Ms. Angel gave me change for a big bill even though she didn’t feel comfortable with changing out a big she did it anyway and was very professional and friendly

The lady named Alora has a pleasant business like customer service personality. She explains things correctly. She tries her best to make the transaction as seamless as possible. I feel Im developing a slight friendship with her based on common likes such as food, what were doing for the weekend, just nice to see her etc. Shes the best person that Ive interacted with at the West Street Annapolis Maryland location.

I FREQUENTLY use the Annapolis West Street location for Most of my money transactions. I met Brenda who is also very pleasant, professional, and SHE SMILES!! When folks are having a bad day..one would be surprise how a simple smile helps brighten things up! Brenda did just that when i met her last week. My account was hacked and through it ALL she continued to try and help me with the situation. It was not fixed at that time (the problem was beyond her control) BUT her attitude really helped me stay positive. I will refer and continue to use that location! :)

It made for the best experience i had all day just great customer service. I was in and out of ACE cash express in Annapolis Md. It was very easy & simple & the prices were amazing. Because you know someone always trying to get your $$ lol. But there percentages were very reasonable. Hermeika was the nice lady who helped me, and she got the 5stars herself! She was absolutely amazing, helpful! And she had a good attitude and was very professional! Next time you need a check cashed, be sure to come here.
