I had a wonderful experience with these cleaners! I booked them through Amazon for 9-10 hours deep clean. 3 ladies came for a little over 3 hours so it was exactly what I expected. They cleaned out my refrigerator picked up what I wasnt able to before they came, changed my bed sheets and did everything that I needed them to. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to make everything shine! I would highly recommend this team!

This service was terrible. I had booked the move in cleaning service through Amazon Home Service and stepped out during the course of the cleaning for a quick errand. I was then notified barely an hour later that they were done (est was for 5 - 6 hr). I was suspicious that this was completed so early but didnt say anything as I was juggling a few other items at the time. I did a quick sweep -- at first glance it looked okay, I was also very tired from an early move so I let the cleaners go. They assured me they mopped and vacuumed the floors but as I walked through my house my soles became BLACK with dirt and dust after a few minutes. As I unpacked, I also noticed none of the shelves were cleaned, debris still littered the shelves and inside the cabinets. I had elected to pay extra for the oven cleaning and it in no way looked clean. This service is terrible, unprofessional, and ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the service rendered.

I enngaged (or at least attempted to engage) Best Quality cleaning service through Amazon. The took the job, promising to show up between 8 and 11 AM. At 7:12AM, I got a text saying they would be there at 9:15 (Nelsi was the technician.) At 8:14, I got a call saying they wouldnt be there until 11. This was a problem bacause I had carpet shampooing showing up between 11 and 2. Ok I thought to myself, They can work around each other as long as the vacuuming gets done quickly. By 11:10, when they didnt show up, I called them. I was then informed that the crew was just leaving Annandale and would be there in 30 minutes. Right away I distrusted that because its a 45-minute drive from Annandale to Stafford. I went to get lunch and showed back up at the house at 12:30. They STILL werent there. I called them and was informed that the crew was held up in traffic due to a wreck on i-95. That was a lie; Google Maps showed no incidents or slowdowns on I-95. After repeated calls to Amazon and Amazon calling them, I was finally forced to engage another cleaning company to come in, finally cancelling my Amazon order at 1:45 or so. Minutes after I cancelled the order, the crew finally showed up. Needless to say, I turned them away.In my opinion, Best Quality Cleaning was deceitful, dishonest, and put me between a rock and a hard place. I cannot advise anyone strongly enough to RUN (not walk) away from this company I have found to be disreputable. The only reason they get one star is that one cannot give a lower rating.

After three boys, a full time job, cooking, cleaning, and a devastating illness I cant believe I waited this long to add Best Quality Cleaners to my life. Thank You.
