I knew what I wanted before heading to MINI of Annapolis...I spoke with a salesperson, Tim who assured me that he would help me with what I was looking for. Tim and a manager tried to find a car within the states that could be sent to Annapolis but there wasn’t one. The manager found a car that was already being processed and I was able to add the options that I wanted. Tim was sure to keep me updated on when my car would arrive and it even came in early. Set up a time to come test drive and finalize paperwork, and now I have an amazing vehicle!!!

I brought my 7 year old Mini here for a state inspection and given my unfortunate experiences with the Mini dealerships in VA in recent years i was frankly not looking forward to coming here. But the staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful; and most important they didnt try to convince me that my car needed all sorts of unnecessary things done to it. This makes me feel happy about moving to the area and bringing my cat here!

Took it in to get the seatbelt and airbag unit looked at because the lights were on and also the headlights to get checked out since they went out. Before I picked it up they gave me other things I didn’t ask them to look at. If I would’ve said yes to all of them, it would’ve been better to get another use car. As for the headlights, I looked at the right bulb and what I saw was the most horrible thing a dealer would do. Unprofessional…check out the photo. They gave my car back like this! Don’t buy or get your car from them. Horrible experience!

Very happy with our dealings at Mini of Annapolis. Daniel, our salesman, was very helpful in navigating our transaction for a new Mini. The sales manager that helped closed the deal was very helpful as well. He was very excited when he brought us the good news on our interest rate and monthly payment, it was lower than wed hoped. They didnt push to get any additional money out of us. We informed them what we had to work with and they made it happen. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Jacob, Dan, Al in financing, and the rest of the team were great! Very informative and helpful. Went in planning to order a new car, was told of the build period, and found out that they had a Mini arriving within the next few weeks, with every option I wanted, plus a couple. My service guy was very nice and helpful. The work done on my car seems to have been done properly.However the customer waiting area was dirty. The coffee bar was filthy and under stocked.The air conditioning was so cold I spent a large portion of my wait outside.

Very little consultation or counseling in terms of what services should be performed now, what can wait and essentially having a priority model (high, medium & low.)This was my 1st visit to Mini of Annapolis and my cars 1st service engagement with them and they looked at my car then a few hours later they presented me with a $5600 dollar bill. There was again ZERO discussion on what should be done now and what could wait... I then told them what I wanted done and then I never heard back from them. I had to call them to see if my car was ready... they never reached out to me and frankly going forward if my Mini needs service I will wait until Saturday to work with the BMW service consultants.Over All Experience --- terrible --- I will NEVER go back to the Mini service advisors.

Fixed everything I asked them to fix at a reasonable price

This was my 4th visit to Mini of Annapolis to fix my vehicle AC. The Service Advisor Mr. Membreno looked at my car then a few hours later they presented me with an approximate $1900 dollar bill.First visit, the Service Department at MINI of Annapolis conducted a test for ($100.00) in the vehicle, in which they diagnosed that the compressor was not working. Second visit, I finally got my AC fix, and I was charged an approximately of $1,700.00 (discount $200.00), with a two year warranty, to install a brand new compressor. That afternoon when Mr. Membreno returned me my vehicle the AC was blowing cool air and it seems to be working well. Later that week, I used my vehicle to run some errands, and luckily me that the AC did not work, blowing hot air and making a strange noise. Subsequently, Third visit, I contacted the MINI of Annapolis Service Department and spoke with Mr. Membreno, his response was Your vehicle AC was working on Wednesday when I returned you the car. We need to see the car again. It could be another component. When prior getting the work done, Mr. Membreno diagnosed my car with a bad compressor. The value of my car is probably less than the $4,000, and I have spent an approximate of $3,950 in the last seven (7) months at MINI Cooper of Annapolis authorized Service Department. Finally, Fourth Visit, my vehicle was taken again to the Service Department, to verify what was the problem with the AC, and guess what... Mr. Membreno alleged that the new compressor was defective and there were going to replace it with NO charges, That is totally absurd. Really!!! NO charges... when I paid an amount of $1,700, with a two year warranty.I wish I can select minus stars, but one star will be the less amount of stars I can select for this place. I regret the day I decided to bring my vehicle to MINI of Annapolis instead of any other MINI Service Department in Maryland. Please!!! stay away from this place, the staff inability to resolve your problems will make your life miserable. In addition, they are rude, belligerent, discourteous, etc.

