Love working with Esquire Interiors. We have had two flooring projects with them, carpeting and kitchen floor replacement. We are very happy with the quality of the products as well as the excellent design support from Molly.We also had the same installers for both projects, Jim and Tim, who do an awesome job. They are very detailed oriented and knowledgeable re: the type of flooring they are installing with tips on care and maintenance. Also very pleasant to work with.

The guys that hung my blinds and then came back to do a quick fix were great! A place I wont hesitate to refer to others. We have used Esquire Interiors to carpet our bedrooms, to purchase and install motorized blinds on our large windows, and for other services for the last decade. Each time, the process from choosing the product to the end of installation has been pleasant and professional. When my husband first went into the store, he explained that we had two dogs and needed carpet that was pet stain resistant and easy to clean. They provided him with samples to bring home for me to see in various colors. We placed our order shortly thereafter. This week, their expert installers Tim and Jim replaced the carpet in two of our bedrooms and did a fantastic job. When they discovered unevenness and even a squeak in the subfloor after removing the pad from the last round of carpet over 10 years ago, they repaired the subfloor without a word until the entire job was done. I walked on the newly carpeted floor, and noted that the squeak that had bothered us for a long time was now gone. They were very respectful of my home (and my pup and myself) the entire they were here. They put all of the furniture back precisely where it belonged, making the bedroom easy to move back into. We will use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them, especially Tim and Jim, without any reservation.

Esquire is extremely professional and helpful, Molly was wonderful! Esquire has an amazing selection of fabrics, shades of every kind, furniture, tiles and so much more! The designers pay attention to detail, you will not be disappointed! Installation was a breeze, the installers were friendly and knowledgeable. I already have plans to work with Esquire again next Spring, it is my go to place!

Went it to get parts so I could fix blinds myself. The shop tech not only got me the stuff I needed, he showed me a better way to fix it. Far more help from an expert than I would have ever expected. Great store with a GREAT customer help attitude.

Well worth the wait. Lori and her team were professional and helpful throughout the process. I had an awful experience with a different company but Lori made me believe in customer service once again. Had wood floors installed in two rooms. Pricing was competitive after getting quotes from two additional flooring installers. It was a tad bit more than the other two quotes but the service was worth it! You get what you pay for in this case. I will be using them again for LVP flooring.

Selection for tile, great looking vinyl plank, and other flooring is great here.But what I really love is coming to practically drool over how lovely all the furniture is. I walk through mentally buying everything in my head, before my checkbook realizes I cant afford it all.Pricing wise, its probably similar to Arhaus, and its not cheap. Having shopped at both, both are worth the price in the longevity I get out of the pieces. Solid wood and great construction.Also, every time I have been in, their staff has been fantastic. They are not pushy at all, and if you tell them you just want to look around, they will leave you to it -- yet be ready to help you in an instant when you need them.

The installers from Esquire Interiors just left after putting up new Hunter-Douglas shades throughout our house. We are thrilled with everything about the shades and more significantly, the service Equire Interiors provided us. From our first visit to their showroom to the installation, the folks at Esquire Interiors were simply amazing.Molly guided us through the selection process, a challenging endeavor given the vast array of styles in Esquire Interiors showroom and our general ignorance about shades. Her knowledge of their products, ability to understand our goals, and no-pressure, good humor made our first visit a pleasure. She then came out to the house, lugging big display cases, and all necessary measurement tools to help us make final selections and place our order. Her eye for detail and design were just what we needed.Josh spent the morning installing and giving us the instructions about how to operate the different shades we purchased. Apart from his skillful craftmanship, we appreciated his patience in ensuring we understood everything.It was clear Molly and Josh were proud of working for Esquire Interiors, a third-generation family business as they told us. This review is way overdue. Ive been working with Esquire Interiors (Ann Arbor location) off and on for nearly 6 years. We have worked with two designers Connie (who sadly has left the compant) and most recently Molly. Weve had a number of in-home consultations that have been very helpful in the selection of products. We have purchased a number of Hunter Douglas blinds, other window coverings, a full room of Norwalk living room furniture, a costume built closet system and custom floor coverings. Weve had a terrific experience every time. There new showroom is fantastic. All of the employees are personable, helpful and take a very no pressure approach to sales. Their products are excellent, many are made in America (like Norwalk, Barkman and Canal Dover) and therefore more expensive. But I firmly believe the high quality and supporting American workers is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this local, family owned business.

I stopped by this morning (Saturday) and was greeted by the young man who repairs blinds. He immediately inspected, identified the defective part, replaced the defective part, reassembled my blind. 15 minutes. Done. Saved me a ton of money and time. PS- This is at least the 4th time he has worked on my blinds. They are the best.

