Ive had my insurance with Debbie Hart State Farm since I started driving with my own policy (well over 20 years!) and have since bundled most of my insurance with them. Ive never been disappointed with the service Ive received and even insisted to my husband that we keep my insurance provider when we got married. Debbie Harts office regularly checks in to make sure we have the coverage we need without pressuring us to get coverage we dont want. They also follow up to any questions or requests very quickly. I highly recommend their services!

This year marks my 50th anniversary as a State Farm insured. I dont know how many decades I have been with Debbie Hart but I cant imagine anyone else as my agent. Debbie and her staff (which most recently includes Mike) have always taken care of my needs over the years. I remember a fire at my house in 2009 - I called around 6pm and the claims adjuster was at my house at 8am the next morning. About a week ago, I received a call from Mike explaining that my car premium was being reduced (when does that ever happen?!?!) and he helped me through another question. It isnt the first time he has called to update me on changes. I cant help but love these folks. Debbie Hart and her staff are the BEST!

She helped me get the best deal on getting my own car insurance after being under my parents insurance. She also let me know about other ways to save such as bundling with renters insurance. In September of 2018, while making a right turn during a light rain, my car, a 1994 Saturn, lost traction and slid/collided with the nearby curb. Later inspection revealed an unusual damage: the supporting frame for the entire engine had been bent and was affecting the steering. The Body Shop specialist given the repair project submitted a claim-request to State Farm, but warned me that most insurance companies would declare the car a total loss, rather than assume the more expensive alternative, i.e., replacing the frame. But State Farm surprised us both by approving the claim! It required considerable effort but the Specialist finally found a suitable replacement frame out-of-State and, soon, my Wonder Car was back to its normal reliable Self.This event was my first Crunch Time experience, ever, with State Farm, the only Insurer I have had, since my College days......but Debbie and her Team, that now includes Michael Mahoney, my principal Liason, now......Aced my situation like Friends AND Good Neighbors, combined!I truly hope my testimonial inspires many prospective customers to experience the same, genuine blessings Debbies team provided me when I needed them most!Sincerely,Leo Glascock
