Its a bit of a long review, but what Im trying to tell you is...if you are looking for a real-estate agent who is knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and understand what your dream home would be...The good agent for your place and/or place to be.You will find it here with Ashley Earle.Now, look below to see how much of an effort Im putting in to recommend this agency.It was a long journey during a difficult time to find our home - a place where we plan to grow old and never having to move EVER again.The process could have been excruciatingly painful, if we were without Ashely.One day in late September, we thought to jump in the bandwagon with the rest of the market and buy our forever home.I sent out several inquiries to different agents in town, and Ashley was the easiest person to talk to (its THE trait that I look for when having to work together)She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but very friendly and really understood my vague idea of what I was looking for.I must confess, Im sure I wasnt the easiest client to work with, since Im the type of person who has to weight all variables and prioritize accordingly, meaning my ideal home was a flexible target with flexible budget. 😅However, Ashley made it work. Not only did she make it work, but helped us find the best home.It was during the time when the new listing wouldnt even last a week. She provided advices so that we can stay competitive, but never made us uncomfortable with an offer. We felt like her advices were unreasonable: they were always solid and with very sounding reasons and logic behind them.It wasnt about just making the commission. She made the relationship, understood what we were looking for, and made sure we got what we wanted fairly.(Ie. During a conversation, we sort of brought up the option no inspection to sweeten an offer for a house that we thought to be just perfect. She simple said, Uh... nope. No. No. You dont want that. I wont advise you to. And she was right.)After about 30 homes, 3 offers, and 6 months later, with her advices, we made our 4th offer with a couple of competitors, and we made it. (Thank god for the lucky number 4 🙏 )After the closing, we really needed to sell my previous place. ASAP.And ASAP she made.With Ashleys advise, we staged my place, listed it without an open house. Got a couple of offers in a couple of days. Sold it with no inspection, no appraisal and more than asking price.Hallelujah! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼Even on the closing day, it wouldnt be my life if its without a drama, but once again, she made it work.The closing was postponed for a week, but with the original offer and we were able to sign off on the my old place.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ashley from Stahley Thompson Homes, both to sell our house and buy a new one. As we sit here, our first night in our beautiful new home, we can’t help but reflect on what a fantastic job she did. On the selling side, she tirelessly researched comps to help us pick an ideal sale price, she gave us great advice about what we could do to make the house most appealing at minimal cost, and as a result, it sold before it even went to market (and for above asking)!
