Freddys crew with Robert and Jordi was courteous, efficient, hard-working and clean. On several occasions, they invited me to inspect their work as the basements encapsulation was being completed, and they worked for nine hours to complete the job in one day. The next morning, not only did they come to collect the debris but also to confirm that everything was working to my satisfaction. Imagine my delight when Colin arrived at noon to perform a final and thorough inspection and answer any more questions. I cannot recommend this team and company more highly.

As a new homeowner this was our biggest project. It was also our first. We had a lot of questions from the start and had some hesitancy on a couple things - but MMW walked us through everything and provided detailed work plan. We talked almost daily with Colin about updates and scheduling - and in the end we got a fully encapsulated crawlspace with a sump pump, dehumidifier and mold removal. So far we had two big rain storms with +1in of rain and had no issues.Great team, respectful, prompt, and hard working. Would do business with them again!

They gave me a detailed estimate of everything proposed to eliminate the mold from under our house. The crew was timely and very professional. We called Md. Mold and Waterproofing due to leaking basement cracks after heavy rains. they had an evaluater call back to assess status and made appointment for next business day for a viewing. MD Mold & Waterproofing helped waterproof a basement which continually had a foot of water after any heavy rain. They replaced old sump pumps and installed drain tile, as well as wall reinforcing. See the before and after picts.

I called for an estimate, Brian came out on Aug. 18th. Checked out our basement, took measurements, cut out a square in the wall to verify that we had mold and we were told he would send us an estimate. Two days later, I called to confirm my email to make sure we got an estimate and was told by the receptionist it could take up to 5 days to get an estimate. Today is Sept. 4th, and we still have not received an estimate. Dont know what happened but evidently they dont need our business.

A few years ago, my basement began leaking occasionally when there were big storms. Then, the frequency increased. I brought in several contractors to estimate. They all went with very high-cost solutions, including french drains, even though they couldnt explain why the leaking had started after many years of dryness. John quickly assessed the situation and suggested that the water was probably coming from the chimney and maybe the gutters, and that a french drain wouldnt actually fix the problem. He solved it with a step-by-step approach that required chimney repair and some gutter replacements--at 30-40% of the cost others estimated. Basement has now been dry through several big storms.

John was highly recommended from several people whom I know. He was responsive and highly professional. He answered every call and handled every situation with the utmost care. He went above and beyond to help solve some mold issues and remediation. I highly recommend them and their team.

Really appreciate their honest approach. I noticed some dampness in my basement and I had 3 competitors at my house all trying to sell me equipment vs addressing my problem. These folks were the only ones that truly listened to my problem, looked at my setup, and concluded that a new drainage system would be overkill. Suggested I wait and monitor the situation over the next few months. Said my setup really didnt require a new interior drain system. In the unlikely event my basement gets worse, will definitely call them back.
