I can’t recommend Minute Man highly enough. I had to place a last minute emergency order from out of state for a wedding and they were able to do it fast and accurately! Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They even delivered my local order when I was having a hard day and couldn’t find a delivery service. I was blown away at their incredible customer service so much that I’ll be switching to my local Minute Man for all my future printing needs!

Update: It was your location and I chose to not list the business I work for out of privacy to that business. My disappointment was shared with a man that answered that day and I was told he would pass my feedback along to Rita. After my review was posted I received an email to my personal email and the business email taking no responsibility to the several errors along the way but instead was told that we thought we emailed you. Original Post: Since there isnt an option of 0 zeros stars Im relegated to 1. Our order was placed on May 12th. All we needed were the copies we brought in to be copied. We were informed it would be ready the next day. The next day we received an email to approve the copies. That same day we gave the go ahead. The following day we got another email to approve again. This time they asked for an additional piece of information. That same day we replied with the information they requested. We then never heard from them again. On May 24th I called to find out what was happening with our order. They said that we never approved an email they sent two weeks prior. I said we never received another email outside the ones we already approved. The woman then mentioned that several other customers were also looking for their order from that same week stating they were never emailed. Just like what happened with us. I shared my disappointment in how long an incredibly easy copy job was taking. She said I would be called the next day with the order completed. That never happened. Today I called them. With a flippant answer I was informed the order was ready. And was admonished about how I needed to pay. Which was infuriating because I offered to pay on the 12th. This wasnt an issue of payment on our end but it was a HUGE failure on theirs. Weve used them for years. But I would never go back again. Way to many challenges for a simple copy job that cost us a couple hundred dollars. Which that price tag alone shocked me. Dont do business here.

I have used Minuteman Press for business and personal printing for the past 1.5 years. They have never let me down - we have had everything from business cards to donation bins for toy drives. Based on our research, Minuteman Press in Annapolis not only beat the competitions pricing, but crushed it. They were polite, kind, and fast. The printing product we ordered, which was a 1-page mailer, was in perfect color and on quality paper. We will definitely use them again for all of our printing needs.

Cheryl was my hero.Had 3 photos that needed to be framed and matted due to a mishap at Walgreens printing.
