Excellent job with bug control. They are thorough on their inspection. Ive had to call them for unscheduled visits with no hassle. I highly recommend.

I found a beehive in my basements . I called Paramount they sent someone out same day to give a estimate. The following day a tech came out to remove the beehive. The tech spayed down the beehive with pesticide from about 5 feet then poked it with a stick man that was easy. He removed the small beehive that fell and he was on his way. Also the whole time he keep his distance away from the area.This is what made me upset I paid for a beehive removed $250... he killed all of the bees isnt there a shortage of bees? I know I know I have soft spot for nature. But I could have killed them for free. Next thing he left a mess and only remove a portion of the nest. I call the salesman and he said he would send the tech back out the next day to cleanup. That never happened.

Hired the company to get rid of an ant problem. Several people came out to service our house initially.In order to get the service we were told they needed to come to the house several times and we needed to sign up for a multi visit program. No problem. All sounded promising.Well after that, they started to charge you visits and not show up. Twice I was stuck in the house all day waiting for the technician to show up. They never did. After that happened twice I called them and emailed them and told them to cancel the service agreement. Did refused to cancel and kept sending bills.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO COLLECT FROM SERVICE VISITS THEY NEVER PERFORMED.

Ask for Troy-- he is amazing, nice, on time, and took care of our ants and horrific centipede issue that was bothering us for over a year before our landlord finally agreed to call a pest company. I sent Home Paramount a darn Christmas card- thats how much they helped us!!I would have given 5 stars but some of the reps on the phone are rude.

Fantastic service and very prompt

After noticing debris from carpenter ants falling from the ceiling onto our porch furniture, we contacted Home Paramount. They said they could treat for carpenter ants, but they also strongly recommended that we get their $1000 + termite treatment. We didnt see any sign of termites, but we trusted their professional advice. Then when Paramount came out to do the treatments, they didnt seem to know about the ant issue. They didnt even bring a ladder with them to reach the ceiling. We had to go get one for them.They said theyd come back in 2 weeks to do a second treatment for the ants. Over three weeks later, no one from Home Paramount showed up or called, and the ant debris was worse than ever. We have to vacuum the debris everyday, but it shows up the very next morning. When we called Home Paramount about the continuing problem, we were surprised to learn that they had NO RECORD of us ever getting a treatment for carpenter ants. We explained that the carpenter ant issue was the reason we had them come out in the first place. The termite treatment was their up-sell!Someone from Paramount is supposedly coming out tomorrow. Well see what happens, but so far, were out $1,000+, still have the ant problem, and headaches from dealing with Home Paramount.
