Very slow in preparation to get taxes done. Persons doing the tax preparation have very little knowledge of what they are doing. I should not be the one telling them the laws.

I hired this company in 12/13 after receiving letter from the irs threatening a lien due to a 7000 tax debt. this was 3 months after my wife had been diagnosed with advanced colon cancer and i very much wanted to sell my home and move her to a warmer climate.As such i was greatly concerned with avoiding a lien on my home. I paid the $295 assessment fee and was contacted a week later and was assured my issue would be resolved for an additional $2000 fee which i paid. fast forward 30 days and i was contacted by this company requiring an additional $3200. Given my concern for my wifes wellbeing, i paid it. Admittedly I had not filed federal returns for 5 years they filed amended returns for me but the first problem ensued when unbeknown to me they had a new attorney filing Indiana state returns which never were never at issue. that resulted in the state seizing my bank account and another $5500. I can only presume this was busy work to consume my retainer. as time progressed i was enrolled in 3 payment plans with the irs; never defaulting on any of them. In November of 2017 I was contacted by victory and told for another $1600 they could ensure the release of my then (and now) existing lien via a direct debit program . I was guarenteed of its success that upon completing three direct debits the lien would be released and i could sell my home. Six months and six payments later my petition for release was denied. Victory assured me this process would be an absolute certainty; i asked if it were a possibilty of success and their agent assured success though this process in that that is how the irs works; it is an absolute certainty. fast forward anothe 18 months and i contacted victory because i received a letter from the irs that they denied an exemption on my 2017 return creating an additional #2300 liability. Their attorney told me it was because the irs maintained my grandson for whom i am a guardian from birth had a different birthdate than was on my return. they apparently had known of this glitch but did nothing to correct it. They contacted me again in november of 2019 with the same song and dance of pay us $1600 again and we can get the lien released.i was trusting but not stupid; already had been scammed on that specific angle and gave up with victory tax solutions. I apologize for this long dissertation but i hope it may save someone from becoming victim to this organization. as a matter of fact; after 2 surgeries and several months of intense chemotherapy my wife beat the cancer for now but i still cant sell my home and deliver her a move to new locale because of the deception and well constructed path this company took me down. I will say in fairness they did refile my federal returns and i believe reduced my federal liabilty somewhat. i just dont know what it takes to clear the tax lien and they have no interest in discerning that answer with extracting more ill gained dollars.

I highly recommend Victory Tax Solutions. I am pleased with the handling of my case. I worked with Christian Eiler, who is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled with the IRS. He worked hard to help me with a difficult tax situation and was able to get me an excellent outcome. The staff was always friendly and helpful as well. I had a great experience!

You Guys Please pay attention to the reviews and be smart. These people took my money. Did everything and the following year nothing changed. I stilled owed the IRS the money. What they do is hold the IRS back a few months. And thats it. They take there 500 fee. Make you pay all that money and thats it. You are better off trying someone else because theyll scam you for your money. That is all they do. Please read the reviews please we are telling you the truth. Dont do it please.

Dont do it. They took $3000 of my money and did not resolve my tax issue. The following year the IRS took all of my tax return. And still are taking more this year.

These are great people. They really do help. These are not fly by night operators that take your money and run. They give you a price and then they go to work. NO pennies on the dollar empty promises. I used them and they worked really hard for me and have helped in resolving my tax issues. Before I gave them a call I stayed awake at night worrying about what was going to happen. I took a chance and gave them a call. I am glad I did. I can sleep now. Like I said do not believe those adds using cartoons and other crap. These guys are the real deal. They will go to bat for you working with the IRS so every one is happy.

Please, please, please do not trust this company. The professional level is very low and there are a lot of lies that this home base company,mom and pop shop, dont tell u . They get the income of your hard own money and then come with more lies and tried there hardest to sqeeuze more funds out u. I know now the review are true dont trust them base they are lying to u .

Had a State tax Audit in Texas, I asked if they could handle my case since my business was in Texas they assured me they they could! So w the fee of $12500 they could handle my case! They talked a good game but after a 8 months later I called and inquired about the letters I was receiving and they finally called me back and told me they had done all they could and I would have to get a Texas Attorney to finish and complete what they had done because they couldn’t go any further w the case due to not having enough credentials in the field to take it to the next level! They lied and said they could but wasn’t liscense enough to finish the job! So I moved forward w a Texas Attorney and got my problem resolved w spending another $12k on a Attorney in Texas that handles cases like mine! Victory Tax was a waist of money and I’m sure I am not the only one who has had this problem! They never should have accepted a case if they didn’t have a liscense to complete the case!

