If i could change my own oil, I would. Sadly, i cant do that where i live now, so I go to this jiffy lube almost every time I need an oil change. Theyre great. Prices are on par with elsewhere. Although theyre always pretty good, my latest experience was far and away the best experience Ive had there. The guy discussing the service with me, Chris I think, was super friendly. It also needs to be said, he didnt try to upsell me or get me to buy services I didnt need. Ive been to other places/auto repair shops that prey on gullible customers. This place isnt like that, and Chris was a great example. It was also a really quick turnaround between pulling in and leaving, but thats probably because there was only one other customer there. Ive also been there when its really busy and its taken longer. Just depends on when you go.

These guys are awesome! Friendly service, honest diagnostics and pricing. Tried them out 2 weeks ago for an oil & filter change; came back today to get brakes done.Will is knowledgeable and very nice guy. Alex is also great. All the guys here are very polite and helpful, and work is solid - glad to find our new go-to for car maintenance!

Amazing!!! Spectacular customer service, I went in for an oil change and they took it to the bay immediately. I was able to watch them work on my car through the window, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They washed the exterior and even gathered my loose change that was on the floor into a neat pile and placed it in my cup holder. It all took less than 15 minutes, Ive found my new favorite place!

Hands down, best customer service ever. I started hearing this grinding noise, and luckily Jiffy Lube was right down the road. I didn’t want to cause any further damage, so went straight to them. Alex and William took a look and was able to fix the issue and get my car going safely in no time! I was rest assured and felt the peace of mind to get back on the road. I was an Oil Changers customer... but man, Jiffy Lube really won me over with their unbeatable service! Will be back soon for my oil change.

Been going there for more than a decade. Let them know that you got a long trip ahead or a pending car inspection and theyll let you know if you have some maintenance that should not be postponed. They really try to take care of your concerns and your car. They know your cars maintenance history and will explain why maintenance is needed. Its always been a good experience and typically they work quickly on your car. Knowing your car is safe for you and your family is worth the slight higher price, but dont forget to ask them for coupons - they always have one, sometimes more than one.

They are not super pushy salesman, which is great. Smart guys that treat you well. They did tons of work on my car in a very short amount of time.

Overpriced bulk oil changes and you still have to wait for the service. Cheaper at different locations Wygul or Mr. Tire shop and make appointment even dealers are offering discounts now.

Service is always exemplary at this location. Positive attitudes and smiles around, makes it less of a chore to get my oil changed. Waiting area is very clean and they are observing social distancing and have PPE on at all times even in the 100 degree heat of summer. Good server and fast server

My back brakes were squeaking after brakes were replaced. Being a female is always an issue when trying to get help with your vehicle. The manager was my knight and shining armor, identifying the issue immediately and getting my brakes checked and fixed right away. All employees were so nice - great customer service. I will gladly return and send friends to this location!

Ive lived all over the U.S.and been to many different jiffy lubes. But these guys in annandale are really professional with there job. Excellent customer service make you feel really comfortable. And they are really confident when discussing your car. Manager Alex is a real people person. They really make you feel they really interested in the quality work in your vehicle and not just your wallet. They make you feel that you always want to come back. Such a pleasant atmosphere. They really value there customers as long as I have a vehicle, they got me for life.

They were very helpful. I went in because my tires needed air. The warning light was on. They checked to make sure I had no nails in the tires and made sure the warning light went off. I also needed an oil change. They changed my filters and did a good job vacuuming my carpets and cleaning the windows too. All the work was done in a timely manner.

Excellent service. No waiting time on a Saturday early a.m. but I called ahead to be sure. Everyone was courteous and they took excellent care of my car for oil change.