Every time I have to get my car serviced Mini in Annapolis always goes above and beyond with service I feel like I am the only customer. The service is VIP every time.I have recently got into a accident and had my car sent to mini in Annapolis and they have called me with updates which leave me with no questions ..no worriesI will not take my car or business any where else but to mini in Annapolis . Cory was amazing! Very helpful and thoughtful. Without going into too much detail, I had some service lights that came on. I was told to bring my mini in to a dealership that was in MD since I bought it out of state. Cory did a fantastic job having the vehicle checked and provided me with the information needed. He also added in some helpful tips of knowledge for the future. This is not the closest mini to me. This will be the mini dealership I will go too from now on for service because of Cory.

My car has always been serviced by mini. This past service was different than all of the other times. My spark plugs, oil, detail, and headlights buffing were done. 3 times I was told my car was ready and drove up 4 times 1hr 15min with a 3yr old one way to pick my car up. The detail job still had white wax on the car, dirt and grim still in the vehicle, not their usual 5 stars, this being the 4th time I had driven this far, I accepted the job, they did kindly adjusted the bill. Later that evening I received a text that I would be charged for damages to the rental, of which there were none. I responded and was told I would receive a follow up call, but did not and instead my card was arbitrarily charged an additional $945. It was one thing after another with the entire experience when it should have been a simple few hour job it was 1.5weeks with unauthorized charges.

Found a Mini I wanted online and filled out a request for information. I was contacted very quickly buy Jake who was very knowledgeable and eager to help. The whole process was very transparent and relaxing no pressure. They gave me a fair price on my trade in which I had to take 8 pictures and fill out a small survey. All the numbers were worked out before I agreed to drive in from Pennsylvania passing 2 other Mini dealerships on my way. Why go the extra distance? Because Annapolis Mini went the extra mile or made me feel like they did for me. As I drove down to Annapolis they got all the paperwork together. Took me 11/2 hrs to drive there. Walked in and Jake meet me with the key and off I went on the test drive. Car was exactly as advertised and paperwork was done with no hidden fees. Took me longer to drive there than it did to sign the papers. Loving the car, love the dealership, Jake was fun and great. Not pushy and listened to my needs. Alexis was quick and not pushy trying to sell the add ons in the finance. Overall a great experience. Will buy here again.

I had a great experience with the sales representative Tim Gleason. He was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Totally recommend asking for Mr. Gleason if you work with this dealership. Unfortunately, once his manager, Dan Bailey got involved my impression with this dealership changed. I found Mr. Bailey to be condescending, asking what are you trying to do by comparing offers from multiple dealers and thats not going to work. He was correct in that I was going to multiple dealers trying to find the best deal not only with price, but with overall experience from sales through servicing the car. I was very upfront with Mr. Gleason that I was doing this and provided him with details about one other offer. And even offered to provide written confirmation of this offer if needed. In the end, I turned down Mr. Baileys final offer not only because it was less than a competitors offer, but I knew from that brief exchange that I didnt want to work with MINI of Annapolis long-term. Perhaps, it was just an off day, so I wouldnt necessarily write this dealership off. I tend to think we all have days like that and hopefully this was just a bad day for Mr. Bailey. Its a shame since I am big fan of MINIs. Ive owned 2 MINIs in the past and sad to say what made those purchases great experiences was that I went to CarMAX.

I am usually pleased getting my MINI Cooper serviced at MINI of Annapolis. They are local, fast and accurate. When I receive my car back, it looks almost brand new and drives like it too. I have no complaints.

My mini stopped taking in gas. When I took it to the dealership for service they told me it was the gas tank and it is an emission problem. The warranty had expired but they made sure it was covered anyway. A very expensive repair turned into a no charge service. Plus to make sure it was now working they filled up the gas tank. I have told my neighbors how much I love my car, in the last year, we now have 3 more Mini Coopers in my neighborhood. When I tell them about the service I received today it will reinforce what a great product and service they have. Thank you.

My husband juggled his schedule, and I was able to get my car to them on time.After that, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I was kept aware of any issues with my car, and, where applicable, given options. Fortunately, the work on my car was done in one day, so I didnt need a loaner after all.If it wasnt for the kerfuffle regarding the loaner, I would have given them them 5 stars.

They did a excellent job. I came in without an appointment to get replacement windshield wiper blades. They performed a courtesy check of my Mini and discovered the water pump was leaking and needed replacement. Instead of rescheduling another appointment they replaced it right then and there. Also they replaced the burned out license plate light bulbs that I didnt know about.There are a lot of other perks when having my mini serviced there such as a FREE new Mini rental car if they have to keep it one or more nights. A nice clean large waiting room, free coffee and snacks. Also comfortable chairs with a TV that works! Unlike a lot of other waiting rooms I have been in.All in all the service side of MINI of Annapolis is the most pleasant service experience I have had.
