The staff in this office are exceptional! They’re highly responsive, competent, have great customer service, and most of all, made my family (including my fussy one-year old son) feel very comfortable during our visit. They were fast but allowed us to ask whatever questions we had to ensure we left feeling fulfilled.

Excellent technical service. Polite and professional staff. Poor voicemail system if a rep isnt answering the phone. Service is pricey when hearing aids were bought elswhere... for me, in another state where I was living.

My appointment was precisely on time and when I was called for my testing everything was ready. The staff were well prepared and knew precisely what to do and clearly explained what the testing would consist of and what I would be asked to do. When completed the staff explained the implications of my test results (they were positive).

I can’t say enough good things about Chesapeake Hearing Center in Annapolis. The staff is always courteous and considerate of the hearing impaired patients. The office is always cleaned after patients leave. And my Dr. Colleen is the absolute best in my book!!This journey for me has taught me how much I have been missing all these years. Dr Colleen always has compassion for my care and checking in with me on how I am adjusting with my new “ears”. This has been much a pride thing that I had to overcome and break down to get my hearing addressed.My hearing test resulted in a profound hearing loss and with Dr. Colleen’s response of how I managed so long without really hearing truly amazed her. Reading lips for so long is how I managed. Then Covid hit, we are all wearing masks and protected by a sneeze guard truly makes it very difficult to HEAR what people are saying. Today was my first time at Chesapeake Hearing Center, the two ladies at the front desk were very courteous and I can sense them smiling through their masks. Wouldnt go here again.The equipment was very outdated and didnt even work correctly. They had to switch headphones and troubleshoot the gear while I was in the clostraphobic little booth.When I was asked the reason for my visit I explained that I was seeking help for my tinnitus. My tinnitus was never even addressed. Just a hearing eval through old dated technology.They seemed to be pushing an expensive hearing aid to clients - which there are far better hearing aids on the market today at half the price.Overall useless experience and no follow up. They asked me to come back again and do another hearing test to see if ithe first one was accurate.

My Dad had an evaluation this morning and he said everyone was great! Gives them 5 stars!

I should not have been so vain and put this off. I dont know that I have the aids in place and most people can not see them. Great office, great people. I am well satisfied.

I was very impressed by this audiology center.They have several locations and scheduling was easy.The testing was far more thorough than other places that Ive been to and I was able to test out multiple hearing aid options to help choose what fits best for me in regards to function, build and lifestyle.Pricing was comparable to the other places Ive been, but this is the first place I have walked away with full confidence in their services and my soon to be new hearing aids.

I really enjoyed my visit with Chesapeake Audiology. The office was. Dry nice and clean.My physician was very knowledgeable and personable. She explained everything very well And provided options for me. I am very satisfied with the care they provided from scheduling to the front office to the physician.

We just got home from an outstanding appointment. The staff was great with my son and really went into detail regarding different hearing aides that could assist him in the classroom. I took my 4 year old Grandson in for a hearing evaluation. The staff couldnt have been more friendly and welcoming. Dr. Butler was very professional and made my slightly anxious 4 yr old Grandson feel at ease. She explained his results in detail while offering helpful advice. She answered all of my questions. I was nervous about seeing a hearing specialist outside of the (Annapolis ) ENT group(which I already knew was child friendly) but Chesapeake was absolutely amazing with my daughter for her hearing test! I was taken off my contract at work due to a hearing problem in my left ear. I went to Chesapeake Hearing on Wed. afternoon explaining I had just been fitted with a hearing aid and I needed an extensive hearing test to get back on my job ASAP. I was given an appointment on Thursday. Chesapeake forwarded the results of my hearing test right away to my employers doctor who approved my return to work. I was back to work on Friday morning. Could not have worked out better. Thanks so much.

Dr. Butler is one of the sweetest doctors I know! She always takes the time to answer my questions and is very helpful whenever I’m having a problem. I definitely would recommend my friends to see her for their hearing problems.

Polite, efficient staff in the front office. Dr. Raup took as much time as needed to explain the options on tuning my hearing aids and the side effects of each adjustment. He didnt push me to buy the highest end equipment and invited me to come back for re-tuning free of charge if the latest tuning setup caused any problems.

I had a great visit with Dr. Butler. I had lots of questions and she patiently answered all of them without rushing or being condescending towards my lack of knowledge. She followed up with a nice letter a week later, with a copy of my puretone audiometry graph so I could show my wife why I cant hear her sometimes. :-)They adjusted my five year old Aids, updated my settings, cleaned and repaired them during my visit. Much better! I would recommend Chesapeake Hearing Center to others that are looking to make an informative choice on their hearing solution.

I have so far enjoyed every aspect of my recent new relationship with Chesapeake Audiology. They have gone out of their way to help me at every step of the process of putting my hearing in their care. Dr Tyler Raup made me feel like a long time friend from the first moment we met, and that is true of all the staff I have met to date. Chesapeake was my third try in finding a hearing specialist, and I believe my searching is over since being referred to Dr Raup by a very good friend who is a patient himself.

I had a wonderful experience with Chesapeake Hearing. The staff is kind and Dr. Raup is the best! The paperwork I had to fill out was minimal, which is a huge bonus. Getting hearing aids is an experience that could be stressful, but instead it was delightful.

I had a hearing test done at another audiologist before I found out they were not considered an “in network provider” even though they were listed as such with my health insurance company CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield of MD. When I called Chesapeake Hearing, who were listed and were in network, and explained the situation, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I was able to easily get a convenient appointment and they happily accepted the test results from the first audiologist without any question or hesitation.Dr. Raup was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to answer all my questions, and I had many, and provided outstanding service.Here I am 2 weeks later with a brand new pair of top of the line hearing aids which nobody can see (remarkable) at practically half the original cost after a substantial discount and generous coverage from my health insurance company.The whole team at Chesapeake Hearing is simply outstanding and I highly recommend them.