This company is a little hidden treasure in downtown Plymouth. I cant tell you how many times I walked past it without realizing all they had to offer. Beautiful showroom with lots of options to help pick and choose. I understand the Ann Arbor show room is much larger, providing more options/samples/colors/fabrics.I went in for window treatments and was extremely impressed with the staff. I worked with Sara. The following week the team came out to measure prior to the install, along with bringing the actual shutter as a sample to see in my home. Very helpful to see the actual product in the house with my lighting prior to buying. Install went smoothly too.The team arrived when they said they would, they followed through when they promised and the pricing was reasonable. Needless to say Im a happy customer. Ive already placed another order (eeek!) and plan to go back next year when we update the floors.Overall, very impressed. Highly recommend.

It has been a pleasure working with Esquire Interiors on drapes, motorized blinds and a complicated stairs runner with multiple landings. Lori was quite helpful with selections and she came out to our house several times during the selection process. We found her friendly and very easy to work with. Jimmy is their lead carpet installer and along with Tim, they did a great job installing the runner and paid meticulous attention to many small details that might normally get overlooked. It was our first visit to Esquire Interiors and it wont be our last.

I have had trouble with my Hunter Douglas binds, not even purchased from this business. Every time I go in with a question they give me more than enough help and are always so friendly. I needed to repair my mothers couch, it has been in the family for many years and is in great condition other than the lining that was beginning to fray on the edges. Esquire found the exact color match and was able to bring the couch back to a new condition, in addition they had the cutest little davenport that was a perfect match to the couch. Very lovely people too.

Esquire has the most quality products, service and installation. We always love visiting their beautiful showroom. Every interaction leaves us feeling like family. We recently got blinds from here and couldn’t be happier!

Josh walked us through the process of picking out new shades, installation was right on schedule and fast, shades make the room look like new. About a month after installation there was a minor malfunction in one of the shades, response was very prompt, Josh replaced the part and did a re-install in less than an hour. Excellent product, very professional staff, and top-notch service.

Our experience at Esquire Interiors was just wonderful. Their customer service was outstanding. They were the first store that we stopped at to look at carpeting for our home. Their customer service was way above any of the other stores that we visited. The carpet has now been installed and it is just beautiful. They installed it on the best days for our schedule. I cant say enough about Esquire Interiors. They are a little expensive but were running great deals. With the service that we received we wouldnt have went with anyone else. Customer service at Esquire Interiors is top notch! My husband dropped off a blind for repair. I was dreading waiting for weeks while the blind was repaired. The very next morning we received a call from Josh, one of the owners who stated the blind was fixed.and ready to be picked up. He had repaired the blind himself instead of sending it out. Customer service at its best!!!!

They recovered a chair for me in the past which I was thrilled with and I also ordered two Norwalk Furniture barrel chairs for our business lobby that our clients love! However, most recently they have been extremely supportive to me and to my employer Meadowlark Builders. I cant say enough good things about Molly, Josh and Ted. They have really helped me out in a pinch and they are so nice on top of all that! If need furniture in the future it will be the first place I will head to.

We had great help and service at Esquire Interiors. Mary helped us pick beautiful tiles at the beginning of our new home construction project and then she came to our house to measure and advise us on blinds after our home was built. The tiling is exactly what we were looking for and the blinds were installed yesterday and they look great! Doing business with Esquire made our lives easier.

Overpriced carpet and flooring. My wife and I decided to go local and use them for some large area carpet replacement and tile work in our mudroom. The price was easily 50% more it turns out than we would have been charged with a big box store but it turns out it would have been the exact same installer! The installer was very professional and did a great job, we just got so overcharged it wasnt so funny... Update: (6/7/17) After being contacted by the store by an employee/family member, I have increased my review rating. After he explained why my carpet felt cheap (olefin versus nylon) as well that they only use their OWN installers, I had time to reflect. While I am still not thrilled with the PRODUCTS, the installers were great, their staff was friendly, but I do feel as I paid more than I needed to. Also, I remembered one thing that they did for me that a big box store wouldnt: I had needed to have a small inlay put into an existing wood floor and their guy did an amazing job with that inlay. I still have mixed feelings about my experience here, if I was able to give 3.75 stars that is exactly what I would rate this location. For good karma though, I have gone with four stars.

We used Esquire about two years ago for some blinds in our family room. They worked out so well that I decided to have them put some shades in my kitchen and drapes in the dining room and living room.Im very pleased with the way they look. Hopefully I wont need to put up any more drapes/blinds in the next few years, but if I do I would use Esquire.

