There is no store. It is a mobile technician. So if you want a key made, this is not the place for you. The one star is probably unfair, but you shouldnt list an Annandale address and say youre in the Safeway. If youre locked out of your car/house or need them to come to your place to put in new locks, then this is probably the company to call. Just dont visit!

Super easy to use and smooth transaction. Hopefully their security systems are top notch, cause it can save your key using your biometrics so the blueprint of the key to your house is stored on the machine, the cloud, or a server somewhere. Cost around $4.50 for a basic key, the machine offers a few designs for a dollar and some change more also can order a cool design like darth vader, bottle opener, other shapes for delivery. Whole process took about 4-5 min which is awesome. So if you want a fast easy experience and dont need some fancy design, perfect option. They also copy vehicle keys and key fobs.
