable--which I had known but was denying--they had me suited me up with a new setup in less than an hour. High quality. On sale. Pricey? Maybe. But mid-season with a high demand. To be expected. The technican and salesman were knowledgeable and maintained standards.

Rented skis for my kids. If you want to experience a rude old guy who wants to make money no matter what then look no further. He fitted my kids (8&12) with boots that were too small. I asked whether he was sure about the fit - I received assurances that they were meant to be a tight fit. Ended up having my eight year old in tears and having to rent boots and skis at the whitetail resort instead. Still charged the full amount and the complaint was not acknowledged. Never going back.....

Great place for hard and soft year round equipment. Great bike fixing service and the employees are awesome. Instead of just showing top of the line stuff to you like other places, they actually show you what you need and are looking for, which is invaluable. Very comparable prices, and great end of season sales. Rentals are a good price as well. We love you guys! Truly an Annapolis gem.

We are pretty lucky to have this place. I tried to buy clothes and equipment at other places thinking I’ll save some money for me and my son. Every year I end up back here because they have the best selection and outstanding service to help me purchase what would be best for us, which is priceless. I realized now that the prices are actually comparable to others places and even better than most with the quality I get here. I highly recommend this place!

Went over yesterday looking for a pair of beach shoes. They were all very nice and helped me out a lot. bought a pair of Sanuk Sidewalk Surfers. they have a huge selection of summer and winter gear so I will definitely be going back for more. Thanks guys!

Great selection of winter apparel and gear! Affordable rentals on winter and summer equipment. $35 to rent a kayak all day. The customer service is always excellent every time I go in!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my girlfriend here to find new ski pants and after 1.5 hours of trying on pants she finally settled on a pair. The staff was super helpful during the entire process and just goes to show the giant selection they had. Thanks again!

This place is an absolute gem! How is it possible I grew up 15 minutes from Ski Haus and never stepped inside? For one, they sell a lot more than just ski and snowboarding stuff. They have a ton of apparel, sunglasses, kids stuff, etc. I just bought a new snowboard here and was so impressed with the customer service. I had a lot of questions, because I have not bought a new board in 15 years. Dustin knew everything about the various brands and helped me pick a board that I cannot wait to try out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for year round sports gear and clothing.

Always find a knowledgeable and helpful staff ready to assist, even when I arrive 5 minutes before closing. 😊 Great selection and top quality products, my go-to store, especially when I need something important, quickly, never disappointed.

This place is off of RT50 but u have to get off like at Bay Dale or the next east bound exit and get on College Parkway then follow yo the right past the 7Eleven and then ur like parralel to 50 on a access road.The place is packed with equipment, like 50 diff gloves, 40 winter hats plus, a ton of winter coats, tons of goggles, tons of skis and snowboards, boots and binding.A little overwhelming at first but they have plenty of employees to help u.Decent prices, got a on sale really warm snowboard coat for $139 which is even better than online price.Seriously the best and really only dedicated one stop skiing/snowboarding shop in Annapolis. They have everything u need

Brought my moped here to get the tires changed, a tune-up, and the trunk bracket replaced. Cost me only $44 dollars to get the tires replaced and all my screws tightened and fluids replaced, but they insisted that they couldnt order me any new parts themselves, so that was inconvenient and my trunk didnt get replaced but the service they did do was done quick, professionally, and they were really nice.

My daughter was born with Pachygyria (partially smooth brain). One of her favorite things to do is to ride her bike. She wears the brakes out ALL the time. We have been hesitant to get them fixed to try to teach her a lesson. (She kind of got it) She called her Grandmother and guilted my husband in to getting them fixed. I asked him to take the bike up to you. He thought it would be cheaper to get a new one, than have you fix them. So, she was very excited when he said get your bike they close soon. They returned with a reciept for probable cost and the news that it would be finished and they would call. She went to her room a bit disappointed with her bike having to stay. (All of this happened at 3:50). I was laying here on the couch and she came running down the stairs. (Amber does not speak much) she said Mommy it is ready (all happy, giddy like) I said whats done she said my bike that is not a couple days Mommy that is minutes. My bike is done. New brakes and handle bar grips (she is hard on those too) I know you do not completely understand how excited and happy you made this little girl, but whenever you see pink (she has bright pink hair, so we can easily find her in a crowd) remember you made one child who does not experience much happiness in this unfriendly world for the disabled happier than you will ever know. Thank you from a parent of a disabled child who has happy tears in her eyes. (The price was unbelievably low too, very low) again thank you!!!

Poor selection of sizes and brands and zero selection for kids when it comes to ski gear. They have a lot of other stuff but for a place called “Ski Haus” you would think they would have actual ski gear. Management was very rude too.
