Personalized, spectacular customer service from a local company. Very pleased with the product they created, with collaborate input from both myself and the company to produce the best product. Very small job but treated me like a VIP.

I had a really old small photo that I wanted to have enlarged and printed on canvas and I’m SO thankful I took it to Bradley at Kolossos. He’s a true professional and his own biggest critic. The canvas turned out amazing all thanks to Bradley.

Went for a Fedex courier at Kolossos, Stadium blvd. They were very helpful, patient and took a lot of care in couriering my stuff to India. Prices were far lesser than other locations too. Would definitely go here again

I wanted to support this local business, and needed professional prints for my artwork for sale.I visited all three locations in the area. All three had poor customer service. The 1st sent me to the 2cnd, in which I spend a good amount of money on scans and test prints, then they decided after 3 visits to send me to the 3rd location. This was already a circus, but I went with it.The 3rd location is where I would be getting my actual prints.Speaking to the employees there, I found several of them grumpy, rude and short, as if customers, particularly me possibly, were putting them out.The man I worked with seemed helpful and pleasant, so I thought things would turn around. He said my prints would be ready by the end of the week. But they werent, nor the week after. I picked them up 3 weeks later. It was just a couple prints, not a major job. When I picked them up, I ordered more. He said to give him a week. 3 weeks later, I heard nothing. I called, and he acted as if it were my fault it was so late. When I arrived, my prints were laying on a table with a bunch of others, in a disorganized and messy fashion, with no protection. I paid almost $200 for these prints. He never even asked if I wanted them cut to size, as they were on huge sheets of paper. How is a regular person to do that? This gentleman told me he would need 2 days if I order more in the future. I knew this was likely not true, but I didnt say anything, and just figured I would plan ahead at least a week with this company.I called in for some prints, and was directed to voicemail the 3rd time. I left a message asking for some prints. I left my number and the details. I said I needed them complete 7 days from then. No call back. I showed up 2 weeks later, and what a surprise, they were not ready for me. My prints were found by a clueless employed tucked under a machine on the ground, again in a haphazard pile. The man who helped me usually was gone, and I heard the clueless employee leave a message for him on the phone as he obviously did not know what to charge me or how to proceed. The prints were not cut as I wanted either. He said thank god because they might have cut them wrong as they were somewhat of an odd size. However, the original man I worked with discussed this in detail with me, and we had come to an agreement weeks earlier. besides, he had 2 weeks to call me and ask. I waited near 30 minutes for them to get there bearings together, then I was overcharged for the prints. I was told the gentleman would call me if I was overcharged. I was skeptical. Of course, no one called me. When I called them, I was directed to voicemail, which said it was not accepting messages.Unbelievable!

Took a rather large poster (40x44) to them that I wanted put on Foamcore within 2 days and they got it done. Worked with Eric, he was very professional, honest and did a beautiful job!

Ive used Kolossus several times over the past few years for printing short runs of comic books when I havent had to time to go through the usual Print-on-Demand services on the Internet.Despite the fact that comic books are not part of their regular service offerings, they have come through every single time. If they got an industrial laser printer so that they could price compete with the POD world ($3), I would use them exclusively. Their service is top notch, they have met my incredibly unreasonable deadlines more than once (one time, they had books ready for a Saturday morning convention when I called them late Friday afternoon!).Quality, service, speed. They have it all. If they could only compete on price!!

I initially ordered in May 6, 2019. It took countless emails and calls to get this order completed. I never got an update unless I called/emailed them, and even then it took a couple days to a week for them to respond. I have still not received the dissertations although they were supposed to be shipped June 27.
