I enjoy the luxury of running my business from my laptop anywhere in the world but there are times when I really need a real office. For me this is during busy times when I have more people working for us or when I need a quiet place to get our web videos put together.I have found the ATC to be very reasonable in rental costs for top quality office space. I like the ability to rent either just a small office or something larger while also having access to the conference rooms when we needed them.I have rented here several times over the past 3 years and I found the property manager to be friendly and helpful each time. You can look around at everything like I did and youll probably find this to be one of the best deals around Annapolis.

Do not rent from these guys. They are terrible landlords. They come across as small business people but at the end of the day they simply are not. We gave them twenty days notice that we didnt need an office after the end of the month. This was a second space for us and we only used it for ten days. Even though it was a month to month contract and we were still paying for a larger office they demanded us paying for two months for the new, unused office and threatened legal action if we didnt. They showed the space immediately following our notice but claimed 20 days wasnt enough time even though we were an existing tenant. They would rather threaten a current customer than be fair. Do not rent from them without having a lawyer review your lease.

Our company rented a space at Annapolis Tech Center for two years. The time that our company rented this location was excellent and we are hoping to go back to this location when we are back in the Annapolis area. The landlords were extremely attentive to the needs of the renters of the spaces and bent over backwards to be accommodating whenever possible. Everything was provided with the lease and we had no missed communications regarding the lease. When our business sent us to another location - we gave the 30 day notice and there was no dispute regarding what was expected. One of the best features of this location was that there was not a set lease term such as a year since our business can move with short notice. All IT needs were met, comcast internet was available, the building was secure, free parking (a real plus for the area), coffee was provided including a kitchen for our use, bathroom, our deliveries were signed for when we were not able to be in the office, cleaning services, etc. It provided us with a space that we could get our work done and not have to worry about taking out the trash, hassling with finding parking, dealing with salesmen disturbing us and knowing that if we had an IT problem - they were there to assist in correcting it. No electric, water or cable bills to worry about. It actually was a very nice place to work and everyone in the building was friendly and accomodating to all the tennents. Again we are hoping that we will be able to rent a space or two again when we are back in the area....We looked around at other rentals and by far this was the best deal dollar wise and the location was ideal as well as just a great atmosphere to work.
