Paid on 25 May through digital, aka instant means, due to the last 10 days of the month processing took till June 29 to be processed. Explained the pay date issue in person, not the worst experience with a debt collector, though they could stand to process payments faster and/ or more than once a month.

This firm is the worst. I took them to court and won my case. They did not release the lien from my home. The attorney that represented them told me even though my case was dismissed, that doesnt mean anything. I was advised that they were resting on the lien for the time being and really didnt understand that. If you call, they never return the phone call back. I dont know what law school these attorneys attended, but it seems that I know more than them. Furthermore, I had to get additional advice from other attorneys in reference to my case, and in doing so, I was able to get the result that I needed. This place should be out of business. They are thieves and cannot help with anything. Michael S. Neall is the worst attorney and knows nothing about his work.

For all of the unhappy reviews thats what happens when you owe money. Nobody likes to be taken to court for bills they didnt pay but if you pay your bills you wont end up in court. This firm hands down is the best firm that I have ever been able to work with. They are transparent, they are great for any community Legal collections and I have worked with this firm for over 10 years. I cant speak highly enough about Michael, Valerie, Lora and the rest of the team. Thank you for being the best at what you do!

This law office represents my HOA and I am the defendant, I find them to be professional and courteous. I do not have a problem with them calling me back and have found the expertise and competence of their employee Shirley to be very appreciated. Yes, this is a debt collector, but not one to judge or be impatient. I find the firm to do the job they were hired for.

Ive never had this much of a terrible experience with anything in my life- Ive never even wrote a review on anything in my life. I wish I could give 0 stars.First of all, Ron George should put this on their resume, I make peoples lives miserable for a living because I lack the sense of professionalism to do my job. This sounds immature but this is what I experienced first hand so this is an eye for an eye, per se.I wish I was over reacting, but I actually got mocked for just asking a question. They hang up on you while youre talking. If you get a letter of a bill for thousands of dollars, youd expect them to give you more information.Anyway, these people add the most ridiculous additional charges with BS reasons. I probably paid at-least $500+ additional fees with no backing up. I understand that their job is collect debt but it is how you go bout doing the work youre hired to do. If youre incompetent, then dont do it.Im not saying this because I didnt want to pay, because I DID pay the overcharged amounts. Even when I paid the fees, they still found a way to charge me more. If you get a letter from them, Im so sorry because they are absolutely the worst.

This firm has some of rudest, most dishonest, and sneaky people Ive ever dealt with. They took monthly payments on our account, per an agreement, and still took court action against us claiming they never received the signed agreement. When we called to get information, the legal assistant that I had been working with the whole time refused to acknowledge any of my questions and hung up me. This firm is horrible & disrespectful!

I dont even know where to begin..is it the lies?is it the HORRIBLE customer service? Or maybe its the ineptitude...who takes a month and half to send out a correspondence that they supposedly are sending out that day every time you call them? Then lie and say they never said that. When you express your concern and how their lack of action is causing you financial harm...their reply? Whatever!

They are crooks that refuse to use email to communicate and demand faxes be sent for any and all correspondence. They never confirm receipt of the fax, nor do they respond to the substance of your request(s). The staff is rude, and will hang up on you when you request information via phone.

No Stars. Micheal S. Neall represented UTZ Management and Jones Valley HOA because we did not get a bill for months 2 years ago and we owed more than we knew. No bill no return phone calls from Utz etc. No Direction. We paid $2,000 plus to get out of the mess and hired a lawyer then whole 9 yards instead of just letting us know what we owe and I would have sent a check.Bottom line is almost 2 years later still no bill from Utz management or the hoa. My husband called Michael S. Neall lawfirm and they owe JOnes valley HOA $30 and they have not mailed it yet. It will be mailed at their convenience. Since the law office owes the hoa our $30 we will not get a bill. We have no idea what we owe and I am sending checks blindly.Do not deal with this company. Very dishonest, unprofessional and not very smart. I am not getting a bill for my HOA fee from Jones Valley HOA because UTZ representation, Michael S. Neall owes $30 to Jones Valley. This is very unprofessional. I hope this review will encourage someone not to deal with this law firm.

I finally got this thief,They overcharged my HOA fees by 2,300 dollars. I took them to court and before the court date, I get a check in the mail .I filed a complaint against those thieves. It is a damn shame, that an attorney doesnt have integrity. Im doing my best to get this firm disciplined by the attorney grievance commission.

The level of scumbag that this firm succumbed to in order to extract $500 from a $100 hoa fee is beyond the realm of human understanding. This place is like a payday loan company, wrapped in a predatory lending firm, dipped in Bernie Madoffs bathwater. The staff is borderline inhumane in their lack of self awareness. Go ahead. Call and ask a question about your accout. The sarcasm and heavy-handed distain will certainly add insult to injury as you pay them 300% of your initial fee in exchange for doing absolutely nothing. One day this firm will trip over the wrong wire and hopefully find themselves in a situation not too dissimilar from the one theyve been so eager to place others in.

I had a dispute with my HOA over a $220 bill that I received for 4 months of dues during a period where we went without a management company. I explained to my HOA, Legacy at Lincoln Park, that it does not seem right to charge our residents for 4 months where no services were rendered. As a result, I was sent to collections at this law firm. I had never been sent to collections before, so the experience was already pretty unsettling. That is my issue with LaLP, not Michael Neall and Associates.I explained to American Management Company exactly why I was unwilling to pay the bill and told them that if they wished to pursue this further, to have their attorneys contact me. Yes, I said that.I received a notice that they would be putting a lien on my property NOT JUST for the $220.48 but for an additional $369.50 in various legal and administrative fees. I called the law offices and told them I was willing to pay the $220.48 but these fees are ridiculous, especially since our HOA already budgets a substantial amount of our fees to attorneys hired specifically to collect this money. To me, it seems like Im paying twice.I called the law offfices, left a message and got a prompt return call from someone named Richard. Did not get his last name. He informed me that I must pay the full amount. I asked Richard why I was never informed that these additional fees would apply. I told him that I was willing to pay the $220.48 (even though, it seemed crazy to pay a management company for doing nothing for 1/3rd of the year) but that I was never told that these additional fees would be assessed if the matter was turned over to an attorney.I wanted the matter turned over to an attorney. In my mind, I felt the charges were unjustified and I wanted a lawyer to tell me exactly why I should pay. Thats not what I got. What I got was an additional bill and what Richard said to me is: You were told. Its written in your HOA agreement. I asked him where specifically it says that. He said: Listen, youre going to argue with me. Youre going to do your little dance... Thats when i stopped listening to Richard. All I wanted was for someone to explain to me why it makes sense to pay for services that were never rendered. What I got was a self-righteous, condescending little man telling me: Its in there. Nice job, Richard.

This company will not answer phone ever. You have to leave a message for them to call you back the next business day. When you request information they will tell you to submit a written letter which has to be mailed or faxed. If you fax it they wont call to confirm that they received now will they email you any information regarding your account.
