Caitlin and Jenifer are the best at what they do! I can’t thank them enough for contacting me and enrolling me in their lead generation marketing machine . So far in just over one week I’ve gotten as many leads as they said I could get in one month for my area.When Caitlin initially contacted me , I could tell this was not just any sales call. The timing of the call could not have been more perfect as I had just moved my Real Estate License to a new office in a new county to the north of where I had been for 20 years. I know very few prospective clients in the new area, so I was looking for a marketing vehicle to help me grow my business. Signed up for the 90 day trial. They called the next day to add the Platinum service. Never in the conversation was it mentioned that the Platinum service would extend the contract an additional 90 days. It was made out to sound like the program was an additional service for the same 90 days AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Sent over the contract and they added an additional 90 day commitment to the original 90 days. Of course, without reading the fine print, I trusted them and signed it. With only about 6 leads per month this service costs about $42 per lead! And none have converted! When you try and call the customer service number nobody answers. The only time anyone responds is when you request to cancel your service via email. They are trying to extend my contract by an additional 30 days beyond the extra 90 days they tricked me into! Terrible customer service, terrible program! Stay away! Would give less than one star!

I signed up with USHUD and was very skeptical. I have had a good experience. The customer service is fantastic!! The website they created for me is perfect. If there was one thing I am a little disappointed in is the number of leads I’m getting. With that being said, I started as school was starting and things were slowing a bit.

I had a subscription plan to be a provider of mortgages with USHUD and had LOTS of leads--most all of them of excellent quality (legitimate number, email, etc). On the handful of occasions when I required customer service (my email changed--I added some areas,) I found them, and especially Justin Anthony, to be extremely responsive and helpful. As my circumstances change, I will return to using USHUD and its affiliates for my lead generation. 5 stars!

Not only did I receive completely fake leads- like actual fake emails addresses that came back. All the numbers were disconnected. This is not a real lead generation site. They ignored my calls for days and tried to refuse to return my money. Beware.

USHUD.com went above my expectations and delivered what they promised the day after I signed up.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! If there was an option for 0 I would choose it. A 1 start is generous. This is a terrible investment. They tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. They also call and offer a free Platnium program that extends you to an additional 90 days. The leads are terrible. They try to modify your criteria to get better leads but it doesnt work.

The HUD referral program is excellent. It returns many contacts daily (of course depending on your level of subscription service and specific locale). In the end, a subscriber is looking for a successful experience which, of course, is driven by converted referrals. I have lots of thoughts about the program, which in the year I have been affiliated with HUD websites, I have shared with my member services partner Justin Anthony. Who by the way has been an excellent advocate of both the program and a HUGE help to me out in the field. We have worked great as a team and I couldnt be more pleased with the assistance he has provided.Volume of referrals is not necessarily the answer. It is the QUALITY of the leads that counts. I think that it is up to all of us out here in the field to work the referral to its natural conclusion, but it is extremely time consuming to sort the leads. Some have bad information (not as much as I would have expected), many are lifetime renters with hope, and many are people that are just window shopping. In the end it is a numbers game. My success is about 1%. That means that for every 100 calls I make, I will convert just 1 lead. Does that pay for the subscription service? Depends on how many markets Im in and how many comped markets I get. In addition, if you have regular webinars or one on one phone meetings with member services, you will see less attrition. I know that my many, regular telephone calls with Justin Anthony was what kept ME going.I have been called upon as a reference with may folks that were on the fence about whether to sign up or not or planning to bolt. I have convinced many of them to work it with MY plan. I have also recommended the program to others that were lost in their business and it has turned them around. In the end, you should get as much input as possible from subscribers who have had success with the program. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARDREPEATDO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR CREDIT CARD...They will claim you have a contract, but you never signed one, they will keep billing and provide total bogus leads...they promise the world, but dont deliver anything. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! I had to cancel the credit card I gave them, as they kept charging under different names...and still can not show one single proof of any contract.

This company will not remove my number from their list. I have blocked their number and now being solicited by email. This site is a waste of time, it’s nothing but a scam to sell agents information about Buyer’s. They are giving you nothing as a consumer that a Realtor can do for you with better knowledge and experience. If you want to buy a foreclosure, consult a realtor directly because they have real information about what homes are available. Not some outdated information that is already off the market. Consult an actual realtor, not these people.