I highly-recommend this place. The guys do good work, and theyre friendly and professional. Its clean, especially for a high-volume shop. And they try to make you as comfortable as possible while waiting. Yes, they try to sell services, but that is part of their job. I do a lot of car maintenance myself, and Ive never had them offer something that didnt need to be done, and they take the time to prove it by showing you directly in the shop. And if you dont want it done, they havent pressured me beyond the initial offer. I appreciate that. And their labor rates are very reasonable.I recently had brake pads installed, and hadnt noticed until I got home, but the charge for parts seemed awfully high. I posted a negative Google review because it really seemed unreasonable. Turns out, that they actually read these reviews, and WITHIN AN HOUR, called me directly to apologize about a typo that led to a double-charge for parts, and inform me that they had already issued a refund. That tells me that they are very responsive to customer satisfaction; and that theyre professional and legit. The guys that enter the info to the invoice have nothing to gain by over-charging me, so Im pretty confident it was an honest mistake. In any event, I was pretty impressed that they were this responsive.

Love the Annandale location!!! . Each and everyone of those gentlemen treats you with care and concern. They open doors, make eye contact, smile, and talk you through everything they did and any up coming services. Incredibly trustworthy, kind and timely service. In and out fast. Everyone was super nice. Replaced my headlight with no confusion which is awesome because 2 other jiffy lube (falls Church and Fairfax locations) have tried to tell me my headlights are after market, which they arent. Thanks guys!

I had an emergency this morning, because I accidentally put oil in my steering fluid...(an easy mistake if you are me) anyway, Jiffy Lube saved my day as I had planned hours of a drive with my boss. I had to leave a review for Steven at the Jiffy Lube in Annandale!I dont leave reviews but my experience today with Steven clearly changed my mind.I have been to other places to get my oil changed or just basic maintenance and they all made me feel like they were there to sell me everything and anything. I always leave feeling unsatisfied and, bluntly put, scammed into buying extra services.Steven made me feel like I was his top priority and took care of everything. His team was absolutely amazing and had my car done is less than 35 mins! Which again, Im used to waiting nearly 45 min + for an oil change!Its very apparent that Steven strives for the best customer service experience. Its transparent that he is great at what he does and really wants to look out for the customer.I have already told my clients all about it and will be coming back.Big thank you again to Steven and his team!

Amazing customer service and the work was done in no time! Great location.

Good service for quick oil changes and such. They have a nice waiting room and coffee while you wait. They also let you know what your car is scheduled for in terms of maintenance, although some of the easier things you could do yourself for cheaper ie air filter and cabin air filter changes.

I was in and out quickly and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciate the extra time the technician took to re vacuum my car because of an abundance of dog hair. I have a lot going on today.I had a mobile one oil change.Then I had tires rotated and wiper blades replaced. Additionally, I had rear brake pads and rotors replaced as they pointed out to me that the pads were totally worn out. A little while later, I drove out with a quieter sounding engine engine, responsive brakes and a clear windshield. My car felt totally renewed. Everyone was very focused and attentive to me the whole time I was there. Thanks guys! I’ll be back in 5000 miles!

I was amazed at this location. I thought I was going to have to wait a long time but they took care of me as soon as I pulled in. Waiting area was nicely prepped with coffee and tv. They explained everything to me. I had read they were not too pushy on the recommendations which made me feel comfortable to talk about the car issues. I would highly recommend this location.

Very shady business and very expensive. Went for a oil change and right from the start I had a bad feeling as I had heard stories but I wanted to give a try myself. Started with a over priced oil change but then they came to me and said tires needs to be rotated. Additional $20. Then they showed me a air filter that needs to be changed another $19. Then they came to me and said I need to get this package done as my car is over 60,000 dollars. The first thing I asked if it is needed and if they can tell if it has already been done? No answer and then took me down a guilt trip to get it done. What a scam. Pressure and guilt is their business model and I will never go to Jiffy Lube again.Response to Jiffy Lubes comment - Interestingly you found me visiting you in 2010 but you did not find me on your record for Friday at your Annandale (backlick road) store. To the best of my knowledge I have not changed my name in the last 40 years. I would not have put in review as people will come to know by themselves but I got an email from Dale Smith to provide feedback and I responded to it. Maybe Dale Smith also does not work there. And maybe your employees are running a scam them. What is the package they recommended to me for 254 (something like that) dollars? The best part is that as a business you did not even care to listen to my concern and were ready to prove the customer wrong and say that the customer might have gone to a different place. Would you care to check again and see if I visited and what I said was correct about he package? I just got a survey from corporate and will definitely take that survey after your response.
