He provided us with a detailed estimate that included a comprehensive 3D mock up, which really helped us visualize the project & aided with our planning. Byron and his crew from Cape Landscape Contractors came to my house and hit a home run! Ill let the photos speak for themselves about the craftsmanship but what the photos wont tell you is the professionalism and courtesy afforded by Byron and his team. Even with the foul weather the team was able to install the necessary bed layers, paving stones and the sealing polymeric sand in a day and a half. Ahead of the estimated schedule! When I walk out into the back yard Im more than pleased as it replaced a patch of dirt left by the previous owners. I have the space I wanted and at an affordable price. Cannot wait to hire Byron and his team in the fall for some more projects.

Byron and crew were amazing. They did a patio for us and the quote was competitive and the work was quick and fantastic. We also had the aerate seed and top dressing. There was one miscommunication that between the both of us and Byron addressed it right away even though I also miscommunicated he worked with me and really took care of his customer. We reached out to Cape Landscape Contractors mainly on the strength of their Google reviews and the fact that they are local to Cape St. Claire. Asked them to provide an estimate for a regrade of our front and back yard, topsoil and sod installation, front and back. We had reached out to several contractors, but Cape Landscape Contractors was by far the most responsive. They came back quickly with an estimate that we thought was reasonable, and we hired them. Communication was great -- Byron, the owner, explained the process thoroughly and kept us updated about when wed be on their schedule. When they did come out, they did a really fantastic job. Our yard was in pretty bad shape, and when Byron and his team were done, it looked fantastic. Its hard to believe its the same yard. While he was on the jobsite, Byron also suggested that we install a swale in our front yard as a drainage solution and it looks and works great. Im so glad we took his advice -- he clearly knows what hes doing. The team was very professional and efficient - all in all, we are thrilled with the work they did for us. Very highly recommended!

Im happy to recommend Cape Landscape Contractors. Byron and his team installed a gorgeous patio in our back yard, and with the excavated dirt, filled in (and seeded) several holes and low spots in our yard, effectively eliminating the drainage issues we were experiencing. It was a win-win! They also successfully transplanted our crape myrtle and removed several unwanted trees, including a worrisome maple that was leaning eerily over our house. As an added bonus, all of this happened over the course of only four days. Byron and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and their prices were very reasonable. Were thrilled with the results! 10/10 would hire again!

After my review, Byron contacted me and told me that he sent the estimate. At the end we figured out that the problem was that he misspelled our email, that’s why we never got the estimate. He apologize for not following up.Overall they are great, easy to talk and honestly family owned business.

Cant say enough about these guys! It is a true family-owned business and they treat you like one of the family. They came for a same day estimate and started the work three days later. They came, got started and worked hard till the job was done. My patio looks great and they even added some of my extra stone to make a decorative wall around the edge, as well as provided gravel for a diy project. I felt like I had extended family when they left! I just called them back to have more landscaping work done.Bottom line - If you want professional work, trustworthy people and very fair pricing, this the company to go with!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Byron and his crew. Due to someone claiming to be an actual paver when in fact they were not, made a complete mess of my patio. I contacted Byron and forwarded pictures of the atrocity, and he and his crew corrected like it was no sweat. I will be calling them back to add more paving and etc after our deck is installed. Byron and his team were great to work with planning and implementing the transformation of our front yard after reconstruction of our house had pretty much destroyed any curb appeal we may have had prior to construction. Paver walkway, planter bed wall and stone edging look fantastic.

I would give more than five stars if possible. I cant say enough about the quality of job Cape Landscape Contractors LLC. When I first started looking for quotes, Byron was one of the first to contact me and set up an appointment. He came out and explained the options available to me and just told me to let him know what I decide and he will provide a quote. Once I decided and had the other three companies provide a quote for the same project, I only felt comfortable with the explanation/quality of Cape Landscape Contractors LLC and one other, which I didnt get a great feeling from regarding professionalism. I chose Cape Landscape Contractors due to the professionalism and the price. Although they werent the cheapest, they were only more expensive by about $200. The other two companies were at least $2,500 more expensive.Once I let Byron know I wanted to use them, he provided the final contract and I provided the deposit and they would begin the project in about two weeks. Byron contacted me to let me know what time he would arrive and that it would probably take 3 days to complete. He actually showed up early on the first day, which was great! Usually when a company provides a window of arrival they show up toward the later end. Not Byrons crew. They actually showed up about two hours early and were ready to get going. It was a crew of about five other guys plus Byron and they worked nonstop, except about a 30 minute lunch break, until around 4:00 or 5:00. They showed up the next day around 11:00 and finished the job around 3:00 or 4:00. They cut a three day job into a day and a half. All because of the hard work and professionalism of the team. The retaining wall they put in looks amazing!!If you are looking for a company that will work hard, be professional, stay in contact, and provide you with an extremely competitive price, this is the company you should choose without even thinking twice. I could go on and on about how great this company is. If I have a job that needs to be done and it is within their realm of expertise, I wont even bother getting other quotes; I will call Byron without hesitation!!
