Under no circumstance use this company!!! First of all they never tell you that they are brokers (middle men)and that you will still be using who you are currently using only you will have them in the middle messing up your account balance so you get cut off. 2nd when this happens they either will not answer the phone or emails. When they do they will tell you someone else handles that and they will get back with you which never happens. 3rd WM says I owe them over a $1,000 but we have made the payments to PWG . I have been trying to get this resolved for over a week now and this is my current situation (SEE ATTACHED PIC). I should have googled this company before I signed up with them because as you can see from other reviews this is business a s usual for them obviously.If one of their sales people come in dont just walk away RUN!!!!

Weve been using Premier Waste Group for years now and have never had any issues. If for some reason there was, I was always able to get through to someone who was able to help me out! We appreciate all your hard work over here at Ideal Image!

We signed a contract in in 2019 with a guaranteed locked rate of $119.78. They now charge me $185.33 and refuse to honor the contract.

I am a sole proprietor small business owner and contracted with Premier for dumpster trash removal. The company provided less than adequate service over the first year of our contract. Their customer service is very poor, phone calls and emails not returned for days or weeks. They have unethical financial practices. After fighting for months to cancel my contract they continued to charge my auto charge account for services not provided. I am still fighting for refund of two months of unauthorized charges.

I have called and left message after message just to get a copy of our contract and an invoice. Nothing. Do not use.

The business is for the trash going through a dispute now. Haventservice my dumpster in 1 year. Owner says Im in contract and he will let it sit here for 3 years.... great business practice. STAY AWAY they will lock you in a contract and will not dump your dumpster. Thanks for the great service! I worked with this company to provided dumpster service after a hurricane. They paid one invoice and will not pay the other invoices. If promises, and guarantees are what you want not payment they are for you. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO DISASTER WORK.Ian from Premier Waste settled his bill in full. Nice guy to work with in the end, a little better communication maybe would have solved this initially.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone in regards to a business account, but I have not received any assistance.

This company is an absolute mess. No one returns calls. No one returns emails. I have a billing dispute and have left 5 voicemails over 2 months and have not received a call back. I also emailed them twice and still no reply back. How do you operate a business in that fashion? I will be switching ASAP!

Horrible company! Was supposed to deliver on friday or Monday. After another 5 days we ordered from someone else and now they have dropped their dumpster on our lot and are threatening to sue for the contract. STAY AWAY!!And no one cursed you out. LiAR! We never called until you didn’t show for a whole week. No call even with an excuse why you didn’t deliver.AVOID PREMIER WASTE!!!

They should change their name to Premier Waste of Time. These guys got me to switch from Valley Protein because they would pay me more. Almost 2 years later we have not received a check. I have called several times over the past few months and was told Eian would call me back. I have never been called yet.If I get a call back I will consider changing this review.

These guys suck. They bait you in and then totally abandon the contract. Bob Gluth doesnt return calls after he gets the sale and Ian has yet to respond to my messages and hes supposed to be running the joint. I got a bill that was double my expectation and no one has yet to address my concern. Absolute joke.

Awful. Spent all this time getting them what they needed and radio silence. What a waste of time.
