Tam ( Izzy) Tran is very knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly tax preparer. She has excellent communication skills and always displays a positive attitude while working on my taxes. Izzy worked very thorough to make sure my return benefitted me most. I cant thank her enough for all the help she provided me the last two years. Izzy Tran is such a great asset to H&R Block , I definitely looking forward to working with H&R Block every year because of excellent service I received!

I dont recommend this place!!!!!Please dont go to this place.I went with my wife and the guy who was in charge with the Itin number renewal treat us so bad, that we decided to leave. Even one customer before us said something to him about his treat. He yell us in front others customers. Awful experience

Careful work, double-checking and consultation with another CPA when there was a question.

Teresa was very kind and patient with me. I was missing a tax form. She let me go home and look for it. When I could not find it, she gave me a fax number so the form could be faxed.

I strongly encourage military to file elsewhere. I was assigned Ashok Chhabra, EA as my Master Tax Advisor with over 16 years experience with H & R Block. He had no understanding of public law 111-97, Military Spouse Residency Relief Act (MSRRA) and he refused to abide by the law, despite my attempts to educate him. Furthermore, I found him to be condescending and stubborn. For a service that costs over $500, I was extremely disappointed. After leaving his office, I self-filed with Turbo Tax, which identified us as eligible for the MSRRA, walked me through the process and provided the reference material. The most discouraging comment made by my advisor was that he filed 5 other military couples this year, and none of them used this public law.