Proceed with caution! If you decide to use Victory Solutions make sure they disclose the complete process and all fees upfront. The initial interview is very deceiving. The amount we paid upfront to get started was a quarter of what they asked for later without any progress or guarantees. Their attorney called using scare tactics to try and force us to pay them thousands more dollars to keep the IRS off our backs. No thank you! Id rather apply that money to my overdue taxes sir. A complete waste of time and $700. We are right back at square one.

I hired Victory Tax and paid their fees, they did nothing to to help me in working towards a resolution in my tax matters. They promised many things would happen and in a certain timeline. I was set back because they we not prompt, did not follow up with me, and their set timeline was not met. Nothing that was went over in the first phone consultation was fulfilled. After being pushed from one person to the next, finally I was told we can not help you in anyway. They left me with no resolution and I am dealing with the issues at hand with another company that is making head way. Victory Tax gives you empty promises and charge for things you can take care on your own with a little research.

My husband hired Victory Tax Solutions to assist him with some tax issues and after paying them $3,000 in fees, he received no assistance. He recently received a garnishment and has been trying to contact someone to assist him for a week. He keeps getting the run around and no one will return his phone calls. Today I attempted an online chat with Danielle to request assistance and was ignored.

These people will gladly take your money and claim to do a lot of research when it comes to specific individual circumstances. However, later on, my case got transferred to different people and it became evident that their internal processes are close to non-existent. New people assigned with my case not only had no idea what my requests were, but asked on specifics were avoiding my calls for 4 weeks. Now, I requested specific report on their research I paid for and will be refunding my money if they do not present. Also, for sure, I am reporting them to IRS, because I have no trust that my taxes are done right due to pure negligence on this companys behalf. Overall, while individual people might be experts, they do not seem to keep accurate records of requests, so if you have something that falls out of ordinary tax range- do not trust their expertise.

I can’t really say for myself how this company is, but when your gut tells you something is not right you typically go with what it’s telling you. It’s not because I read the previous comments on here. I freaked out the other day because I received a letter from the IRS and after initially reading it the stress and anticipation kicked in. I felt powerless because I had no clue on where to start. Long story short I Didn’t file my taxes for a few years until the last minute. During those times I made some changes on my W-4 and forgot to change the withholding numbers back. So a lock-in-letter was initiated by the IRS to my employer instructing them to change my status to single with 0 dependants. Keep in mind I’m married with 2 kids. . My advice to the people who read this is don’t be like me and make those mistakes because it definitely triggered the IRS. I didn’t get a visit from a man in a black overcoat or anything like that, but the letter with IRS stamped on it was enough to cause me anxiety. I immediately began researching lock in letter on the internet and ran across a video on YouTube by Victory Tax Solutions. It seemed pretty legit so I went to their website and the “chat box” popped up and I started messaging a rep. We then talked via phone and went over the dilemma I was facing. When he gave me an initial fee of $500 and spoke of other fees I already knew this would be one of those deals where I paid all theses fees on something I can probably do on my own. Which is what I did. The guy on the phone made it seemed like the action taken by the IRS would take effect right almost immediately and my next check would take a hit. That’s the bait and I didn’t bite. I told the rep I would talk it over with my wife had I decided to use the service. Upon further researching on my own the action by the IRS takes effect in 60 days from the date on the letter and in rare cases less than that. It depends on the company you work for. I work for a company with about 7000 employees. They have yet to receive that letter so my next paycheck wouldn’t be effected at all as initially stated by the rep. The very next day I called the IRS and spoke with a agent who was very helpful. She pulled up my information and I explained to her my situation. She was completely understanding. She approved my modification and immediately prepared another letter addressed to my employer to change my status back to head of household with the approved allowances. Even though I’m locked in still and will be until my taxes are paid, at least my status and dependants are back to normal. I’m not gonna lie I was worried and couldn’t sleep all night with that on my mind. Before you spend money on companies to fix your issue try and do it on your own first and if you succeed that’s one battle you won. It makes you feel really good in the end. I for one don’t have thousands of dollars to shell out for professional services and attorney fees. They absolutely do not have your best interest at heart. It’s all about the $$$.

This place must have gotten ahold of my personal info, they had been calling but I never answered the unfamiliar number and they dont leave messages. My biggest issue is that they dont JUST call, they call at 8am in the morning with no concern for time zones or customer service edicate. And you will be called several times in the day/week randomly...Now to be fair, Im not sure if these calls clogging my call history are the same desperate person, or if my personal information is being handed out in basement company newsletters. This place seems like the sort to do just this after the short exchange I had. If you poor souls need tax help, but value your money, these two faced people are NOT who I would trust to actually care and get you through the issue.