Really nice place, even downsized. (They say theyve expanded floor space)like Itas Saturday, and they were having a short day and we came late to do carpet recon, since I needed to very closely match an outgoing one in a property I plan to sell. Its one of the few places that carry Masland . . . Its more of a design place than a showroom, seems to me. I liked the old location better . .maybe the starkness of the new place affected my sense of space psychology.

Nice place with friendly knowledgeable staff. This is not a great place for do-it-yourselfers. We were unable to take Hunter-Douglas samples home. However, the designers will bring samples out as part of their process.

Went in expecting to drop off my window blind for repair but when I got there was asked if I could wait 5-10 minutes and they could have It fixed right then! No having to come back to pick It up! Awesome service and super friendly staff!!!

Carpet 5 years old had a few buckles. Esquire had 2 men out to repair the areas, NO CHARGE! Amazing service.

In our first visit to Esquire Interiors we found a friendly, knowledgeable staff who was very helpful in our search for a quality carpet to replace our 42-year-old carpet. Not wanting to change drapes and furniture our carpet color was limited to a specific color.After discussing our color need with our sales representative Molly, she almost immediately found the one we were looking for. After leaving a small deposit Molly and Joe visited our home for measurements and to determine the final cost. Despite the color being a special order, our carpet was installed in less than a month after placing the order. The installers, Jimmy, Tim, Chris and Luke arrived each day on time and moved the remaining furniture, removed the old carpet, cleaned the floor and installed the carpet. At the same time, we ordered new drapes and curtain rods for one room which was installed in a timely manner. A plus for doing business with Esquire is the installers are employees of Esquire—if there is a problem you do not have the Esquire and the installers saying it is the other person’s problem.

I have done many different projects in my home with Esquire Interiors and I cant say enough about them. I recently picked out furniture and rugs for my home with the help of Connie, she is amazing and figured out the colors and placement of the furniture for me! Before I met with her I was completely lost on what to do! I am so excited about their new furniture showroom opening up. Not only have I used Esquire for my furniture but they have also replaced carpets in my living room, office, and bedroom. Along with new window treatments and drapery. They even made a custom pillow chair for my son, which he absolutely loves!

Purchased Ado Blinds from Esquire. After placing the order we expected a 4-6 week delivery but to our surprise they were ready in 3 weeks. They were expertly installed in a couple of hours and we couldnt be more pleased with the overall experience of doing business with Esquire.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Esquire. We had our house built in Dexter, Michigan and we needed blinds for our entire house. In our previous home, we had Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds and really wanted the same in our new house. After visiting the store we quickly found what we wanted but WOW were they expensive. We had no idea!Pam worked with us on several occasions (we were THOSE annoying people without an appointment) and we were impressed by her knowledge and willingness to help. We had a budget and she worked diligently to get us as close to that budget as possible while still giving us what we wanted. We had overspent on many things (as we all do) in our house and were trying to cut corners on the blinds but still looking for quality. Pam never treated us as if we were a nuisance even though we kept asking for a new quote to fit into our budget.We got exactly what we wanted and were very happy with the quality. When it came to installation, the blinds were installed as soon as they arrived. Mark was ready to install before we expected and extremely professional. On a side note...he got down to greet and get to know our dog before getting to work. Even our dog was impressed! Mark installed an entire house in the blink of an eye and we hardly even know he was there. He was in and out of a new house install in less than two hours!Overall, I would recommend Esquire to everyone. We didnt realize this at the time but they also have tile, flooring, wall coverings and fabrics. The service and knowledge is above all. Its a little pricey Remember when you purchase blinds they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I love the fact that we dont have to worry about fixing our blinds if anything goes south.The Crawfords

I had an experience similar to Samanthas. Loved their ideas and materials but found the store unresponsive. Would gladly have done business with them but they made it too difficult.

ESQUIRE:We wanted to carpet our stairs - I drove out and visited the showroom Tuesday 11/19 (required), the woman I worked with (Pam) came out to measure Wednesday 11/27 and said shed send a quote probably later that afternoon. No quote, I called Monday 12/2, the person on the phone said that theyd get right back in touch with me Tuesday 12/3. Didnt hear anything. On Wednesday 12/4 I called again, said theyd get back in touch with me asap, I received a phone message that afternoon saying a quote would be in my email Thursday 12/5. Its now Tuesday 12/17 and I never heard from them. I also asked them not to put me on their email list and they did anyways.MERKEL:I gave up on getting any response from Esquire and we ended up buying carpet from Merkel instead -- very smooth. We started the process with Merkel on Friday 12/6 since we did really need the carpet to be in -- went to Merkel Friday night 12/6 - they measured Monday 12/9 - quote received Tuesday 12/10 - remeasured Tuesday night to confirm a change, and the new quote received Wednesday 12/10 and order placed that day. Worked with Rita, who was wonderful. Easy and professional.
