Great barbershop! Im in from out of town. Took me right in and gave me a clean crisp cut and shave. Very friendly staff. I recommend you check this out. Prices more than reasonable.

The guys who own this place are the most beautiful people you will ever come by. They picked me up from miles away and brought me to the barber shop because it was 110 degrees outside. Then while he was cutting my hair he had great conversation and the shop felt like home. 100% hands down the best experience I have had with people let alone a store owner in longer than I can remember. I appreciate everything you did for me bc I know you were looking out for me bc I am living in a shelter. The Savvas Barber shop gets 110% in my book.

The place to go in Annapolis for a classic barbershop experience! Nick and Savvas are the best out there. I had moved away from the area for about 7 years and when I walked back in to the new shop (very clean, safe, and socially distanced) it was like I never left. I have been getting my hair cut by them for years now, so when they opened their own shop - I had to follow. Have you ever heard these expressions? “Some things are just worth paying more for.” and “You only get what you pay for.” This is definitely the case here, but they are very price competitive! Great job, and good price - a perfect combination for me. And name one other place in town where you can actually get a hot shave anymore. Give this place a chance, and you will come back again.

Nick is extremely friendly. Not only that, but he makes you feel at home at his shop. He is easy to talk to and a wizard with the clippers, scissors, and comb.To be honest, I have a terrible description of how I wanted my hair, and he understood, took control, and my haircut turned out fantastic.His prices are also the best in town! Been coming to Pops and Nick for haircuts since the 90’s and they never disappoint. Service with a smile and you can always count on the door being open when they say it is going to be open! Get there early in the day and you might be surprised to find your barber there extra early for folks that like to get stuff done before 9 AM. You all do know that Army guys get more stuff done by 9; then most Navy guys get done all day.The new location for Savvas Barber Shop is also awesome because of the ample parking! That became a problem at the old location.

My son lives in Chicago now but when he comes to Annapolis for the holidays he gets a haircut from them because he thinks they are the best. I am relatively new to town and feel very lucky to have “discovered” this gem of a barbershop, owned by a father-son team (Savvi and Nick) who have loyal local customers dating back more than 35 years and who recently relocated to a newly renovated shop in the Parole area, across Riva Road from Town Center.I and (more importantly!) my wife were both extremely happy with Nick’s work (haircut and beard trim). I very much enjoyed his very positive attitude and friendly style. Although I was a brand new customer, I immediately felt at home! Nick clearly loves his work and showed great attention to detail. Price was very reasonable: $17 and $15 for seniors!)In regard to cleanliness and “safety” (in these pandemic times), I could not have been happier. This says a lot, because my wife and I are very careful about Covid in order to help care for a new grandchild — in fact, my November cut was my first “outside” haircut since March! The newly renovated shop was immaculately clean and visually attractive. And it was also nicely open, well lit and spacious — with only two barber chairs, there was room for a welcoming table (with hand sanitizer and complimentary bottled waters) as well as plenty of space for social distancing if necessary among any waiting customers. But with appointment, there was zero wait time anyway, so this was not an issue. Overall, I felt perfectly comfortable that all the right precautions were in place.Bottom line: PERFECT.

In from Florida visiting Annapolis to see my retired father (should be the other way around, I know...). I was admittedly a little too unkempt for church service, given I hadnt gotten a haircut since the Covid outbreak. January 1 I made a call to several barbershops fully expecting to NOT get through to anyone given the Holiday. Nick at Savvas answered my 8:30 AM call promptly (from his bed I would later find out) and not only volunteered to open his Shop for me, but said he could be there by 9 AM. And, when I was running a little late, he texted me directions to the Shop! By 9:30 I had a great haircut at a great price (cheaper than the going rate for a quality cut in Jax, FL). Nick; Thank You for going above and beyond for this out-of-towner. I truly appreciated the great service. Happy New Year to you and yours.
