STAY FAR AWAY - Complete waste of money. When I confronted them with why I didnt get any leads, the sales representative was argumentative, rude, extremely unprofessional, and blamed me.

I had been searching for a way to get more visibility with potential borrowers/buyers while also networking with real estate agents in the process. This is a great way to accomplish both. Joe has been extremely responsive and is very knowledgeable about the product and eager to help with making me successful. I highly recommend.

Strangely, I dont see my first review.... However, I responding to Live Buyers response to my review. My service started with Live Buyer the day the initial $500 was taken from my account, July 6. On July 1st, I was told by Jordan (staff of Live Buyers) it will take 5-7 days for my service to start. Because it will take the team time to setup my website and whatever else they needed to do. Your stating that its out of your hands in reference to returning the second $500 you debited from my account because Im disputing the charge with my bank. But your company never contacted me back and I was told when I called your policies wont allow a return. Furthermore, before I disputed the second charge of $500, I emailed Jordan 7/31 that I want my money back for the second charge (which was unauthorized) and that I do not want your service. I was under the impression that I had time because it had not been a whole month before you decided to take money from again. To this day, I have not received a response. I called and spoke with someone from Live Buyer regarding the second charge of $500, and the gentleman explained I cant get my money back. I request a manager. I was told by the gentleman a manager will call me back and will mostly tell me the same thing. The manager never called. The first time I heard back from this company is when I wrote a bad review about their poor performance. I am a start up company in a pandemic. I can only afford to pay for service for my business that is working well with my business. Im not receiving your service for this month, so return my money.

Joe was very detailed in the production of the website. He took the time to call me and make sure that I knew the ins/outs of the site. Very knowledgeable and patient with those of us that are less than tech savvy. Highly recommend them!

I used them for my real estate website and then what the call SEO for over a year. They over charge and never respond until its a month before contract renewal. Then make a sweet deal to rope you back in . Their definition of SEO is running a couple worthless Facebook ads. Dont waste your time.

They were so nice and accomodating at first, but then once they took my money, the customer service ended. I couldnt get Mike, my rep, on the phone. I called the main office. No response. Then they increased my monthly payment without telling me, and when I called to complain, they did not call me back. It took almost a week and then I got a rude email saying that the additional fees were website hosting fees. I have cancelled my service with them and am reporting them to the BBB!

I had to cancel several times due to conflicts. Joe was patient and so fun to work with when we got together. Very personable, but also knew his business. He was not high pressure at all. I am looking forward to working with Joe and his team.
